Cardiac Rehabilitation

Negative experience: I made an appointment for a mammogram and after I had procedure, the lady told me I needed to get a ultrasound. She told me to wait and she would be back to get me once she received the authorization. Needless to say, I received a bill from my insurance for 650-. Yes, this was my cost after the authorization. They never told me that I could possibly be charged additional charges. Needless to say, I think they are very irresponsible and should have told me BEFORE I had this procedure that I never signed up for that although my insurance authorized it, there could be additional deductible fees, etc. The exact thing happened to my sister, so beware!!!!!! I think as long as they move you through "their" process, they could care less what you are stuck with..... Will not be going back, very unethical.....
