The receptionist are amazing and very helpful as well. Negative experience: The girl in the reception does not want to make the dates... it is completely absurd, you ask them to talk to the manager and they lie to you saying that she is not present, it is a pity that for this staff everything good goes to shit.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had an absolutely amazing experience at Inspire! My daughter started off hesitant and resistant to going, but thanks to the incredible team here, everything changed. From day one, the staff took the time to really listen to her and find ways to make therapy both engaging and fun. They didn’t just guide her through the exercises—they often joined in with her, which made a huge difference in building trust and excitement. What stood out most was how much effort they put into making her feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited to participate. She worked with each of the therapists at some point, but we primarily saw Grant and Dylan—both were fantastic. A special shout-out to Taylor, who consistently brought the fun and creativity that truly won my daughter over. Thanks to all of them, she went from dreading appointments to not wanting to leave! We are so grateful for the care, patience, and positivity this team brings. Highly, highly recommend Inspire Physical and Hand Therapy!

Negative experience: Continues to harrass my spouse for a ridiculous bill that has long since been covered and should have been resolved by insurance.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Experience at Inspire Physical and Hand Therapy I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Inspire Physical and Hand Therapy after my knee surgery. From day one, the staff made me feel comfortable and supported, and the progress I’ve made is all thanks to their care and expertise. Huge shoutout to Tyler and Dylan—you guys are the best! They really took the time to understand my recovery goals and helped me push through the tough days with patience, encouragement, and a great sense of humor. I never felt like “just another patient”—they made every session count and kept things motivating and fun. The whole vibe at Inspire is super positive, and it’s clear everyone there truly cares. I’m walking stronger and feeling better than I expected, and I owe a lot of that to this awesome team. Negative experience: Scheduling is a joke. The office called me to schedule postpartum PT after receiving the referral from my midwife. This was mid April and they couldn't get me in until the end of May, but I took it. About a week later I'm called back being told I was scheduled at the north office when only the downtown office does postpartum PT, so I was rescheduled there the beginning of June. The morning of my appointment I realized I hadn't received any communication to confirm, and I was afraid I had lined up childcare and would drive there just to be turned away, so I called to confirm. Sure enough, I'm no where on their schedule, now they can't get me in until July after I've returned to work, and I didn't even get an apology for their mistake! What a poorly run office. I'll be reaching out to my midwifes for a referral elsewhere.

The pain in my hand has since gone away since coming here. I now have regained strength in my hand and would recommend this place to anyone in need of pt. Thank you women for all your help.!

Negative experience: Due to my scheduling constraints, I had to wait two weeks after my assessment to begin physical therapy, which was my own scheduling issue; therefore, there were no concerns regarding the delay. The initial week proceeded smoothly, with the physical therapists and assistants providing care as expected. As a former college athlete, I am familiar with the typical rehabilitation process and have undergone physical therapy multiple times. However, during the second week, I arrived at the same scheduled time as the previous week but was informed that my appointment was not until 5:00 PM that evening. I was quite surprised, as I had coordinated my schedule accordingly and the previous week’s appointment was at 9:00 AM. I clarified that I had set my appointment for that morning, consistent with my last session. The front desk staff confirmed their records but explained that the earlier time slot was no longer available. This situation resulted in an unnecessary waste of my time and resources, as well as an additional delay in receiving the necessary care. On to the next PT as this place is not a good fit for me, such a costly mistake.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a lot of back pain. It was painful to sit and I didn’t have a good scope of how to perform any activities to get better. Tyler helped me to stretch, bend, and move in ways to protect my spine. Today I graduated! Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Staff is cold and impersonable. My ability or inability to do things was not taken into account at any point and I was often left unsupervised so I had no idea I was doing any of my exercises right. No offer to help if I couldn't move or modify activities. Felt like I was being punished rather than helped and I'm pretty sure my being a bigger person had something to do with that. Switched to St. Luke's Rehab and hoping for a more caring, considerate and warm atmosphere there.

Fantastic experience: I've been to several different physical therapy practices and this is one is truly great and the clinic has an inviting feel just by how wonderful all the staff is.

Positive experience: I've been going to this place for probably close to 6months now and have enjoyed the therapists that worked with me...I found it to be helpful so my doctor renewed my visits just over a month ago as I have already received the approval through the mail. The office apparently never received the approval so I emailed it over to speed up the process. A couple weeks later I received a phone call from the receptionist asking if I wanted to close my account which was quite frustrating when I was trying to get more visits not none lol. I let her know that I didn't understand why we couldn't schedule future visits and she was rude and told me not to talk to her that way and to lower my voice. I wasn't yelling just firm in my dialogue. Long story short I will not go back there after 2 occasions now of unpleasant conversations with the receptionist. I've now scheduled another visit with my primary requesting a more professional place. So sad.

Negative experience: The therapist and therapy assistants are great! They provided me with knowledge and exercises to help strengthen my hand and it is much better. Both the receptionist and the billing department is another story. The receptionist was dismissive and would not listen to me about the fact that I had double coverage insurance and consequently, I got billed for my copay, which I should not have. I have called the billing department THREE times and told them about this and they refused to rebill. The staff in the billing department are beyond rude!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Jenn for several months now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first session, Jennifer displayed a level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand my specific issues and tailored a treatment plan that has significantly improved my mobility and reduced my pain. After being at this facility in the past, I have specifically asked my Orthopedic specialist to request this location because it is my favorite!

Grace and Kya have been the absolute best pair of hand therapist and tech to work with and have helped me make so much progress with my wrist in such a short amount of time! Positive experience: Would prefer to have my appointment in a private room rather than exercising next to strangers. I understand a business needs to move as many patients through as possible but it feels a little bit non-private and impersonal when your therapist or aid can be distracted by other patients and frequently is moving around the room or watching somebody else while you're being treated. Other than that, I enjoy the staff and feel it is decent care

Grace at Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy is absolutely amazing. She is the best of the best!. I came in to see Grace after almost losing my pinkie finger in a freak accident. Two surgeries later, I was not only still physically injured, I was an emotional wreck. Grace has been a miracle worker! She helped me regain motion and strength in my not only my pinkie finger but my entire hand. She has shown kindness and grace through the entire process. Thank you so much for all you do Grace! ... Grace & the team on the OT side got my son through a long recovery after a frustrating tendinitis & tendonosis issue in his right wrist and forearm. His arm is feeling great! Now he is working through a hip flexor issue with the PT guys, after a track injury. I have full confidence they'll get him back on track! (No pun intended... :-) )
