Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing!!!.. I was in a wheelchair for over 2 years and Trent got me walking again. They have been patient with my other medical issues. The staff is super nice and understanding. I can't say enough about this place!!!.... They are way way better than some of the other rehab places in Springfield.

Ellen is a resourceful, skilled, patient, kind, compassionate, & personable therapist. She is motivational in her coaching & balances that with a realistic perspective when challenges are encountered. She is quite effective in problem-solving to enable patients to persevere in accomplishing goals. I feel very fortunate to be her patient!

Fantastic experience: Juan Ocasla is superb as a therapist and educator. Second time I've needed PT in Springfield, and I've been lucky enough to get Juan both times.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Ocasla Jr., is the PT tech that has been working on my neck problem. He is very good at explaining what he is doing. The use of "dry needles" is new to me and I wasn't sure if it was necessary. Well, I went ahead and it relaxing. No pain or discomfort and when I got home I could tell that the needles had helped. I have a few more appointments and will ensure that Mr. Ocasla Jr. will be my tech. I give him a rating of "10" and recommend utilizing his expertise on any neck/back problem you may be experiencing.

Fantastic experience: I've loved all of my care providers at this facility but I must say, Iram Ocasla, PT is one of the most wonderful care providers I've encountered in a long time. Not only are her PT with dry needling services stellar but her bed side manor, humor, wit, and concern are above par in every way. My body, mind and spirit feel good when I leave her office no matter how I'm feeling or what kind of work day I've had when I go in. Just AWESOME! Great job finding and employing her Springfield Clinic!

They explain everything we are doing and how the exercises will help me regain my strength and be free from my low back pain. Fantastic experience: Love this place, I had knee surgery January 16, 2023. I had rehab with Linda W and Diane. They worked me hard and times it hurt. They are wonderful and helped me get my knee in shape. It's been almost 10 months and I've been biking and hiking and have full range of my knee. I will definitely go back if I ever need rehabilitation again.

Fantastic experience: Iram is wonderful to work with. Not only is she pleasant and fun, she is very knowledgeable and a true professional. I am being seen for therapy on my ankle. I'm still having some sensitivity and burning with my ankle during therapy. Iram listened and gave me a different exercise for my ankle and advised me to taper back on my reputations. I was happy that she really listened and took me seriously. I ask for her every time I've been to rehab, and grateful she is at the facility closest to my residence. She is gratefully appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client for over 2 years now. They did my rehab after my back surgery, left shoulder surgery (bicep tendon repair, rotator cuff repair) MN , both wrists(carpal tunnel) and my hand(trigger finger) and now my right shoulder (torn bicep muscle, torn bicep tendon, repaired and cleaned up the rotator cuff. The ladies always take it seriously but try to keep the mood light and jovial. On a personal note, I wish to thank Brittany and Diane for putting up with me and helping me reach the max potential I could get and for the physical and emotional support. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤, I love you both...

Negative experience: This is an absolute joke. I saw Dr. Sharma on July 25, 2019 and he proscribed physical therapy for greater trochanteric bursitis and illiotibial band syndrome. He specifically said that he wanted me to see Brenda because she is a bicyclist like me. I've never been able to see her because every time I try to schedule an appointment they tell me that she doesn't have any openings for four weeks. In the meantime, I've been stuck going to therapists that don't know what they are doing.
