Negative experience: Waited three weeks to get a PT appointment. Morning of scheduled appointment, received phone call that therapist was out and appointment was canceled. When I called to reschedule, I was told that it would be another three week wait. Completely unacceptable. If I could give a rating of no stars, I would.

Negative experience: Very difficult to get a call back or even a response. I have called, asked for a call back, even emailed the script to them... have yet to get a response. If they are busy and can't take any new clients, it is understandable but at least respond! Call HSS at Chelsea Piers… call you back right away.

Negative experience: I can’t speak to the therapists, but I agree with the concerns. I called to schedule an appointment and was told one was available in 1.5 weeks if I emailed a script, which I did. Someone called the next day, but I didn’t hear back until I left two voicemails and an email. Slot was gone and the next available one was four weeks out.

Negative experience: The worst ever experience: it is not possible to book appointments I left several msg: sent emails without any response. As this is repeated experience I had to physically go to the office to book appointment. Wait time for my appointment was two weeks. Person who booked appointment never explained that to receive notification and confirmation one has to be registered .This done not by office as this people do not care at all. Patient had to do this on his own. I was expecting some way of contact from the Stamford Hospital-I got non. After checking my paperwork I realized that I missed my app by 20 min. I called right away to the office. Some “care lees” persons Mannish told me that my only option is app in18!!!! Days I agreed just to find out that this was booked with therapist that I never as to work with. I also found out I already have app booked next week with therapist that I need to see. Call office again was told that office takes full responsibility and I can see someone for my evaluation justo to be able to keep schedule with therapist I was waiting for. Or wait again for 18 days . My phone conversation was interrupted several time an I had to listen to Stamford Hospital msg when they promised patients are in the center of care What a joke!!!!
Negative experience: Negative experience from beginning to end. The waiting area for this rehab is in the lobby of a multi-medical-use building, so people are walking by coughing and sneezing. The woman at the desk had ear buds in and was on a personal call while she was helping me. She got my name wrong, then couldn't find my prescription, and then I waited for half an hour in the waiting area before going back in to ask whether I would be seen soon. She had no idea who I was and could not locate the therapist I was supposed to work with. I made an appointment at the HSS site at Chelsea Piers and walked out.

Fantastic experience: This is my first ever experience working with physical therapist. Tully Center is a truly wonderful place, extremely clean and pleasant, where each and every single person cares about you as the patient and do their best to make you feel better. Daniel Jacobs, is an amazing physical therapist and a wonderful person indeed. His attitude toward his profession and his commitment to his patients improvement is evident. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring, always willing to go above and beyond his duties to help and support his patients. Tully Center strives for the highest standards. It is overall an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Daniel Jacobs and Tully Health Center for any PT needs you may have!
