Fantastic experience: Danielle Riley NP did a wonderful job giving me two gel and cortisone injections in my right/left knee today. She was gentle and talked me through the whole process. She told me what I could expect as the injection was going in and that really reassured me. She did a great job!! I would definitely go to Danielle again for my injections in the future.

Fantastic experience: Thankfully the staff got me an urgent appointment. David and the team were excellent. They took the time to thoroughly review my injury, provide immediate care , diagnosis, treatment and explain an overall plan. I return for surgery on Thursday morning which will help speed up my recovery. NEOS handled my hip replacement (Dr. Alexander Brothers) which was a complete success. I am relieved that the same team will be dealing with this recent injury.

Fantastic experience: I met with Saba Ali this afternoon. She interpreted my knee X-Ray. The knee cap appears to have a hairline fracture.She told me to wear a brace, take Tylenol and not to put pressure on it. I have an appointment in two weeks to follow up. Ms Ali seemed knowledgeable and confident in the diagnosis.

Fantastic experience: Saw Mark about chronic shoulder pain. He took x-rays and manipulated the joint then fully (more fully than any of my previous providers) explained the issue, bursitis, and recommended 3 treatments: PT. injection and adjusting my work station set up. Very happy! Google is not allowing me to post a second review for another provider for a separate problem. But Danielle was too excellent to let that defeat me. I came in for a pre-op checkup. I was on the verge of rescheduling the surgery but she patiently and thoroughly responded to my concerns and I am going through with the procedure. She's a five star medical provider! NEOS should address the take up the bottle neck problem with Google.

Fantastic experience: From the very beginning, we were impressed with the service. We were welcomed warmly, and everything was explained and shown to us. The entire staff was extremely kind, and the doctor was absolutely outstanding. I am very grateful that it is this doctor Jessica Drenga in this clinic, who will be performing my son’s surgery. Fantastic experience: I see Matt Gerard every 6 months for quite some time now. I get injections in both knees. I get the gel injections and the cortisone also. Matt is a really good doctor and I tell people about how gentle he is . He's just a great guy and I would give him 12 s. Thanks Matt.

Positive experience: I have tried calling 3 times over the last week to book an appointment. Wednesday 11:57am, Friday 4:22pm, and Monday 11:24am. Update: Called again today at 4:10pm and they're closed again. All FOUR times the office phones have been off.. I understand the lunch times and see the business hours but why are the phones shutoff early every single time.

Fantastic experience: Talked to me, took x-rays, discussed my knee issue, did some physical evals and recommended a cortisone injection, which he did. So far, so good! Friendly, knowledgeable, I felt confident with his diagnosis.

Fantastic experience: I suffered for over 6 months with knee pain. On the day of my appointment I was afraid I wasn't going to receive any relief. The PA came in smiled at me and started talking to me and also listening I instantly felt like a dark cloud had been lifted. He treated my pain and referred me for therapy. Fantastic experience: Matt saw me to evaluate left knee pain with known osteoarthritis. Cortisone injection 8/29 was not helpful and need to explore non surgical interventions. He was very open to discussing some options that might help to support my active lifestyle. He did not push for total knee replacement even though this will be inevitable in the future. We will try gel injections and a knee brace for now. He was very thoughtful and responsive to my individual needs!

Fantastic experience: Alissa Burian, PA-C. This review is only in reference to Alissa, other experiences at NEOS have honestly been really bad. - She really took the time to answer all of our questions. We were also given options for therapy that catered to our lifestyle rather than the typical orthopedic care, she chose to find the best option, not a one size fits all solution.

That took the same oath just want money unfortunately as it is its the truth. I have referred him to friends and they argue he won’t add anymore pain on you if he doesn’t have to , he was supposed to do a rotator cuff surgery on me when he went to look in my arm he said he didn’t want to cause me anymore pain because it would of never held up cause its pretty torn and the next part in shoulder replacement in which he dosent want to do either.l Love all he’s descion making for my care. Negative experience: Dr. Adler was amazing. I had a cortisone shot in my wrist, I didn’t feel a thing; the numbing spray hurt more than the injection. Dr. Adler had explained everything in detail and how the process was going to work. He said it was a trial and if it didn’t work, we’d go over other options! Very thorough and sympathetic. The staff on the third floor was very nice and helped with paperwork. The staff on the first floor were very impatient and rude. One lady in particular. I told her I was unable to check out because both check out desks were closed and unable to check me out. I told her I was on the phone with the pediatrician for my infant daughter who was with me. She kept persisting me into making an appointment and I said I needed to speak with her pediatrician's office, as well as feed her because she was crying. I said I would call back for a follow-up appointment. After finally reaching the office and feeding her, I was walking out to leave and the same lady once again was persistent after being told I’ll call back another day, she asked on my way out are you going to make a follow-up appointment; and I told her I will call back.

Fantastic experience: My experience was very positive. He looked at my X-rays and explained what they look like. He then came up with a treatment plan, and if things don’t get better in 6 weeks, to come in so we can see what my next steps are.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling with a hip problem for five years. I know there is no easy fix, but David talked me through the possible cause and then gave me a carefully administered cortisone shot (which I’ve had before but never so thoroughly done). I’m very grateful.

Gave me copy & results of my Biopsy Of Mass Taken Out At Surgery, Referral For "ATI" Physical Therapy for Right Hand ✋️ Was Provided & Made Sure They Bandaged My Hand To keep it Clean For Recovery Before I Left DR's Office.. Negative experience: I’m still waiting for follow up on an injury that occurred 11/7/2024 and took almost a year to finally be approved for imaging on. I need an image with contrast since still being in extraordinary pain that hasn’t responded to that big old shot last given to me about 2 months ago. I cannot move my shoulder above my head and tired of being my own advocate for health and/ or pain care. Do I really need to bring a bunch of people with me to get anything done? Ok I will…

Positive experience: Several weeks ago I went to get another cortisone shot for my finger. I was assigned to see Bryan Chaplin who I previously never met. Mr. Chaplin informed me that no, I wasn’t getting cortisone. He went on to say that the practice only allows for 2 cortisone treatments for my problem. I believe this would have been my 5th or 6th shot. Obviously an arbitrary decision on his part. He the went on with the bait and switch; explained the details of the procedure, recovery time, rehab, etc. I was very annoyed that I wasn’t notified ahead of time, and charged a copay for virtually nothing. No to mention my wasted time, which I am running out of. I declined the surgical option. After dealing with the pain and loss of strength, I decided to go forward, and called to schedule the surgery. I told the scheduler that I had already been briefed by Mr. Chaplin on the details of the procedure, and would prefer to forego a pre-op visit. I was told that I was required to see him first. He gave me the same pre op speech that I already heard. More of my time and another co pay, and no relief from the pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chaplin was kind and explained things in a way I could easily understand. He took the extra step to ask the doctor above him for a second opinion and confirmed they were making the right decision. My 4yr old told me he loved Dr Chaplin as we left. Hoping we don’t have to return but if we do, we hope we get Dr Chaplin again!

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the time I checked in to the time I left was outstanding . Receptionists, nurse, Xray department were all fantastic but best of all was Jessica. She explained my problems in a way that was easy for me to understand. She’s awesome.

Fantastic experience: She removed my stitches for me and it didn't hurt. So thrilled I was able to have the medical office treat me. I was scared about losing my ability to properly walk again. They fixed that!

This was my post-op first visit back to the surgeon's office and David was warm and helpful, answered all my questions and did a skillful job removing the bandage that has been on for two weeks!
