Fantastic experience: Dr. ERICK was absolutely the most caring doctor taking care of my grandson's ankle. He had a bad atv wreck and months of stuff done. 3 surgeries , skin graft. actually listened and talks with you. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had two nurses Laurel and Dona. They were amazing!! They were professional, proficient, personable, and kind. All of the staff I encountered were great. Grace from OT and Maddie from PT were exceptional. The food was excellent. I really want the strawberry dressing recipe that went on the strawberry salad.

Fantastic experience: For the most part, all doctor, PA, R.N.s, PCAs, OT, PT, Dieticians, kitchen staff and the food have been superb. There is an occasional nurse that will not give pain medication on time despite her efforts. When a patient begs for on time meditations around the clock, it is important. I appreciate the staff and confidence that my mom is gaining during this break. This morning OT had Mom do her own shower this morning. She will have greater independence when we return home.

Fantastic experience: When my brother got his leg amputated he went to the Meyer center and he was treated with the utmost respect and they helped him so much I gave them a five-star rating for they were worth it thank you for the help with my brother George Williams Reed

Fantastic experience: I recently had hip replacement surgery and all the nurses and staff there on the 4th floor were awesome. They were all understanding and so helpful. I had an excellent experience with them and would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are incredible! From Nurses, to aides, to therapists, to food staff, to cleaners. They are so good! They are patient and attentive. This place is cleannnn! It’s so nice. The food is so good here (especially compared to the hospital)! And there’s a gym attached too! If you have someone who needs care, send them here. If you are a person visiting your person, it’s also so good!

Fantastic experience: Kelly, Mallory, and Missy in the speech therapy division are amazing. I hand myself over to them when in need, and they just take care of me. Whatever I need, they make sure I get it as quickly as possible. They are thorough, caring, responsive experts in their field. My case is chronic and complicated. They hold me up and put me back on the track so I feel confident and relieved. I'm grateful

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome staff, they worked with me did everything to make me comfortable and safe!!! 3 weeks later after knee replacement i am walking so happy to have it behind me and not feeling the awful pain as before surgery. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: My mom had a stroke and needed inpatient rehabilitation for 2 weeks. Everyone that we first met and approached were more than helpful and welcoming. There was a language barrier with my mom and they accommodated my stay to make sure things went smoothly. I've never been more thankful for everyone here and have been treated with the utmost respect by everyone from bottom all the way to top of the employment chain. It felt like family and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: In April of 2020 my husband was in Meyer. He went there to be rehabilitated after major surgery from a flesh eating disease, which was not active at the time he went in. While there he lost over 60 lbs, during a 6 week stay!! His body could never recover from the weight loss and he eventually died from “severe protein calorie mal nutrition”. During that 6 week stay he also had black ants in his bed, in 2 different rooms!! He was cursed at by one of the workers when he wasnt trying fast enough to get in to another bed. When I filled out a complaint with Cox Patient Support I got the “we will look in to it” answer and as far as it went was that they fixed the holes the ants were coming through, and I got a “ The supervisor at Meyers, will be in contact with you”. I was never contacted. My husband ended up back in the hospital and was very soon put on a feeding tube to supplement his gaining weight. Within a month he had to have his unhealthy leg amputated to help the rest of his body take the nutrients to help it try to heal.All of this can be verified by facts from records.

Fantastic experience: Our family member was a patient here. He received excellent care and attention. The prognosis was not good that he'd be able to walk again. With the help of a caring and talented staff he exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Meyer was amazing. All of the staff, that I encountered, were helpful, friendly, caring and professional. They are just a wonderful group of people who obviously care about helping people. This is a wonderful place to go if you are in need of their provided services.

Fantastic experience: 3 weeks ago I hag a reverse shoulder replacement here with great results, the nurses were very nice and food was great would recommend it to anyone thank you nursing staff.

Fantastic experience: Had to go for Therapy for a Rotator Cuff Surgery. The Therapist are Excellent to Help you Recover from any Orthopedic issues. But there are Children Therapy as well, and Speech. Also they have Hand and Shoulder Specialist as well. And other things as well.

Fantastic experience: The team at Meyer Orthopedic was caring, professional, prompt and personable. From the moment I entered I felt welcome, comforted and cared for. These are clearly competent caring people who take great care in doing things well and ensuring their patients know what is happening and what to expect. I couldn't be more impressed by the team. They had a great calm positive energy that eminated confidence. From patient intake, to prep, surgery and recovery, everyone was great and everything went off without a hitch. What a great team and organization. Thanks for helping me with my knee surgery!

Fantastic experience: All the nurses were so helpful and kind. They were understanding and seemed like they were actually glad to help me. From where I was at the beginning to the day I was discharged I felt like I was able to face home life to a certain degree. I got to know the nurses and aids it was actually a little bittersweet when I had to leave. I felt like I was leaving friends. I hope never to have to stay there again but if I were to get hurt again I’d love to stay here where people care.

Fantastic experience: Had a total knee replacement 7-10-18. Felt so well informed with the Joint Adventure Class. Known people who didn’t have that and felt like went into surgery blind. It put me totally at ease. Fom minute waked in door to day discharged was a smoothe, calming experience. Everyone was so kind and Compitant. Keep up the good work. Coming in for other knee done in December.

Negative experience: This is the second time my husband has been here at this hospital. The first time in March 2016, we has great experience. This time we have had the worst services! Nurses don't know what they're doing, won't help and when they finally come in their attitude and bed side manner is worse then an old bear. No help all night. Just the "every man for himself" attitude is the worst. People come here for help, not to be treated like crap! And the money they make for this ought to at least allow for people to be civil! I am just amazed at the difference of Services and ATTITUDE!
