Negative experience: One star for at least trying, but I have to say I was charged an extreme amount of money for “chiropractic” - which is a man using a ‘clicker’ and not ever actually touching you. I was also charged extreme for leg braces which fell apart on day 3 and when I went back to get help with them I was basically dismissed. The braces are in a pile in the closet. I was charged for a physical therapy assessment, but the PT ended up being a list of exercises to do at home. Yes, there were other patients receiving hands on treatment for pain and spinal decompression but I was told that most insurances don’t cover this. Nice people but in it for the $$ bucks .. negligible long term results.

Positive experience: My first experience at this medical facility was informative and soothing as I was impressed that they have a chiropractor, a medical practitioner and a physiotherapist available. For older folks, like myself it is strenuous and stressful to be going from one medical place to another, hence I commend this place. The staff was very friendly and the doctor who attended to me was very professional and caring . When it comes to its ambience, it was peaceful, clean and quiet.

Negative experience: I dont understand why most of the reviews are good because I didnt have a good experience at all, I showed up 30 mins early for paperwork and the entire time while filling out paperwork and waiting to be called in the front desk ladies were gossiping about their outside lives the entire time, they had an attitude, the environment was not comfortable, when I did get called in the young lady getting my info was very nice but she seemed extremely on edge as she wasn't very professional, there was a wodded up tissue in the back corner in the room right next to the trash can, mind you this room is dark no decorations, trashy and dirty and the adjustment table is right up next to the wall so when I laid down on it as instructed by the only female doctor there my arm was pressed up against the wall, the female doctor whom I do not remember her name was testing my leg reflexes by tapping in the soft spot under your knee, she didn't even hit the right spot,my legs didnt reflex and she said "OK great!" She was extremely rude, as I was lightly swinging my legs because I had been in the car and at work all day she had sighed out loud and asked me with such an attitude if I could "Please stop moving my legs because its going to give her a migraine" I just apologized and ignored and moved on, I was then informing her about the exact correct position of my pain and what that pain felt like and once again she said with an attitude and a sigh if I could "Please stop interrupting her and let her ask the questions " she had been asking and I had been answering her politely, I did not interrupt her or anything,i have thought long and hard about this place and i wont be coming back, when i went to cancel my next appt i told the lady over the phone that i wanted to cancel my appt, thats it! Instead she went ahead without asking to reschedule and i told her no im not going to i want to cancel!! She then proceeded to say OK with an attitude and hung up on me. I work in the health care field and this was an absolute JOKE of a place, I will never recommend this place to anyone, when dealing with a patient's body let alone their spine, with that type of unprofessional attitude I would never trust them to work on my body.

Was ready to begin the path of injections or surgery until a friend recommended me to them. Although it took time, their program was great and within months I was experiencing pain-free days. Fantastic experience: This facility came with highest recommendations from my nurse and others as I'm from out of state. When I began here, I was in dire need of pain relief to perform basic tasks (get out of bed, toileting, hygiene). The emergency room couldn't treat my spinal health. I had lost all hope, bed ridden in so much pain. I didn't know chiropractors were such a blessing. I now believe that I will recover fully, thanks to their various treatment methods, kind, caring staff and a doctor that genuinely listens to your concerns and treats them. The Physician and staff never make you feel you are a burden! Cherry health is relief, hope and recovery. They have my full gratitude. Thank all y'all!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would.

Negative experience: Unimpressed. The chiropractor spent 15 minutes telling me about what was going on with my back, so I assumed he would be helping it quite a bit. I spent more time going up and down on the table than him using the clicker on my spine. There wasn't any adjustment at all. There's a deductible everytime which could be normal with my insurance, but whatever I paid, it wasn't worth it. On a positive note, the physical therapy seemed genuine and let me try on the recommended brace. While my insurance will pay for the visit, they will not pay for the brace which would be $1100 out of pocket. When ordered at CMH, my part would be about $250. I got an Aspen LSO 750 brace(new) for $30! Lesson learned, I will not be returning.

Negative experience: If your going for help good luck. The insurance lady there is rude, mean, and will shut you down if your on Medicaid. They do not work with you. That is a complete lie. And if your trying to get disability, do not go. Ky3 shouldn't even promote them. I turned them in for insurance fraud.

Negative experience: I've never had to make an appointment!! Which is very convenient for me.....until today. The front desk didn't ask if I had an appointment or bother to tell me my chiropractor was out for lunch til 2! Just left me sitting there. Glad I finally got up and asked after half an hour in an empty waiting room!

Negative experience: Doctor rambled on for an hour comparing my spine to a squeaky screen door. The joints need lubrication and proper mobility so on and therfore....I was told shut up and don't ask questions. After coming up with a treatment plan, along with all the medical devices I would need. I was told they would see what my insurance would cover. Note: I asked if they could write a refill rx for lidocaine patches. I was told they don't prescribe any medicine. SO MUCH FOR PAIN

Negative experience: My husband had several visits and they barely touched him. Seems they want to charge for many visits and take a long as possible to do any treatment. We went there because he was in severe pain and after 5 visits, they still hadn't given him any treatments of any kind. What a joke.

Positive experience: Everyone was very nice to me and told me everything I needed to know, only reason why I give this 3 stars is because they only work on me for 5 mins than send me home. I live over 2 hours away from this place and they just use me as a way to make a quick buck. Do you even understand how much fuel And money I blew through just to get help from you ?

Negative experience: I went their 3 yrs ago. I was rushed through. Had to sit and listen to a dr explaining my back was like a rusty barn door. I was concerned on what was wrong. I asked in the middle of the explanation. It did no good. 20 plus minutes later it was finally explained. I was so mad. I was told we were the same age and his was not as bad as mine! Then the person stepped in to tell me the cost! It was around 275 to 300$ a week . I just walked out and will never return

Fantastic experience: My husband went to them because he couldn't move his neck and the doctors had told him that he was going to need surgery. We are VERY pleased with his progress. He has full function in his neck again and they are working on his lower back. They have been very thorough in explaining everything to him. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have a great sense of humor and enjoy what they do. They take great pride in their jobs and it shows. THANK YOU for giving my husband his life back, WITHOUT surgery.

My boyfriend also heard the front desk people talking about a patient's information, which is a HIPAA violation! Also was overcharged and wasn't explained why I had to pay $300. Definitely will not be coming back here ever again!!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband & I are so delighted at the overall experience we have had with the Doctors, Philip Loyd, Carter, Therapists, Chiropractors and the entire staff at Cherry Health Center in Springfield Missouri. My husband was dealing with pinched nerves in his lower lumbar area and it impaired his mobility to the extent of him needing to use a cane to walk. Upon hearing about Cherry Health Center he immediately called his primary Doctor to request a referral for them to begin regular stretching treatments, chiropractic adjustments, and physical therapy sessions. Dr Loyd explained how the human spine is designed to work and if it gets out of line and is not treated correctly he explained the potential damages that could be caused from misalignment. They used x-rays to confirm their diagnosis of the 3rd & 4th lumbar misalignment. Within a few days after beginning his appointments he felt so much better and no longer needed the cane to assist his walking. He continues to improve each time he has a treatment. We highly recommend that you use Cherry Health Center for your Healthcare Pain Management. You will be so happy you did! His pain went from 10 to 1 in 12 Treatment Sessions. I am also getting daily Chiropractic Adjustments from a highly skilled Chiropractor Michael Koban who uses an Activator correctly. I feel great. The therapist working on my husband are all very knowledgeable at relieving pain. Thank you & God Bless.

Negative experience: Staff was nice. The chiropractor was a fast talker, and talked over me. He didn't seem to care what I had to say about prior chiropractic visits to another chiropractor and after two visits and waste of my time. Stated I would have to pay over $1 thousand for treatment upfront after xrays and paid $60 at that point. I was totally disappointed and just didn't get the impression they really care and you were just a cash cow. I will never go back again.

Negative experience: Cherry health center is a scam. Literally did nothing. I seen them twice. The first appointment I went in with back pain it was the second Chiroprator I had seen that week. The first appointment they took x-rays charged me $150 I left in just as much pain without so much as even touching or adjusting my back. I left with an appointment for a week later. On that appointment I went in they went over the Xrays and their treatment plan. They wanted $1800 something to do spinal decompression which I turned down at the time. I went ahead and seen their Chiropractor who literally did nothing other then pop some kind of device on my back...literally did nothing...they charged my insurance and charged me a copay. They literally did nothing but charge me for doing nothing. This company should be ashamed of the scam they are running on people. I left there and got an appointment at Healing Hands in Springfield Mo. They got me in the very next day and did an absolute amazing Job. After leaving Healing Hands I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in weeks. If you want a real caring compassionate chiropractor that does what you pay him for I would highly recommend Healing Hands Springfield Mo.

You get the individual care you need from each department after a thorough assessment. They care about your health and will work with you towards the goal of feeling better and enjoying life without pain. I have gone here for the past four months receiving chiropractic adjustments, cervical decompression, physical therapy, massage, and electrodes with heat to help my lower back, knees and neck pain. Each department worked together as a team to give me treatments, along with home exercises, to get me to where I am today. I'm able to resume my activities without pain. I have the tools I need to continue on my own to maintain my health. It was worth the time going to the 48 treatments to get where I am today. It was worth the time to do the exercises at home. Thank you for having doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists all in one place working with Medicare to help me. Thank you for what you offer the community!
