Not only did I gradually improve my injury, but I also learned about how to improve the weaknesses in my body to prevent injuries in the future. I would recommend Athletico to any athletes recovering from injury or looking to strengthen specific muscular weaknesses for their sport.

Fantastic experience: After really struggling after ACL surgery to get my strength back and harsh pain to go away I went back to physical therapy. Lou Ann was AMAZING and with just a month of PT I felt stronger and more prepared to return to my sport. She really made sure to explain why and where the pain I’m feeling is coming from and immediately knew ways to help it. I had no idea how to get stronger with the pain I was dealing with and now I have multiple ways. Overall, had an amazing experience and was so helpful towards recovery!!!

Fantastic experience: The best PT experience I’ve ever had! This was my 6th or 7th time through physical therapy, and the first time I actually enjoyed the process! Lou was a phenomenal therapist, and she showed an investment in my healing process unlike any therapist I’d had before. Kat, the office administrator, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful in making the entire process as easy as possible. Couldn’t recommend this office more!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the Athletico SB North. I went there after discovering that I had a bulged disc in my lower back. I mainly worked with Louann but also had a few appointments with Lane. Both are great to work with - so hospitable and know what they’re doing! I felt like Louann truly understood my issues and was in tune with my body. It was extremely mind blowing to me how she was able to pinpoint areas of concern so we could focus there. I was very good about doing the work outside appointments, and I’m so happy to report that I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel. I’m feeling 10x better than when I first started and no longer have daily pain. I know I’ll have to continue working the plan, but Louann equipped me with the tools to do so. She explained it further so I understood why I’m doing what I’m doing. The front desk agent Cat is also very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I walked into the office, it felt more like I was walking into a friend’s home than a doctor’s office. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Due to a work related injury I was graciously told to go to Athletico for my physical therapy. These people are fantastic, caring, patient, supportive and intelligent. They took great care of me, were always happy to help, and despite the pain that I felt were always able to bring a smile to my face wether it be due to a joke or the pleasant conversation. As for their knowledge and experience, I went in for 4 weeks, twice a week, and through their treatment they were able to bring my pain down from 6-8s down to a manageable 2-3 in our given time allowance. I could only imagine the great work they would be able to achieve if we were given an extra few weeks. I was not alone in this, everyday I was at their facility, the other patients there never seemed to have an issue with the staff or their sessions. I would highly recommend this place and these people to anyone who believes they need physical therapy; they will welcome you with open arms and warm wraps… and warmer hearts!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend going to see Lou Ann Fisher at the southbend Athletico (by Trader Joe’s) for physical therapy. She is hands down the best physical therapist that I have had the pleasure of working with for my recovery from knee surgery. Through every session she was sure to ask lots of questions about not just the knee I had surgery on but as well as the other problem areas of my body. Lou truly personalized my experience and frequently taught me other exercises to help me towards my functional goal for both my career and hobbies. PT can be difficult in the beginning stages both physically and mentally and she really helped me make incredible progress as well as made physical therapy fun and an enjoyable experience. Thank you Lou, Suriya, Lane, Cat, and Maggie for all being such an amazing, kind-hearted team. It was amazing to be able to connect with y’all and to get to know you guys. It’s bittersweet coming to an end of my physical therapy as I am excited to be through with all the hard parts of recovery, but I will miss you guys and wish y’all the best. Don’t worry though I’ll be back after my next surgery! <3

My 5 year old had to come with to some visits and they made sure to ensure she felt included and helpful as well. Katherine at the front desk was so accommodating and considerate as well.

Cat in the front is very helpful and great at her job as well and even though the other two ladies that are there aren't my therapist they both are helpful and positive to everyone. I had a friend suggest Athletico and gave them a call. Kathy M. made a call and the next day I was seen. Shout put to LANE B. who evaluated and helped me to get back to 110%. Lane explained all the exercises and the reasoning behind them. It was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Lane for getting me back to my daily activities and walking my 8 miles a day!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to physical therapy at this location since last year. I have had multiple surgeries and also fell down my basement stairs. Through all of this, I have felt that the whole team was invested in my recovery. Going to PT with the crew here, is actually fun. I am having another surgery tomorrow, and won't be going to PT for a few weeks. I'm actually going to miss seeing them.
