Fantastic experience: Brad Gilden is the best Physical Therapist I've ever seen by far. He fixed my vertigo - which of course was in the middle canal, not the outer like most people, and he's given me exercises to keep it away. It's surprising how many people have this problem and they say it comes back. Hopefully mine never will. He treats the whole person. I'm back for my knee and again - the best PT experience. I very highly recommend him. He's excellent.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely fortunate to be introduced to Elite Health Services and Adam Czaplinski after months of research and recommendations from my PT in Palm Beach and local running groups in Greenwich. Rewind 18 months - I broke my right foot in a mountain bike accident in Thailand and shattered all the metatarsal bones in my right foot. Surgery was necessary then started the healing and recovery process. This is where I was introduced to this absolute guru and superstar of a person - Adam Czaplinski. 2-3 PT sessions per week whilst being in a boot with mobility and plenty of scar tissue!! Through Adam’s intelligence, tireless efforts and dedication for house calls (sometimes after hours) I was back running at my full potential within 6 months. I feel like my recovery was text book due to the above and it even shifted my views on how valuable PT is/can be. I have continued to use Adam’s services since!

Fantastic experience: I have dealt with intermittent difficulty with "air hunger," feeling like I cannot get a deep breath past the back of my throat for over 40 years. It became progressively worse with no one able to correctly diagnose or treat the problem. I now know that it led to the past 12 years playing "medical whack-a-mole" with symptoms of organ dysfunction but without clinically supporting evidence. Over the past year, breathing became so difficulty I could not stand and talk at the same time - it was too much for my respiratory and cardiovascular system to handle. I could not carry groceries up the stairs without taking 4 breaks on the way up and having a heart rate of 180 when I got to the top. I am 60 years old and danced professionally and semi-professionally well into my 40's and was accustomed to doing interval running with ankle weights prior to this past year. I was referred to an outstanding pulmonologist who was finally able to properly diagnose an extra-thoracic airway restriction - my trachea / windpipe was reduced to 5 mm in diameter - it should be close to 15 mm. The interventional pulmonology team was able to address the tracheal stenosis with an interventional bronchoscopy to excise the extra tissue and dilate the airway to its proper size. As I am also a physical therapist, I knew the importance of treating the disordered breathing patterns that had developed over the past 40 years, and knew the importance of reaching out to someone who knew more than me about airways and breathing disorders. I reached out to Brad Gilden and met with him via telehealth recently. He was able to provide education and clinical reasoning for the important places to be addressed and gave me exercises to address the initial goals of widening the airway, improved motor control in the back of the throat, improved diaphragm doming and rib cage function. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time and energy to learn and implement training in breathwork in his physical therapy practice. Such an amazing experience to have this clinician on my team. My long term goal is to run a 10K this spring/summer. Thank you so much, Brad! Posted is a picture of the stenosis which has now been dilated to a normal patent tracheal opening. My long, long, long term goal is to never have to go back again.

Take the time to explain what the issues are to work on, after careful and insightful diagnoses. Fantastic experience: I have seen multiple physical therapists for the same issues, but Liz helped me more in one session than any of the other physical therapists I have seen. I have been incredibly impressed by both her breadth of knowledge and creative thinking in terms of treatment recommendations. She is passionate about her work and cares about her patients and their concerns. Liz also recommended I start pilates with Cory, who has also been wonderful, and both communicate to ensure they are both addressing my areas of concern in a way that is customized to my needs. I have been extremely satisfied with my care at Elite Health Services and highly recommend both Liz and Cory.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Corey for Pilates instruction for the past 7 years. She is committed to teaching based upon patients’ specific needs and has been highly creative in adjusting exercises in response to my level of strength (pre- and post-surgery for two hip replacements). I work with Corey in private as well as group sessions, and she is able to monitor and guide individuals even if there are six in a group. Her flexibility also extends to Zoom and in-person settings. Very often, I leave a session feeling that my energy level has increased and my body actually feels younger. Corey is a gifted, dedicated, and concerned teacher.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend EHS. I have been under the care of Alex Blank at EHS since September 2019 for chronic pain and and post surgery PT. Alex is a knowledgeable, insightful and caring therapist who has gone to great lengths to identify and explain the proper treatment for the various issues I have faced. During each one-hours session, Alex works with me 1:1 and all his focus is on improving my well-being. The office staff at EHS is friendly, professional and attentive, and dedicated to making sure they can schedule PT sessions that best fit your schedule. I decided to try EHS after being treated at two other PT offices, and can definitely say that EHS provides the best personalized PT service!!!

Fantastic experience: Anthony Scire has done an outstanding job with me and my wife Nancy Cudd. In fact his training sessions with Nancy are probably the main reason she is doing so much better after her stroke. His knowledge and expertise as well as his personal approach are all excellent. I have felt my training with Anthony has made me stronger and able to enjoy life more. Nancy is very happy with Vin who she says is very professionable and knowledgeable. He is kind, supportive and compassionate . She feels she can make big improvements with him. Fantastic experience: I began Pilates with Corey about 7 years ago and have enjoyed it very much. Corey has a wonderful teaching style. I found pilates easy to stick with and am so thankful I did because it has kept a few of my issues away, like plantar fasciitis. It also helped me immensely during my double knee replacement. Having strong arms and a strong core were crucial for my recovery. I have been doing PT as well at Elite since July '22 with Alex, to prepare for double knee replacement which I had in January '23. Alex helped me strengthen all necessary muscles before surgery. He was/is a pleasure to work with. I'm working with him still as I recover, and am confident he'll get me where I need to be with my new knees. He's a gifted therapist and I feel so much better after each session. Elite has an amazing level of professionalism in all that it offers.

Fantastic experience: My dentist referred me to Vincenzo at Elite for treatment for headaches, jaw pain, neck and shoulder tension - all related to long-standing TMJ disorder. That referral was such a turning point for me!! I am very, very grateful to Vincenzo for helping me to overcome these chronic issues. He is truly an expert at helping unravel the root causes of the pain and and tension and identifying a highly individualized treatment plan. I’m addition to in-office work, he provided me with a variety of exercises to do at home as well as a “toolkit” of techniques to employ on days when the pain/tension was particularly bad. I’m happy to say that those days diminished dramatically (from daily, most days of the week to now only mild and very occasional). And, he helped me to identify other chronic patterns that contributed to my headaches and neck/shoulder tension such as postural issue and sleep positions. I could go on and on, but suffice is to say, do not hesitate to work with Vincenzo. He’s skilled, super-knowledgeable and a very, very lovely person!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Vincenzo at Elite health service and he is awesome. He is extremely thoughtful and careful in how he describes everything he is doing and why he is doing it. As someone who has a trauma background and negative experiences with clinicans, Vin made me feel comfortable and supported the entire time! Most of all, he really helped my neck which has been a long standing and complex issue!

Fantastic experience: Vincenzo Recine is the BEST! He helped my daughter fully recover! He’s patient, thorough, helpful, caring and takes a whole body approach to wellness. We think he’s amazing and highly recommend him. Can’t say enough good things about him and the practice! 5 stars isn’t enough!

Fantastic experience: If you have chronic lower back pain and can’t find anything that works, pilates with Corey Radtke will change your life. Give it at least 6 months of weekly sessions with a 15-20 min daily routine, and your quality of life will improve dramatically. I had worsening back problems for almost a decade - it would completely blow out, I’d always be crooked after sitting for a long time, if I spent a day on my feet with the kids I’d be bent over in pain for the next three. Every time I sneezed I’d be at risk for an episode. I tried many different treatments/routines. A friend recommended I see Steve at Elite; we couldn’t make the schedule work, but he recommended I try Pilates with Corey. After a month, I was skeptical. I didn’t notice any improvement, but I wanted to give it more time. After another couple of months, there were brief periods where I felt noticeably better, but it was still bad. At one point I had an episode and felt like I was back to square one, and was ready to stop. At some point around six months, however, things dramatically improved. Small gains added up into big ones. My core strength and posture are incomparably better. Keeping proper alignment and posture has become second nature. I can do activities I never thought possible a year ago. The rare times I am sore, my recovery time is in minutes or hours rather than days. I can live a normal life without worrying about being sidelined for days with back pain, thanks to Corey and Elite.

Fantastic experience: I've been here for a few issues over the years (ankle injury, SI joint pain, hypermobility issues) and can't recommend it enough! I worked with Liz both times and am always impressed with her knowledge of the body and how to heal and strengthen it. I love that she addresses mindset as well as the physical, and is always willing to answer my many questions!

Fantastic experience: I have had issues with tightness and lower back pain on my left side for over 30 years stemming from a sports accident when I was a teenager. Over the years I have seen various specialists, including chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and massage therapists. At best, I experienced temporary relief from the symptoms, but felt that they never adequately addressed the root of the problems. A friend recommended Vincenzo, and after one visit I knew this would be a different experience. Vincenzo took the time to listen to my story and asked questions that nobody had prior. From the specific nature of his questions, it was clear to me that he was digging deep so he could understand how to best address my issues. This pattern was repeated at the beginning of each session prior to any activity. Each session was extremely targeted. The manner in which Vincenzo would address an issue and literally attack it from multiple angles was unlike anything I had experienced. After a few months with Vincenzo, to state that he has successfully addressed my underlying symptoms better than anyone else would be a dramatic understatement. Through a combination of his treatments and a prescribed at-home exercise program, I am pain free and no longer have tightness. I have continued to work with Vincenzo on other areas that I considered more nagging, which he has addressed with equal success. Today I am moving better and with more energy in all areas of activity, ranging from regular walking to intense workouts to golf. Vincenzo developed a plan for me and he delivered! I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with Elite Health Services. I received PT from Vincenzo and he was very knowledgeable, intuitive, and patient. Before receiving PT at Elite Health Services, I had been having hip pain for over a year. I was unable to run anymore, something that I really enjoy. Before coming to Elite Health Services, I had tried another PT company but I didn’t notice any improvement in my hip. I noticed a difference in my hip pain after working with Vincenzo just a few times. Vincenzo worked hard to get me running again. I am now running without any hip pain. I’m addition, I have learned a lot about how to take care of my body to prevent future injuries. I highly recommend Elite Health Services.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Elite Health has been outstanding. Some background. I've had a decades long series of injuries to my left ankle, resulting in two surgeries. The first was in 2011 and the second in February 2021. Due to COVID concerns, I didn't begin PT until August 2021, and didn't have high expectations for the results based on past experience with multiple other orthopedic injuries/surgeries. At the start of my therapy, I had very limited (3 degrees) of dorsiflexion, which affected both my ability to walk properly and to engage in other more athletic activities. I couldn't comfortably get in a ski boot which typically has built-in forward lean, and could not get to parallel in a squat. Today, after seven months of one to two sessions per week with Vin at Elite, my ability to participate in athletic activities is dramatically improved. My dorsiflexion is 9+ degrees, I have no issues with any activities which require an athletic, forward stance, and I can easily do a full (ATG) squat. It's difficult to overemphasize the difference this treatment had made in my mobility and my life. I can only confidently speak to the experience with my therapist, Vin Recine, but I believe that the approach at Elite is consistent across therapists. In my experience, the principal differences in that approach versus other PT practices are: 1. Holistic. They don't treat just the immediate injury, but the whole area affected by the damage. In my case, this was all the way up to my hip. 2. They don't target a "good enough" result, which, I think, typically ends with some modest improvement but leaves lingering issues which impact the patient's ability, likely forever. 3. It's hard work. You've got to really participate in the process. I strongly recommend elite. I'll never go anywhere else for PT.

Fantastic experience: I have had sciatic and lower limb pain for more than 15 years with multiple interventions and no real relief.I am a physician myself and got referred by a friend to Elite. Alex is great at his evaluation and clinical examination . He was able to tailor what my “issue” needed. I have had a few sessions with so much improvement in my pain level that I can’t wait to be free of it soon! Alex listens and syncs well to your limitations and motivations to provide great results. Would recommend whole heartedly!

Fantastic experience: I was in CT visiting family who recommended some PT with Elite Health Services during my extended stay for some back issues. Great recommendation. I worked with Caitlyn Hauswirth, who was incredibly capable and professional. I had worked with traditional PT’s in the past, but Caitlyn’s background as a Functional Manual PT delivered much better results in my view. She was very thoughtful about understanding the root cause of my issues, and then targeting very specific muscles and joints to work on – not a traditional “cookie cutter” approach. I highly recommend her. Additionally, the front desk staff at Elite (Cara and Stacy) was incredibly professional and helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: In this unprecedented time of “sheltering at home,” Elite’s Steve Kurczewski has managed brilliantly to conduct my twice-weekly training sessions virtually, via Zoom. Steve appears on my laptop or iPad, which is perched on a table, and takes me through warmups, full workout, and post-workout stretching. He is as meticulous in his instructions as he is in person and seems to be able to see every muscle and postural nuance and to make corrections. My sessions with Steve have been a silver lining in this trying time.

Fantastic experience: As a Licensed Massage Therapist in NYC, I have had the pleasure to work alongside some of the best healthcare practitioners in the business.  Elite Health Services was recommended to me by a trusted colleague when I was looking for a PT to refer a client to in CT.  When COVID-19 became present in our community I was forced to shut down my small business, BPayneFree Therapeutic Massage, to help stop the spread of this awful virus.  With more free time on my hands, I was able to join in on Elite Health Services FREE and VIRTUAL Lunch n' Learn sessions.  Their Lunch n' Learn sessions have kept my body and mind going during these challenging times.  I am feeling healthier and more grounded thanks to their extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff!  I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already!

Fantastic experience: It's because of Lisa and her pilates class that I've jumped back into exercise and pilates on a regular basis. It was my first class back since having a baby and she was the perfect balance between being an accommodating, hands-on instructor but also challenging and motivating. The Elite Staff as a whole is also so friendly - knowing me by name even after only one class. I'm not a person who write reviews often, but thought it was important to share my positive exercise for other moms looking to jump back into exercise.

Fantastic experience: I had a lucky star shining on me the day I came across Tara Gibson at Elite. I had been suffering with pelvic floor issues for more than 2 years, and 2 surgeries later had no hope that I would ever be my old self again. Tara made me no promises but said she would do everything she could to at the least make life more comfortable. 3 months later I am almost completely my old self again, I can't believe how lucky I was to find such a group and a very specific specialist for my particular problem. I am now doing pilates with Corey and my pelvis welcomes the exercise, something I thought would never happen. Tara is now helping me with a shoulder injury that I was scheduled to have operated on, her approach is vastly different to any other PT I've had in the past. I have now canceled the surgery as I truly feel this new approach is proving that going under the knife isn't always necessary. Everyone at Elite is so friendly and helpful, from the moment you walk in you know these people are serious about helping you.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Elite has been wonderful. I have been working with Tara Gibson, and she has helped me tremendously. She is extremely knowledgable and compassionate. I have been doing a combination of physical therapy and pilates at Elite for a torn rotator cuff injury. My doctor had suggested surgery, but I decided on a non surgical approach. The mobility in my shoulder has increased dramatically, and the pain in my shoulder is almost non existent. The best news is that I no longer need surgery! The staff at the front desk is also terrific. Jayna, Linda, and Jill are warm, experienced, and very efficient. They make every attempt to schedule appointments to accommodate your busy schedule. I would absolutely recommend Elite for all of your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Elite Pilates is Phenomenal! The Elite Pilates class has helped me gain core strength which has improved my running form and has also helped me with work around the house (my back doesn’t get sore lifting boxes anymore)! The classes are small and offer a lot of individual support in doing the exercises correctly. Our instructor Lisa makes the class lots of fun with her upbeat and encouraging personality and keeps the sessions interesting by varying the exercise types and intensity. I will definitely keep coming! I will keep coming to the classes and recommend them to anyone as an addition to their overall fitness program.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Elite Health Services is top notch! My daughter was referred to Eric Keene, a physical therapist with EHS, when she dislocated and broke her elbow. He was absolutely amazing with her. He knew how to safely manage her pain and make physical therapy fun and interesting. She returned to gymnastics competitions within months, with a much stronger elbow. In addition, I work out weekly at EHS with Joe Bonyai, who is a terrific personal trainer. He listens, understands my goals, and motivates me to work hard. The workouts are challenging and fun, and there is a high level of knowledge and trust for safety and proper technique. I also recently worked with another great EHS physical therapist, Caitlyn Hauswirth, after a hamstring injury. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable and after just 4 weeks with her, I feel as good as new! Every encounter at EHS—from the front desk to the trainers and therapists---has been extremely professional, kind and compassionate. I would never go anywhere else to take care of my health and body!

Most importantly, she knows and understands her clients, and customizes their workouts accordingly. My strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall well being have been improved immeasurably by her thoughtful attention and approach. I couldn't ask for more or better.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Tara at EHS for the past several months and have made more progress with her than any physical therapist or for that matter any medical practitioner to date. She is a wonderful person besides being a very intuitive and excellent physical therapist. She has a great sense of humor which can lighten an otherwise uncomfortable therapy session. I have had only a limited experience with other members of the EHS staff such as Corey but she also did a great job of instruction on how to strengthen and stretch some of the muscles contributing to the pelvic floor dysfunction. Kudos to EHS!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Elite Health Services is top notch! My daughter was referred to Eric Keene, a physical therapist with EHS, when she dislocated and broke her elbow. He was absolutely amazing with her. He knew how to safely manage her pain and make physical therapy fun and interesting. She returned to gymnastics competitions within months, with a much stronger elbow. In addition, I work out weekly at EHS with Joe Bonyai, who is a terrific personal trainer. He listens, understands my goals, and motivates me to work hard. The workouts are challenging and fun, and there is a high level of knowledge and trust for safety and proper technique. I also recently worked with another great EHS physical therapist, Caitlyn Hauswirth, after a hamstring injury. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable and after just 4 weeks with her, I feel as good as new! Every encounter at EHS—from the front desk to the trainers and therapists---has been extremely professional, kind and compassionate. I would never go anywhere else to take care of my health and body!
