Fantastic experience: I consulted Terra for a foot problem that I was having. Terra evaluated me promptly and found the issue. I started therapy sessions with her and WHAT an improvement. She gave me many exercises to do at home and the videos showing me how to do them were VERY helpful. Terra is one of the nicest & sweetest ladies around and she genuinely cares about her patients, more than the money. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Terra and Cassidy are so amazing to work with. I had a badly sprained ankle and the first day that I worked with Terra, I could tell a difference in how it felt! I highly recommend them if you are needing PT! They are both very patient, caring, and truly will help you improve and feel better.

Negative experience: I saw zero improvement after two months so switched my care to another provider. The problem with this place is you work with a different therapist every time you go there.

Fantastic experience: When I started going to Terra, I had so much leg pain that some mornings I felt like I couldn’t stand up. She took the time to evaluate my symptoms and came up with a plan to ease my pain. I was able to resume some activities that I hadn’t been able to do in a short amount of time. The one-on-one approach is so much better than going somewhere that tells you do do something for a set amount of time and then walk away while you are doing it. I highly recommend Terra as she is very knowledgeable and caring.

Fantastic experience: A+++ Experience! After injuring my shoulder/back playing golf in May, I was referred to Terra at Enhance Physical Therapy by my fitness trainer. You'll find working with Terra to be an absolute joy! She is exceptionally knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. After a thorough evaluation of my injury and related mobility issues, we agreed on an 8-10 week treatment plan. During each session we worked on a different set of exercises that really challenged my strength and range of motion. And don't worry about forgetting your homework, video demonstrations of each exercise are available through the PtEverywhere app! Fantastic experience: Very grateful to be working with Ali for pelvic floor PT. It is easy to think that you can get away witbout physical therapy with all the resources that can be found online, however, the personalized care is critical. With all the research I was doing, I was confident that I was rehabbing myself appropriately after first baby through second baby for diastasis and discovered at our first session I wasn't. She has already proven to be a great resource, so friendly, and willing to answer all questions. Excited to continue working with her!

Fantastic experience: I found Enhance PT and Terra through FB. I had been having trouble with my shoulder for several years. I couldn’t do my workouts like I wanted or play catch with my son, sometimes even putting on a shirt or sleeping would bother me. After 8 sessions with Terra, I have full, pain free motion, I am getting back to workouts and I can toss a ball to my son. I know I still have some strength to gain, but we are working on that.

Fantastic experience: Terra couldn't come any more highly recommended from me! I'm 36 years old and little injuries/pain started to become nagging and persistent. I started seeing Terra in January of this year for shoulder pain I couldn't get to go away no matter what I tried. Her treatment plan had me back in the gym lifting pain free! She helped me with my shoulder so much that I wanted to have her help me with some mobility issues that were causing me pain in my hips and knees while exercising. Within a few sessions, she had me feeling 10 years younger! There were exercises/movements like squats and deadlifts that I completely wrote off thinking I was "too old" or "too banged up" to do anymore. Not only am I doing any exercise that I want in the gym, I'm feeling better than ever! I'm squatting and running every week, something I haven't done in years due to pain! Terra did so much for me, my wife even started seeing her for mobility and performance work. She worked with me an hour a week and she gave me several exercises to do at home. I never thought I would get my range of motion back, but it's almost 100%. Fantastic experience: Working with Terra on my ankle mobility turned out to be a great experience for me and definitely helped improve my workouts! She guided me with some exercises when I met with her in person and we were able to follow up via Zoom. She was right on target with her assessment and very kind in her guidance! Fantastic experience: My son worked with Enhance staff after straining his hamstring playing baseball. His recovery went very well after work with Terra. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She helped him to strengthen his hips and back to be a stronger player and prevent injury, as well as working to heal and strengthen his hamstring and getting him back to playing baseball. Fantastic experience: I saw Terra’s add on Facebook and decided to give her a try. I have had shoulder issues for a while now which was causing me a lot of problems when I was working out. After an 8 week session with Terra my shoulders are much better and I’m able to workout pain free. I have tried several other people in town to try and help me through these issues and found that Terra, by far, was the best therapist for me. Fantastic experience: I have been through a full treatment of PT a year ago with another place and hardly saw any results. I was left still unable to do many things that I was having trouble with. I am only on my 4th visit with EPT and I have already seen a dramatic difference in my physical capabilities!! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just want to say Terra is one of the best PT!! I was having plantar fasciitis and heel spur problems. I was in alot of pain when I first went to see her. By the time my PT was done I felt so much better!! I am back to running with no pain. I learned alot from her and the exercises and stretching exercises she gave me. It helped me so much. I still do alot of stretching. I would highly recommend Terra!! If you are having any problems give her a try. She will do what ever it takes to get you back to normal!!
