Fantastic experience: Honestly I don't have enough good things to say about this place... 4 weeks ago I could barely walk, in constant pain and wasn't sure I'd ever get back to any sense of normalcy. I'm not perfect yet but I'm well on my way and most of that is thanks to these wonderful people and following the exercise routine they set for me. All the PTs I've worked with are super knowledgeable and helped me understand the results of an mri that had me pretty terrified and they really make you feel like you can get better, not just manage the issue. Seriously I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, everyone is super nice and incredibly helpful. They happened to be the only overlap on the list that my insurance gave me and the list neos gave me of pts... Couldn't be happier it worked out that way.

Negative experience: Went here for an IME as instructed by the insurance company. The Dr which performed the exam informed the Insurace company I should stop chiropractic stimulation and massage therapy and start physical therapy in which I did and have been since the beginning ofJune. ( At a different business where the insurance advised. My muscles are so tight since stopping the massage and chiropractic electric stimulation, I am getting sensations down my arm. This has been going on for over 2 months since I started physical therapy. It seems to be getting worse without the massages or stim. It took the massage therapist 2 months to work the knots out along with electric stimulation and within a month of therapy the muscle spasms have been terrible.I would advise getting a second opinion if this happens to anyone else. They are not always right and now I have been suffering because of there medical opinion. If you know your body then trust your gut because I was doing better with the chiropractor and massage therapy.

Fantastic experience: I came here with a severe sciatica problem and have been coming for the past 2 months. I just wanna say how amazing the staff has been, all so welcoming, so polite and professional. I’ve been working mostly with Brett who also does dry needling and if you’re nervous to give it a try DO IT! Honestly it changed my healing journey I found myself able to move so much better after just one session, it really jumped started my progress and made my daily life better. The physical therapy work outs are well thought out, extremely helpful and the best part is the massages at the end! Highly recommend Brett and dry needling and I highly recommend everyone on the team that makes this place what it is if just PT is more for you.

Fantastic experience: I experienced jaw pain and went to Rehab Resolutions for PT. They were wonderful. I did exercises and also dry needling. Both gave me amazing results. No more clicking jaw and I am able to fully open my mouth again without pain. I can return to eating foods normally. Receptionist as well as Therapists are all very professional and informative

Fantastic experience: I've been to other places for rehab before, none have been as patient centered and personal as this facility. The care they give is exceptional, they are all very professional yet personal at the same time. They make going to physical therapy as fun as possible. It's been a pleasure working with them.

Fantastic experience: Based on a friend recommendation, I went to rehab resolution in West Springfield. I have had physical therapy before but never Have I been as impressed as I am with Rehab resolution I worked with all the staff and the owner who is credentialed with ART. I found much improvement and received their treatment for six months twice Sound a week. Prior to that I was in anexcruciating pain, my legs and back. I still have pain because my problem is spinal stenosis, but with their help I was able to Increase my muscles strength and keep my body moving as much as I felt safe. I would go nowhere else and I Recommend this practice for anyone . Also had massages in the Westfield Office, also I highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: Rehab Resolutions is amazing! I recently went to a different rehab facility suggested by my doctor. I only saw the physical therapist on the first visit. After that, I was only there for half an hour each session and 15 minutes of each session I was using a tends unit. Sophia and her staff are amazing! Each session has exercises and you see a physical therapist. They cater to your specific need of therapy and can adjust an alter exercises according to your ability. I believe they go above and beyond to make sure that when you leave your pain has improved or has gone away. You are also given exercises to do at home to continue to keep your pain at bay. If you need a physical therapist now or in the future, my recommendation is to go to Rehab Resolutions. They are friendly, caring, focused on your needs, and ready to help you the minute you walk in the door. I will no longer be going any where else. Rehab Resolutions is the only place I will go from now on!

Fantastic experience: The people, the equipment and the results are all second to none! My shoulder is almost as good as new after physical therapy. Getting you back to the way you were before the life changing event that brought you here is a team effort and the West Springfield office has the A-Team!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Brett for dry needling for a while. He is very skilled at it and takes his time to target my painful areas. I would definitely recommend him for anyone suffering from tight or painful muscles.

Fantastic experience: I go to Rehab Resolutions for all my injuries and aftercare from all my surgeries. I will not go anywhere else. The entire crew are absolutely amazing individuals. The team there treats you like family. They listen to you....laugh with you and very much care about you and your journey to getting well. The owner has the Ultimate Crew Ever. You will not be disappointed with your recovery to healing. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rehab Resolutions for about five weeks and am very pleased with my progress. I injured my back fifteen months ago and have had surgery and several injections, as well as PT at another practice in town. Rehab Solutions has helped me more in five weeks than PSSP did in nine months.

Fantastic experience: I just started going to the Westfield office after Vertebral fractures. The staff is amazing. Tomas made me feel comfortable and cared for day 1. He has been patient and listened to all my concerns. Just amazing not going to anyone else. I feel welcomed. Also apologies another staff who is wonderful helping me with starting exercising again. Sorry will get his name. Truly a wonderful experience especially as I was afraid to move after having my fractures can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: What can i say? This place is amazing! The desk staff, the Therapists, everyone is so helpful and actually caring. They helped me recover from a major tear in my calf, and with their guidance, i was walking and moving great in just a few weeks. I value their kindness and expertise and the equipment and facility were up to date and i felt respected and cared for in their hands.

Fantastic experience: As a personal trainer and exercise instructor, recovering fully from injury is vital to my job. After experiencing other physical therapy practices, and also hearing feedback from my clients who occasionally see me after physical therapy, I can say that Rehab Resolutions is a notch above the rest. The difference is their hands-on approach (especially ART), and organized and methodical progression of your exercise therapy program. Sophia is the best - she got me teaching aerobics again after a nasty calf tear, and has helped me several times with a frozen neck. Irina is very intuitive and skilled, and was able to gently adjust my SI joint, which I’ve found a lot of practitioners do not know how to do. Everyone is friendly and also organized and clear, including the desk staff. I recommend them highly!

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the wonderful staff at Rehab Resolutions enough for their care during the fall. I received a diagnosis of TMJ in the summer. I never realized that chronic headaches were a piece of this condition. From the time I phoned Rehab Resolutions for an appointment until I had my last appointment with Tom, I received professional service and great relief. I left the experience at RR feeling better equipped to deal with the symptoms of TMJ moving forward. PTA Dawn was informative and really spent time making sure I felt well upon leaving each session. Mr. Kim was always upbeat and patient during my exercises, and PT Tom was very professional and informative like PTA Dawn. I have been to PT for other issues at other practices. I found myself as just one of many who were dealing with the same PT during the same time slot. Opportunities to get proper information ….and relief were not always given. The atmosphere was just not comfortable at these fast-paced, larger practices. I felt I was just there to satisfy the goals of the Insurance Company. All of the staff at Resolution Rehab provide a welcoming, compassionate, and professional environment, something we all hope to find when we do not feel well. Thank you, thank you! And God bless! Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I’m dealing with multiple issues (Heds) and Tomas has been beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. He pushes me just enough so I don’t suffer from PEM. The alter G should be everywhere.

Fantastic experience: I been going to rehab resolutions for the past 4 months. My range of motion and posture has improved tremendously. The staff is friendly and Christiana who is my PT is amazing. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Definitely try them out.

Negative experience: My mother was injured here and there was no follow-up whatsoever. This octogenarian drove herself to urgent care. I have had PT twice elsewhere and know what good treatment is.

Fantastic experience: My mom has stage 4 Parkinson’s. We had been to 4 other PT practices in the area and were losing hope. We tried Rehab Resolutions and I couldn’t thank them enough. She went from being almost completely in a wheelchair to now able to walk short distances without any aides! And the entire staff is so friendly and motivating. Fantastic experience: Best Physical Therapy Practice around- hands down. I have been coming for years with ankle, back and neck issues and have always gotten exactly what I needed through the hands on treatment all of the therapists provide. Most recently, I was unable to turn my head and had pain all the time. Christianna worked her Magic and my pain is gone and can move my head again. These therapists care about getting you better and are very knowledgeable in various methods to get you there.

Fantastic experience: The pts in the West Springfield office are amazing! Alex, Robin and Ty are very attentive to your needs. They are personable and make you feel like you are the only patient there. I cannot recommend this office enough! If you need PT this is the place to go! I have been to other places and my experience was not great. Rehab resolution is the best starting with their receptionist Maureen! She always greets you with kind words. I know that if I need them again I will be welcomed with open arms! I will truly miss my 2 days a week with them! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I love this physical therapy office, by far one of the best I’ve been to. Compare to all the other offices, I think this one is better Suited for those who wants a one on one session with any situation you have. I have gone here for my TMJ, my right and left knee. They help you learn how to do stretches and mini excerises correctly so you can get the right results and get better quicker without the option of going straight to surgery or invasive procedures. The atmosphere is great, the people is great, and I highly recommend this place.

This is a place where you get intense but comfortable therapy not just exercises. They KNOW what they are doing! You'd do yourself a disservice by not coming here for all of your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: This is my third experience with Rehab. Resolutions. I had a back, shoulder and now I am being treated for a knee issue. In all 3 cases, I have had incredible results. Saved me from possible surgery. I saw mostly Sophia and Chritiana, but also the PTA's and Techs who worked with me on my exercises. I have complete confidence that as with the other 2 problrms, this knee issue will also be resolved. The entire staff are capable, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. They are very anxious to help with all of your questions etc. I highly and have recommended this orgsorgantion to my close friends and acquaintances. I am not easily impressed and all of my medical care is in Boston, with the exception of Rehab. Resolutions. I only go to the Best and do my homework on personal care. I believe that speaks for itself!

Fantastic experience: When they say "We get results" they really do follow through by helping this patient to become pain free. I suffer from scoliosis (curvature of the spine) and on top of that I suffered a debilitating injury 3 months prior to being referred to Rehab Resolutions Inc resulting in my being in excruciating pain when ever I moved or even just resting my arm on my rib cage. I personally want to thank all the staff for quickly helping me to be able to move again without screaming in pain and always going the extra mile to help me.
