Fantastic experience: Trent's great. He makes sure I'm comfortable before he begins. He's pleasant to talk with. He's skilled at his job. My shoulder is feeling better.

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy is so much more than just doing exercises to get better. It's also understanding how your mental and physical limits correlate with achieving your personal optimum health. Jami, Clint and Trent are all incredibly personable and listen to your concerns. They advise the best therapy that conforms to your health needs, and are consistently doing research to try new things. I highly recommend the Monroe Location. The front desk girl Jordan is also so sweet, and always remembers my name!

Fantastic experience: I have had a phenomenal experience with Brenda for PT. She cares, and pushes you to challenge yourself to work hard safely. I have learned so much from her. She was also so compassionate when I showed up to PT with chest pain, and needed to pass on therapy to be examined for a heart attack. I’ve also seen Jamie once, and she was just as great! Would recommend either one of these wonderful ladies to anyone needing help with rehabilitation after surgery.

Positive experience: Usually pretty good, but the last visit was unusual, not welcoming. Now, I did verify my my appointment the day before, but I would have canceled instead of waiting until after five. I arrived five minutes late, no one acknowledged me, let me know he’d be with me shortly. A lady walked in and the other PT came up to speak with her. I gave a quick smile and wave and began to speak, but he just walked to the back. Nearly 25 minutes later, my PT let me know he’d be with me shortly.

Fantastic experience: I am currently benefiting from PT sessions with Trent Wiseman, DPT for treatment of a large bone spur under my R patella. Trent is very skilled, personable, compassionate, knowledgable, & talented. He has developed a specific regime of exercises to not only target my R knee, but also to strengthen muscles that have been weakened by acute transverse myelitis that substantially damaged my spinal cord. Trent is a motivating & gifted therapist. As an MSN, RN & a patient who has previously been assigned to a variety of other physical therapists, I feel extremely fortunate that such an exceptional professional has been assigned to manage my care! The Springfield Clinic Rehabilitation facility at Monroe is also well equipped to meet patient needs.
