Spokane Sports and Physical Therapy

Negative experience: Unfortunately not all that impressived with the facility or my child's recovery. My daughter did PT here for several months all while only being given 1 exercise to do at home till they felt she was at a good stopping point so we stopped. a few months goes by and we go back for a reevaluation cause my daughter complains of the same problem again. The therapist during that appointment said something very out of left field and not at all accurate nor his place to diagnose. There were many occasions were I felt like behaviors/speech were borderline inappropriate from the therapist, including involving my other daughter who wasn't even having PT done but was just in attendance. Over all I felt like this place didnt place help my daughter and I have concerns in regards to the therapists conduct/professionalism. We ended up switching to a different place where they have helped so much and are very professional. I don't recommend Spokane Sports and Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: My back/should and hips have been horrible for years due to working in the healthcare field and getting injuries early on that were never addressed and then having a child. I have lived in excruciating pain for many years while trying to keep up with my own life and work... This has been a challenge. I was starting to lose hope as I have done physical therapy else where and it didn't help at all. My first few appointments with Craig and I am already seeing results! Still very painful but I can tell I am starting to get stronger and feel better day by day with his help! Thank you for all you do and thank you for your time! I look forward to my visits each week because I know soon I'll be soon over the worst and painful part of it and on the road to complete recovery! Thank you for your time and dedication to helping us who have injuries!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly atmosphere in this physical therapy clinic. Craig is a very knowledgeable PT. He and his assistant Annie made me feel very comfortable with my treatment and always answer my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them for your PT needs.

Positive experience: I really like the results of physical therapy. Mr Craig was informative and good at distracting from the pain that sometimes occurs during physical therapy . I can walk now!!

Fantastic experience: I have needed physical therapy a number of times over the years, and Craig Stephens is, without a doubt, the best physical therapist I have ever encountered. I am so grateful to him for successfully getting me back to 100% after every injury. Additionally, his staff is always so happy and engaging that it is a pleasure just to show up for an appointment. When I inevitably injure myself again, I will choose Spokane Sports and Physical Therapy because I want the best.

Fantastic experience: If not for this place I would’ve ended up having multiple surgeries I would never of needed and would more than likely be stuck in a wheelchair today. It’s my opinion that the people that work here are angels in disguise.

Fantastic experience: The team is amazing and they treated me like family! My parents have been seeing them for years and I was seeing them for almost a year. I always feel welcomed and taken care if. The staff tries to connect with you and they love learning about you. Craig definitely knows what he is doing and so does the entire team!!! 17/10 would definitely recommend! I've sent other friends there and they loved it too!!! I would give 20 stars if I could. Office feels very warm too

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at SSPT for 13 yrs. I have been treated for everything from back injuries, trauma due to a concussion, knee injuries and hip pain. I can honestly say that I would not trust my PT treatment to anyone else. So thankful that I was to SSPT. The staff are of excellent quality from front office to the back.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with ankle pain and swelling for about 35 years. I had an exploratory surgery done at one time and was told they saw no cause for the pain and swelling. I have had an MRI and an x-ray done, resulting in no relief. Recently, I began experiencing the pain associated with plantar fasciitis, I went to a podiatrist numerous times with no positive results. On my way to yet another x-ray, to determine if I would have surgery, I decided to go visit Craig. I have now had three treatments on my feet/ankle and the results are amazing! With two visits a week and a simple exercise I do at home, I have had more relief in my feet than I have ever had. Our entire family sees Craig on a semi regular basis. I can’t say enough about the staff either, especially Janell, they are like family now. Don’t waste your time, just go see him!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and glad I can finally use my leg again after 9 months of pain, my back is doing better after 4 1/2 years, including chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all friendly and willing to go all out and listens to your concerns. They make it a fun place to work as i hear them laughing and just enjoying their patients and co-workers They have helped my son with his with knee injuries and after surgeries. They care enough to call you after you no longer need PT anymore and check to see how you are doing with your recovery. That right there shows me they do care! I highly recommend Craig Stephens, you will leave happy.

Negative experience: Horrible place arrived in paon left in pain. Overpriced and did nothing for me. Rude staff members who i foind very offensive

Fantastic experience: This physical therapy clinic was far superior than any I have been to before. They implemented several different modalities that have helped my pain tremendously. The staff makes everyone feel comfortable. I would highly recommend going here for any rehab!

Negative experience: Its pretty sad when their is no heart or careing in some medicle places anymore its all about the "value" of the spot as i kept hearing yes i made some mistakes in the beginning but people have lives and things happen but to feel they just want you in for the "value" of the time spot and kick you out cause you cant make it in cause you cant walk im glad they did kick me out ill find a place with some heart wasnt a fan of Mike anyway drs used to care and not make their customers just a number oh well on to a much better place beware people
