B and B Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I have been pleasantly thankful for the opportunity to experience the physical therapy that I received at the the B and B PT facility. There a variety of exercises that the therapist demonstrated and then helped me perform in various durations & repetitions. The therapy assistant guided me through those and other modes exercises. I was provided picture’s that helped to define the exercises for my use to go through the exercises at home. I feel that the exercises alleviated the muscular and pain that I had experienced.

Fantastic experience: I have used B&B since my first knee replacement surgery. They are very professional and do not attempt or try to sell any "voodoo "type of treatment . They do the job they are requested for and do it very well. The facility is clean,quiet and well run. I would highly recommend them if you want results for reestablishing physical ability after accident or needed medical procedures.

Fantastic experience: Kameron (I hope I’m spelling that right) was great at reducing symptoms of numbness and tingling in my finger and thumb due to a spinal injury. I asked a lot of questions about how the whole nervous system works and practices in the physical therapy and chiropractic world. He was able to answer any PT questions very well and was able to give me his respectful opinion on the chiropractic world. He was also genuinely interested and concerned for my well-being and recovery. One of the things he mentioned was that it’s not necessarily better for him, but he was aiming to get me to a point to where I wouldn’t have to come back as soon as possible. I had one session with Nate and he was very much the same. The entire admin staff is friendly and professional as well. I also had TMD a few years back and Mary was able to get me to a point where I was able to prevent my jaw from locking. She also was able to explain very well the mechanisms of how my jaw worked and why it was locking. There’s a different PT office in walking distance to me with more reviews and the same rating on Google but I’ll still go to B&B based on my experiences here.

Fantastic experience: When I was first seen at B&B they explained the steps that would be taken to ensure that I heal and strengthen my body. I have been seen at other P.T. offices in Spokane but have to say that B&B are the best. They have a wonderful staff and Therapists who always greet everyone with a smile. The therapists are always checking in with their patients to ensure that each person receives the best care. I am doing better after having surgery because of everyone at B&B. Thank you for all you do.

Fantastic experience: Jared Friedly is a fantastic Physical Therapist! He really listens to patients when they describe symptoms (and remembers on subsequent visits!). Jared is thorough with his treatments and in prescribing at home exercises. If you don't have a trusted PT, or if you aren't happy with your current provider, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Jared.

Fantastic experience: B & B Physical Therapy is the place to go. The entire staff is amazing. They are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and really listen to their clients so the assessment you receive is accurate and the care you get is optimum. I have been helped numerous times by Mary Ellen Anton and also Nate.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have used B&B therapy for years and feel they are the best, most caring and dedicated therapists that we have ever been seen by. The clinic is always spotless and all machines and apparatus are cleaned after every use. Jill the office manager is spot on about appointment times and scheduling and all staff are friendly and work to set one at ease during a procedure. We gladly recommend B&B therapy.

Fantastic experience: My middle school daughter was having pain after starting cross country and then volleyball. We made some efforts for her healing but it wasn’t getting better. Jared at B&an physical therapy made some discoveries then some suggestions that made all the difference! When my daughter was given one recommendation to stop playing (which brought on the tears) Jared was able to help alleviate pain and begin increasing strength. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient off and on for several years now and have almost exclusively seen Mary Ellen. She is so fantastic and has helped me so much! She knows her stuff! Nate has also worked with me too. They both are up to date on everything pertaining to my issues and are enormously educated in their fields. The office staff is superb. They run the office well, are friendly, and always there to help. I have complete faith and trust in B & B Phys. Therapy and would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have come to B&B Physical Therapy for various running injuries over the past 10+ years and every single time I am able to get a timely appointment with a friendly, helpful, and informative therapist who gets me set up with a good program to get back out to do the things I love. I tend to ask a lot of questions to better understand why I’m hurting and how to prevent it in the future. The therapists are always very patient and happy to break it down for me. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with physical therapy needs!

Negative experience: During COVID-19, I had to go to PT for an injury. The healthcare industry is mandated to wear masks unless in an office alone, but I walked in to 6 employees in a circle talking without wearing masks. As masks protect patients, I am appalled by this. Apparently the PT working with you will wear one, but the rest of the staff still touches things. So I immediately canceled my appointment. Glad to know they care so little for the safety of their patients.
