Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough about the level of care we received for our toddler. From the front desk fitting us in on 4 hours notice, to the x-ray tech, to the doctor who reviewed the scan (Dr. Su), every person we spoke with was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and immensely helpful. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Negative experience: First of all yes, their phone system is terrible. And they know it. Maybe someday it will improve?? Secondly, I just got my RX for physical therapy from their orthopedic dept. but guess what - the next available opening is in 6 weeks. Unfortunately I am in pain right now. So I have to scramble to find somewhere else to go. From my past experience it seems like they have a whole list of doctors and therapists they would love to hire but none are available at the level they need. I think a lot of them have gotten stolen away by other clinics. I must say when you CAN get in to see someone they are really good, better on average than Stamhealth, IMHO.

Positive experience: I got my CT Scan done at Long ridge Medical Center. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I requested them in writing to forward my CT Scan and radiology report to my attending physicians. The report was sent but without CT Scan image.

Fantastic experience: I came here, post my ACL Reconstruction and Dr. Sara Zarnoch, PT, is absolutely mindblowing. I recieved the best Physical Therapy, I could have imagine. She was kind and caring, took time to explain things and the treatment was so smooth. I came here for about 2 months and now I am back to sports again. She is magical and I highly highly recommend her !! She is the Best !!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great visit here! The staff is friendly and efficient and my appointments did not run too late (about 15 min). There’s plenty of parking. Make sure you arrive on time though, and if they want you to arrive earlier, do so. I saw several people arrive 10-15 minutes after their appointments and they all had to reschedule.

Negative experience: Like nearly everywhere the insist on still using faxes rather than email becuase of Hippa. If Financial Serivces, who are paranoid about information, can manage to use email, then its about time that hospital moved out of the 1980s. Have been on hold for almost 15 minutes trying to book an appoinment. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience during my Annual Physical exam. Dr. Tao Du, my PCP was very nice and helpful, even the nurse(i forgot her name) who got my vitals was friendly and amazing. And Celia, the lady in the blood drawn department was so professional, i didn’t even feel pain when she extracted my blood. Receptionists are also accommodating and friendly. Way to go guys!

Fantastic experience: MyChart had a mix up with my CTscan order and scheduled me instead for an xray. The team at Yale Radiology couldn’t have been more accommodating when I showed up and didn’t have the right thing scheduled. They fixed it and got me in for the CTscan right away. Lovely team and I felt very taken care of. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Came here to get lab work done and Francine at the lab draw station was wonderful. Although it was time for her lunch, she was kind enough to squeeze me and my husband in.

Negative experience: The receptionist at the blood drawn is very rude! I got a call from the lab asking me to repeat my urine sample because somehow they were not able to test it. I had to find another day on my schedule to go out of my way and go back to the lab to give another sample, and when I came to window and wanted to explain the reason why I was there, this lady just held her finger up without even looking me in the face and said “I’m charting on another patient, sign in on the sheet and take a seat” as I was holding my pee and had another 4 people in front of me. Not the first time that I come here and something similar happens. First time she was nice to me but rude to another person. I tried to spare leaving a bad review because I don’t like being that person, but something has to be done and she needs training on how to use therapeutic communication. Im a nurse at Greenwich Hospital and this is not the service that we provide as staff to our patients.

Negative experience: The receptionist at the blood draw station is not at all friendly. My doctor placed two lab orders. Once she found the doctor, she said nothing and just kept clicking. I was simply asking a question to confirm whether she saw the two separate orders. She rudely snapped back with “yes I got it! Back up”. And then nothing else. Didn’t say, all set, give us a minute, no direction or instructions on what’s next. So rude.

Negative experience: I signed on for a 3:30 telehealth appointment. Doctor doesn't come on until 4:01. In between that time the receptionist or nurse is telling me they are having tech issues. It was a complete lie. The Dr. said our appointment was at 4:00. Also, my primary doctor just left the practice and they refuse to tell me where she went. My relationship is with the Dr. not the practice.

Positive experience: Went here for my covid test. The staff were efficient. However, they were not friendly as in, they didn't even acknowledge when i thanked them twice. It was just kinda weird. Stamford hospital is so much better in terms of how the staff treat patients.

Negative experience: Dr Arsoy gives you that I care about you anything you need approach after he does surgery he can care less about the outcome I am on my 3rd replacement from this doctor at first I thought he was great but after 2nd time he didn't even have the time to come see me or check to see how everything was going now going on my 3rd replacement at HSS The Dr there said he put in to large of a replacement thats why it failed .Be cautious with who you have do your operation HSS ALL THE WAY

Fantastic experience: Great experience every visit. Appointments have always been on time, reception is helpful and friendly, and the doctors actually listen instead of rushing you out to get in as many patients as possible.

Positive experience: Overall my experience with this facility has been positive. I have run into "problems" with the nurses who support the doctors; however, like any relationship if you want to know and understand what is expected of each other you have to ask..after all, aren't we all in this together? Regarding billing, my rule of thumb is always contact the insurance company first, understand your benefits and the insurance companies policies including (i.e. coding...preventative care vs. specialist care, and authorizations) then call billing. I'm all to familiar with the frustrations we face as patients especially when the bills keep coming in and you know insurance paid them. It's not easy or non-stressful. BUT like any doctors office/facility there is a transition period and while we hope the office will guide us along the way, well, that's not always the case. We are our own advocates and need to remember to treat others the way we wish to be treated..."get more flies with honey, right?". I like the facility and the people there. My experience with their Nutritionist, PT, lab, radiology and infusion depts, and front desk both for the hospital and Yales has been exceptional, the ladies have been nothing but friendly, accommodating, and professional. Oh, and so far as separate charges for the doctor and hospital, that's not unheard of. NYU in Manhattan does the same thing. I've been to many a doctor/facility and there isn't anything Yale New Haven Long Ridge does differently than NYU Hospital/facility or South Shore Neurology on Long Island.

Negative experience: The doctors are good. However, the billing department is horrible. I was seen multiple times. I do have a deductible policy. Yale ended up charging me close to 4000 out of pocket. Now granted I was on a payment plan every month of 150 a month. I paid off most of balance since March and only owed 184 dollars. They call and harass constantly. Over 10 times a day. It got so bad I blocked them. Beware of them. I pay all my bills on time. Even when I made extra payments they kept telling me I’m delinquent. They also charge a doctor fee and hospital fee. I recommend getting services elsewhere as they are ripping patients off. I know they have to profit but it’s extreme.

Negative experience: Major negative is their phone service ..PS, they now use a central schedule system. What a nightmare. Central scheduling promised a call back in 2 minutes about PT inia tomorrow morning at 9 AM. My suggestion is to use ONS PT or HSS at Tully center to reach a person on the phone @
