Fantastic experience: I have to admit I was skeptical prior to visit, but I'm glad I went. El was so experienced on everything she did, I felt like I was in good hands. If anyone has been afraid of going, don't be.

Positive experience: It’s a health care facility, what more do I need to say.

Negative experience: Their billing office has been unhelpful in resolving an issue that was clearly not my fault. I would not recommend doing business with them until they improve their payment handling and communication.

Negative experience: I take residents here often in my line of work, I have taken one of my residents to 2 different Ophthalmologist and a retna specialist to get one cataract removed, Today I took said resident to see Dr. Peterson in Ophthalmology & was very disappointed in how long it took, especially because they all talked for a good half an hour super loud by the room we were waiting in.

Negative experience: Glad they asked for a review! The parking situation for handicap spots is frustrating! They are always full. Sometimes there are handicap spots with people just sitting in their car and waiting on someone they dropped off.

Fantastic experience: From check-in to check-out, this visit was smoother than my morning coffee. The front desk was efficient, my wait time was shorter than the time it takes to answer a text, and Taylor, the Nurse Practitioner, was both warm and impressively knowledgeable. She made the entire visit feel comfortable and thorough. If all appointments were this seamless, I’d almost start looking forward to them.

From the maintenance staff, to the volunteers, the receptionists, lab technicians, nurses, and doctors, I have had great interactions with everyone. I recommend Springfield Clinic to all my friends. In fact, I have switched all my doctors to ones at Springfield Clinic and am so happy with the move. One doctor saved my eyesight and another saved my life.

Fantastic experience: I had an early appointment so I was called within 5 minutes. Waited for the Dr about 10 minutes, then she looked for spots that I needed treated and treated them. I was probably in and out in 30 minutes.

Fantastic experience: My appt. with Emmy was on time, informing and friendly. Then stopped by optical and Brandi quickly fixed me up with new nose pads. Parking wasn’t a problem either even though it was a busy time of day.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area. The people at the Springfield Clinic are wonderful. I needed a Pulmonologist and I saw Elana Winters a nurse practitioner. At the Springfield Clinic She addressed all my concerns and my medication needs. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions.

Fantastic experience: Today has been the first time in a very long time that someone sat and listened to my concerns and took actions to help find out my problems that I have been having!

Positive experience: URGENT CARE 6th St - I was having trouble urinating so I went to urgent care. I was told that I had an STD based on a visual inspection of my urine by a TECH. They called the next day after the results came back and said I didn't have an STD of any kind, I had a bacterial infection, but they really insisted I had an STD when I was at their office. I'm glad I remained chill because people homicide and self harm for much less. After telling the NP I've been abstenient for years, I just looked at my bill and found out I was charged for a pregnancy test along with the STD tests I never needed. It is clear to me that after the tech said they "saw" an STD in my urine it was deemed as fact and that is why my claims of abstenience weren't believed resulting in me paying for tests I did not need. Paying for a pregnancy test and STD tests when you've been abstenient for years is wild! I've been to this clinic and a few others for UTIs 6 or 7 times this year, did urine tests every time, no other techs "saw" an STD in my urine nor did they test me for pregnancy after I told them about my abstinence, so I waited it out just in case, but I figured the tech and NP were incorrect about my diagnosis. Make sure if you recieve care here you understand they are used to a certain crowd so assert yourself about your own care, because had I done that I wouldn't have felt so violated when I left, and I wouldn't be paying for tests I knew I didn't need. I'm glad I was treated because I did receive medication for my bacterial infection and my symptom has resolved, so despite the drama, I appreciate the care I recieved at this clinic which is why I gave a 3 overall instead of a 1 or 2.

Fantastic experience: I am the perfect definition of a “hard draw”. Small veins that roll. Lab work is always a nightmare, usually at least 3 sticks, so I was dreading my first visit to Springfield Clinic Lab at Main Campus. Let me tell you they have an amazing phlebotomist and her name is Danielle. She was kind, understanding and truly amazing…got me first stick! Highly recommend Danielle. What an angel!!! P.S. No bruising either!!!

After our session Whitney, one of their nurses, came in to discuss and schedule the date and time of my procedure. She was also very nice and informative.

Negative experience: Had a text on wed letting me know my appointment for Friday. Thursday received phone call letting me know appointment on Friday. Take off work for appointment go back with nurse takes blood pressure and someone comes in and tells me my test haven't been read yet. Wanting me to come back when they get results. Poor communication. Not impressed at all

Fantastic experience: Pulmonary appt was excellent! Didn't have to wait long to be seen, nurse was prompt doing her part, Amy Berry was in, and was done in no time. I wish they could all be as timely as this office was.

Fantastic experience: Whenever I have an appointment with the Pulmonary Dept. I leave with a wealth of knowledge. From the time I check in until I leave, I am treated with the utmost respect. I am made to feel like an equal, and that's important to me. I see so many Drs. at Springfield Clinic, its important I know what's going on with my health story. I recommend them to anyone inquiring about who cares for me.
