Fantastic experience: “Where did the pianist lose his keys?” “What do you call two monkeys who share an Amazon account?” Just a few questions that this location has asked me. These silly questions show how US rehab has combined good patient care with humor. While being treated I’ve had great conversations with staff. From the front desk to the technicians, this place is a joy to work with. Oh. By the way the answers are “in his piano” and “primates”

Fantastic experience: Melisa is the sweetest! she is always nice to me and always in a good mood & always offers me snacks before I leave. She always texts me every morning before I come in to my physical therapy to remind me. She also helps me with any paperwork that I need help finishing. Siju my physical therapist always greets me when I walk in & asks me about the pain level that I’m feeling today. she is always giving me different exercises so that I’m not just doing the same thing like other physical therapy places. She always checks up on me and makes sure I’m okay or if the exercises that I am doing are hurting me or if I feel good when I do them. She even gives me a list of exercises to do at home to help me recover faster. She’s the best and staying on top of my recovery. Raj was very nice to me when I first walked in and examined all my injuries and asked me about my pain levels in each area. Raj & Siju worked together to see what exercises were best for me on my first day in & I like how they didn’t put me on the hardest exercises right away but they rather gradually changed my exercises as I improved. Raja was also nice & always helped me with my exercises and would bring me the ball & the workout equipment that I needed to do my reps, She is always nice to talk to and keeps me company while I do my reps. I love this rehabilitation center. They are very nice and helpful and I would recommend anyone to come here for treatment. They are better than other places that I have been to in the past because they actually care about you and try to help you recover so you can get back to your normal life.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a few months and I absolutely love the staff. Melissa I know from the Eastpointe location from years ago when I went there for a prior incident. The facility is always clean and peaceful and very welcoming. Let me not to forget magical hands “Kim” I’ve never hand a massage before and let me just say she is AMAZING I look forward to coming in not only for her hands of gold but for her company. I know sometimes she might get tired of me dumping my mental load on her but she always listens and she makes it easy to talk too. I highly recommend this facility if you’re in need. Oh and not to mention they always have some sort of snack out for you.

They are always welling to work with you and help resolve any issues/ pain you may have. Fantastic experience: The staff at this location is amazing! They’ve been very attentive and welcoming since I started coming which was more than a year ago. A closer location opened near my home but I didn’t mind coming to the Sterling Heights location because they make us feel like family. They even celebrated my birthday! I will recommend all my colleagues and friends to come to THIS location if they are ever in need. PS my body has never looked better!

They are the reasons I continue to show up even on my hardest days. My favorite thing is at the end of my workout I get to enjoy a nice massage. Not bad for a place I ran across on google lol. Fantastic experience: The time I spent receiving therapy at US Rehab was successful. After my car accident I was in so much pain, from my neck, back, legs. I was frustrated because my kids were also involved in the accident and we had to receive treatment together. In the beginning I was overwhelmed and didn’t think we would be able to continue services because my children are both special needs but the therapists and assistants there are so kind and helpful! They work with children really well and have set exercise’s that we all benefited from. I highly recommend this center for your physical therapy needs.

They help you heal and make sure you leave there knowing you're getting the best treatment you need when you put in the work. You have to work with them to heal your body. Otherwise, it won't work. She played a vital role in helping me regain mobility and strength in my hand. Fabiha's professionalism, expertise, and dedication were outstanding. She listened to my concerns, tailored the sessions to my needs, and created a personalized treatment plan. Her compassion and support were remarkable. Fabiha kept me motivated and made each session enjoyable. Especially with her innovative cone games. Fabiha's expertise in hand rehabilitation was evident in the progress I made. She provided clear instructions, corrections, and helpful tips. Thanks to Fabiha, I have made tremendous progress in regaining mobility and strength. Fantastic experience: I was reffered here by my Dr. post an automotive accident. At fault driver failed to stop at a red light and T-boned me at a busy intersection: 14 mile and Van Dyke. Suffered TBI/Concussion, cervical and throacic spinal injuries, range of motion restrictions left shoulder, constant headaches, and other general muscular pains and imbalances. The team here is amazing. Truly considerate, compassionate, engaging, and down-to-earth people. Every member of staff that I met was kind and made the experience of dealing with therapy enjoyable. Instructions given were easy to understand followed with patience, and flexibility. The session notification texts and follow-up calls were super helpful to keep me on track for all appointments. Beyond the healing journey Melisa, Michaela, Zaria, and Fabiha make the process comfortable... in the sense that you are treated like a person not just something that needs to be fixed. Lots of laughs to accompany the therapy and excersises. They have manifested through their personalities and professional effort an environment that promotes recovery and inspires positive change in peoples’ lives. Thank you all sincerely - Josh

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, the staff is amazing! Well organized, well informed, exceedingly kind and patient. They've exceeded any and all expectations in my personal care from helping arrange rides to my appointments, reaching out to my primary care to arrange appointments, sending reminders of scheduled appointments to genuinely caring about my well being, both physically and mentally. Aside from the wonderful staff, this location provides sterile equipment, an experienced masseuse, hydrating station equipped with snacks and ample parking that includes plenty of handicap parking. I enjoy the dichotomy of having treatment in private rooms on days where I'm not feeling my best or utilizing a table in an open area where I'm able to engage with other patients going through similar therapies. It's been very beneficial in my recovery seeing the progress of others and hearing their positive journeys here at this establishment. The hours of operation are perfect for my work schedule. Two nights per week, they are open until 7pm, which is perfect for people like me that need to squeeze in appointments after normal business hours. Walk in appointments have saved me many times and I appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate my ever changing schedule. I highly recommend to any and all ages that seek physical therapy. You won't be disappointed and you'll definitely leave in a better place than you arrived.

Fantastic experience: This is a close-knit staff! They are very dedicated to not only their jobs as physical therapists but also their patients. I go in to their office in pain and feeling under the weather and come out of their office feeling much better because they help me doo the excersizes I need to do to get relief from all the pain my body is in. Thank you guys! I would recommend your facility to anyone who has to deal with chronic pain.
