Negative experience: I had a really bad experience here. The only positive part about this place was Meagan. She was extremely kind and caring and truly listening to how I was feeling after my accident. The other woman who did the treatments wasn’t personable at all, she just seemed like the last thing she wanted to do was be there and help me. The nurse practitioner was also awful. She didn’t listen to any of my pain. It felt like she tried to gaslight me into thinking I wasn’t feeling any pain. Constantly correcting me about the medical terms and saying my pain numbers were wrong and didn’t make sense. Also, I was constantly pressured by everyone to get the attorney they use. I told them several times I didn’t know what I wanted to do yet. Each time I walked in the first thing they did was ask if I signed with the attorney and I would get several calls from the attorney even at night. I am still in constant pain from my accident and this place didn’t help. They even refused to treat one of my injuries because they forgot to write it down when I told them about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they were to only work with Meagan.

Fantastic experience: I started going there in September 2025, from the time I first walked through the door these ladies has been super nice. The nurse practitioner Theresa is awesome., and the other ladies Hiajaira and Meagan are super sweet! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing a important part of healing. Keep up the gr8 job ladies God Bless!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciate that they were able to accommodate me with the last available appointment, working seamlessly around my challenging work schedule. The environment is friendly and relaxing—a perfect place to decompress after a long day. Their willingness to go above and beyond, even offering to arrange Uber transportation while my truck was in the shop, truly sets them apart.

Fantastic experience: The front desk had excellent communication skills and were very considerate and respectful of my time. I was grateful that they worked around my busy schedule. Fantastic experience: I loved Advanced Rehabilitation Center, I got into a car accident June 2nd, 2025 @2:40pm I was taken in by them within a span of a few days and I’ve currently been here for about 2 months, it’s been a stressful, tiring journey coming to therapy! I am currently 21 this is my first accident, so to be able to feel comfortable again using my body parts that hurt so bad when I first started it’s amazing

Positive experience: I must express that the service provided was exemplary. However, I was taken aback when the doctor submitted the same bills multiple times to the third-party insurance, which subsequently sent correspondence to me to inform me of this matter. I was still under his care at the time, and he indicated that this was an error. I acknowledged this mistake, and it did not recur thereafter. Given that this was an accident, he established a lien for medical expenses with my attorney, which was settled by the insurance of the individual responsible for the accident. Consequently, there was no lien applicable. This particular doctor also received payment from my settlement funds after the fact, and when I attempted to communicate by sending a message and calling his office to notify them of their error, my efforts went unanswered. He has been reported at the state level, and I am currently awaiting the results of that inquiry. I also reminded the attorney that he was compensated for all services rendered. However, my recollection is that my doctor reminded me that the services were less than $5,000, as quoted by the doctor, whereas he received double that amount. Regrettably, they have chosen to exploit the situation.
