Fantastic experience: Very nice! Very caring therapists

Fantastic experience: The warm therapy pool and the therapy exercises I do there, along with the hot tub afterwards, has saved my life!! Sheldon was my therapist and he's as friendly and down-to-Earth as the day is long!

Negative experience: Absolutely unorganized,dirty and rude.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapist Sam is the best! I have had great service from everyone there and Sam's Assistant PT was also quite pleasant to work with. I would recommend the "Meyer's Outpatient PT Center" over any other physical therapy center I have gone to in Springfield. After a previous back injury and many failed attempts from different therapists at other facilities to relieve my pain, with poor results , then I came here and finally found the relief I was looking for.

Levi Tucker is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, kind & is good at reaching/getting through to my teenage stepdaughter & what needs to be done. If I ever need physical therapy, I'll request to be sent here.

Fantastic experience: Going to Meyer Center was a good experience but I don't think delivery drivers for food or anything else ought to just park where the patients need to be picked up very inconvenient

I'm grateful for you. Not as important, but super nice benefit is the scheduling and reception team. They're terrific as well. I've never had to wait and I'm in and out no problem every time

Fantastic experience: Oh what a difference the right people and attitude can make! This place is run efficiently and the services are excellent. From the time I was wheeled in, I knew I was in the right place and I was going to be taken care of. Excellent food for patients and guests too.

Fantastic experience: It is very clean, staff is very welcome and nice. They have a hot tub, pool, cardio workout area, weight lifting area, sauna, steam room, basketball court, etc.

Fantastic experience: If you are interested in having a running assessment done, this is the place to go. Andy was very thorough and answered questions that other PTs had not been able to answer for me.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapist is Tyler. He is very knowledgeable and extremely dedicated to helping me figure out what is exactly right for me. He really knows his stuff and I appreciate him so much!

Fantastic experience: 4 of my 5 children have gone to Meyer center outpatient center. 3 of them have had great experiences and have benefited from this facility. 1 of them didn't get the same experiences as their siblings. However the one child went there about 5 years ago. The other 3 have been within the last year and a half and from my personal experience it seems the facility has made some good changes in the way the employees communicate with their patients.

Fantastic experience: Low wait times, super friendly front desk, and therapy staff. Wide variety of services, including pediatric, physical, occupational, speech therapy, and other services, are available. The therapists are great! Lots of clean, well maintained up to date therapy equipment. Very conscientious of contaminants and clean equipment after each use. I love this place and would highly recommend it for any therapy need.
