Fantastic experience: Everyone in this office/practice really cares. They want to help, are incredibly knowledgable and work very hard to ensure their patients start feeling better. We need more people like them in our medical system. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice.

Fantastic experience: LINK Physical Therapy is absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it without reservation. I recently suffered a shoulder injury, and following my (second) surgery had to find a place for physical rehab, and am so grateful I found LINK. They have wonderful and talented personnel, clean facilities and are easy to work with. Lisa and Sasha were absolutely stellar, and worked me through my pain and repaired tissues. (I'd give it more than 5 stars, if possible.)

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by almost every therapist at Link Physical Therapy, and I can honestly say nothing but positive things in regards to how Myofascial Release and Strain/CounterStrain therapies performed by these caring individuals have aided in my every day life with chronic pain from a previous injury. This is by far the most functionality I’ve gained from any PT office! The therapists are down to earth, they care about your wellness, they’re knowledgeable in their craft (often taking continued education courses), they can treat a wide range of conditions, and are accepting of all unique client backgrounds. The desk staff are just as caring, I always enjoy catching up with them each week. 10/10! Please make sure to give Pepper and Greta some love if you’ve ever got the pleasure of visiting the office the same day they are :)

Fantastic experience: It is nice to have a PT office that has dogs in office who act like therapy dogs. What a joy to an already nice environment. My son never minds waiting for me at my appointment! The receptionists, Sheila and Anna, are warm, welcoming and amazingly knowledgeable. If they don't know it, they find out! Now for the therapists, Lisa, Sarah and Chloe. Can't say enough about each of their great care for me while treating an injury. They complement each other so well. They are skilled therapists who are always growing and learning new techniques for the better of PT treatment. Won't be going anywhere else!

I had another competing physical therapy clinic recommend them for a stubborn leg issue. I’ve seen all of their therapists and they’re excellent at what they do. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Link is so friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well put together. The physical therapists are knowledgeable and accommodating. I have never been able to have this great a pain relief, the strain counter strain technique is phenomenal.

I have chronic neurological issues, and I thought I was just going to have to live with them, but Lisa and Sarah went to work on me and solved the issue—I can’t recommend them highly enough! Fantastic experience: The therapists here are warm and welcoming. I love being greeted by the dogs as well. I have watched how the clients in the waiting room smile and love on the dogs . It is a great place to come to for Physical Therapy.

Negative experience: I stood out in the hallway waiting for an appointment that is in the same building as this physical therapy place. A young black dog poked its head out and started to growl at me. I was sitting on the floor when it started to happen. I stood up thinking it it would make the dog more comfortable and it didn’t. The front desk heard her growling and called her to go over to them, but the dog didn’t respond to the command. I confronted the office about the dogs behavior toward me and she said, “she’s just scared.” I mentioned this to another gal bringing an older dog out and she said that dog is known for growling at people. I have video footage of this happening. Why are you allowing this dog in your office if it’s known to growl at people. Don’t put this poor dog in uncomfortable situations. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. So unprofessional. -Explanation as to why I was sitting in the hall. I was locked out of the office next door waiting for someone to open it.

Fantastic experience: link is the best kept secret in the PT universe! sarah worked me through a rotator cuff repair, and worked wonders! my range of motion is actually better than it was prior to the injury. her technique is basically some form of magic that WORKS. i have returned twice since, for two different ailments and cannot sing their praises enough! i highly recommend link if you are trying to figure out who to see for PT. also, it being a dog-friendly office is just the icing on the cake! if you HAVE to go to physical therapy - why not make it an enjoyable experience, at least?

Fantastic experience: I worked for the past three months with Lisa at Link Physical Therapy. Her knowledge, expertise, and clear communication helped me to understand what my problem was. She then developed an exercise plan that helped to ease my back pain and to strengthen areas that will aid in my recovery. She even came in on her day off one time when I had a painful back episode. I cannot speak highly enough about her skill and “bedside “ manner! Also I was greeted warmly every time by Sheila and of course Pepper, the sweetest pup! This is a wonderful office all around!

Fantastic experience: I had a therapeutic massage for an old neck injury with Marlene. It was great. Very professional and I have much better movement in my neck.

Fantastic experience: Because I have not been treated by Lisa, I can speak only concerning Sarah who has treated me over several years for several issues including hip replacement from which I have fully recovered. Sarah has miracle hands, able to quickly and gently find and treat the source of pain and sensitive and empathetic towards my personal needs. Her office staff are always kind and responsive to work with.

Fantastic experience: It seems weird at first but the ladies that work here are incredible! They are PT’s with very specialized training. I have a chronic pain disease and after years of treatment in different modalities I was shocked at how fast it helped my pain!! I could feel change happening after the very first appointment! It’s amazing!! I was able to stop all other body therapies and just do PT.

Fantastic experience: Absolute miracle workers! Both my husband and I have been treated by both Sarah and Lisa off and on through the last several years. The work they do to heal the body is off-the-charts. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and highly effective! The office is a nice environment, 2nd floor with elevator access, and ample parking. If you're lucky, you'll be there on a day when the office dog is in, too :)
