Fantastic experience: Nicole is the best! She is super knowledgeable and compassionate. She sets goals for me and motivates me to reach them. I am always greeted when I walk in the door by the scheduling staff, and told good bye when I leave. I care about that. Every therapist I have had is friendly. My son has had quite a bit of PT, and in couple different places, but he and I both think Physio is the best. He doesn’t go anywhere else now. Choose Physio, it’s personalized care.

Fantastic experience: Only place i would ever use, and, at 75. I havd used it a lot. Competent caring staff get right to the nub of whatever problem it is that you are dealing with and if it's fixable, they fix it. Clean comfortable facilities (one west and one downtown) and big selection of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Competent and friendly. Everything is geared toward helping me gain pain-free functional mobility and the strength needed to do things I want to do. When people arrive they are greeted by name and treated with friendly respect. The staff impress me as caring problem-solvers.

We developed a theory of why I was having issues, and he provided a plan of stretches and exercises. I felt valued as a client, and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: They are wonderful to work with. All of the staff is friendly and sweet. They meet you at your capability and work upward from there. They don't push you way past your pain, they understand the importance of slow and steady until your body is ready. I feel and see great improvement since starting therapy with them. I can't say enough great things about them. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My 13 year old is seen by PT Nicole here to srrengthen her repeatedly sprained ankle. Nicole is nice and helpful and encouraging. She explains everything very well to me and my child. So at home exercises are easy to do and remember. Office staff super helpful and nice too.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier with the service. I remember the first day I arrived; I couldn't even sit properly or move my back. Derek took very good care of me. He not only helped with my lower back pain but also guided me in changing my lifestyle to avoid similar pain and taught me exercises to strengthen my body. Derek was great therapist—very understanding, patient, professional, and funny. Both him and the other therapists (such as Janette), as well as the receptionist, were incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and kind. I always had a pleasant time whenever I was there. Glad to say, my back is no longer hurting me (finger crossed).

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists at Physio Therapy are top notch, excellent and without peer. They listen, they are engaged in what they do, they truly care about helping patients improve. The scheduling and billing personnel in the office are cheerful, knowledgeable and respectful of the busy schedules we all have. I recognize that people seek physical therapy for a variety of reasons. My need for physical therapy arises from my athletic pursuits. I like the fact that the physical therapists at Physio Therapy are all committed athletes. They understand the mind set and needs of other athletes. I recommend Physio Therapy Professionals to anyone that needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely stellar! The staff is always really kind and courteous. They all work together to make your visit and fun friendly experience while still helping you recover. Most importantly they're unbelievably dedicated to helping you recover as much as possible! And a special shout out to Leah for putting in hours upon hours of hard work on my spine and helping me recover a good quality of life!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Physio Therapy Professionals. I worked with Mallory a year ago to help with neck issues. She found weak back muscles that were a contributing factor. She patiently worked with me to learn the right way to strengthen the identified muscles. Her individually prescribed exercises continue to help me today with my neck and back issues. The entire staff creates a very supportive atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Physio is a very experienced, research-based, and caring team. They got me scheduled very quickly. Physio got to the source of my injury, and fixed it without the need for expensive and harsh drugs. If you’re hurt, save your time and money, and seek PT first.

Fantastic experience: Bridget my PT person is very good and very talented. Sometimes it might be a little uncomfortable but she is very gentle and never does more than I can tolerate. I also know what she is doing is helping and has to be done. She is very qualified and i know she is definitely helping. It just takes a while.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Arlen Magelitz thru my physical therapy. He has been wonderful. I am working through planter factious and balance issues. With his help I have improved with both issues. He pushes me when I need to be pushed and lets up when he sees me struggle too much. He asks questions to help isolate my problem areas. Fantastic experience: After having a full knee replacement I was faced with another procedure (adjustment, manipulation) on the knee to help with my range of motion. After the procedure I asked my current physical therapist if he could accommodate me for the 10 sessions needed to comply with the Doctors request and was told that he could not fit e in due to my schedule. Therefore I asked for help from Sarah Bush in Mattoon for help and they put me in contact with Physio Therapy Professionals who had two locations in Springfield, Illinois. I can't say enough about Physio Therapists Professionals. The staff was extremely accommodating, I was never rushed and they worked on fitting me in according to my schedule, worked on my range of motion, did everything regarding my mobility, listened to what I had to say and they worked with me to get me moving. They took care of the paperwork with regards to the insurance and much more. Personally, I would highly recommend Physio Therapy Professionals. To me they are more than just Therapists they are truly Friends and Professionals. They are good at their job. Thanks for helping me.

She worked diligently to find a non-surgical solution to the chronic pain I was having and I am now pain free! Arlen was also great and I really benefited from a couple of his suggestions. Fantastic experience: I have, unfortunately, had to visit Physio Therapy Professionals innumerable times over the last five years. No FAULT of theirs! I've had four orthopedic surgeries in that time and went to them for my recovery. I could not have been more pleased! I washed a lot of walls (one of my PT exercises), and complained that my shoulder was tired (I'm a complainer), but they could not have been kinder, more professional or knowledgeable about me and my situations. I would HIGHLY Recommend Physio Therapy for any and all Physical Therapy needs!

Fantastic experience: I came for physical therapy after a fall and was having difficulty moving my left leg. When I arrived my temperature was checked and everyone was masked. I saw PT Megan who assessed me and had relieved much of my pain the fist day! Megan is knowledgeable, kind and professional. I recommend PhysioTerapy Professionals highly.

I worked with Zach and Darrell and am happy to say that not only is the pain gone, but I received valuable stretching and exercising instruction that I can continue to perform at home to prevent a relapse of the injury. Fantastic experience: After my knee surgery l got some traditional physical therapies from another place but couldn’t heal completely. My doctor recommended this place and I start receiving my therapies with Megan Gibson. She was not only a great therapist, but also her technique was pretty unusual and professional. I start walking and doing all my activities easily, l’m so grateful to meet her. I highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment quickly, allowing me to start physical therapy right away. The therapists I have seen have been very knowledgeable and committed to doing what they can for me while in their facility as well as making it easy for me to continue the exercises at home.

Fantastic experience: From my first appointment I felt really comfortable with my therapist Zack who took time to listened to me as I explained what my issues were. Finally! Zack went through the exercises and what muscle was being targeted and why. I who always asks question didn’t have even one. All of my 4 sessions have remained exactly like this. It a slow but steady process but I actually have a glimmer of hope. My Dr recommended this group of therapists to me as he heard great things about them. I have to say that I normally don’t review services but Zack is above the norm. Mary N
