Tririga Rehab Physical Therapy - Warren

Fantastic experience: My husband is a Parkinson’s patient who unfortunately had to have total hip surgery which he was recovering from but then his femur fractured and he had to have a second revision surgery. The surges and anesthesia led to an advance in his confusion and hallucinations. He required at home physical therapy twice a week which Jims provided for approximately 14 weeks. It is anticipated that my husband will also require more PT in the future and I will definitely request Jim’s to return. Jims is the best. He is very professional and knowledgeable regarding his profession. He is a very compassionate and empathetic person—something that my husband needed greatly. He is patient and very thorough. He worked diligently with my husband to improve his overall strength and his mobility albeit using a walker as he also has instability not only due to his surgeries but also due to the effects of his Parkinson’s disease. My husband developed a very good relationship with Jims and always looked forward to his visits. I highly recommend Jims for anyone’s PT needs. Sue Hunt

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Tririga for physical therapy twice now and this is the place I’ll always go back to. The first treatment was for vertigo symptoms that were challenging because they were not actually caused by vertigo and the underlying cause is still unknown. But the therapy and the exercises they gave me worked and I have been able to keep the symptoms at bay. The second treatment period I had both tendinitis, and rib / shoulder pain from a fall. I am feeling so much better! What I think is most helpful is that my therapist thinks outside the box to really determine the root cause of what’s going on, and tries different approaches if necessary. They are super friendly and we can always align on a time that works for both of us. Truly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had come to Tririga Rehab with neck pain and radiating pain down the Left arm and forearm. My therapist was Jims. He helped relieve my neck pain and i have very light numbness in my left fingers . I recommend this place for good therapy

I’ve been coming here for last 2 years on and off due to a back injury, the Physical Therapist Jim’s is a great person and excellent therapist! he got me feeling better within the first few sessions! And then we got his partner Spencer which is a very nice person and he helps you throughout your recovery process by going at your own pace, never rushes you and makes the sessions pain free! I’d definitely RECOMMEND all my family and friends here!! Their goal is to get you back on your feet and living your normal life which they did for me and I’ll always be grateful to them!

I came in not walking at all on a walker back in January 2024 and I had heart attack on January 29th 2024 and I came back on February 21st 2024 and it's March 2024 and I'm on a Cane already! Going up and down stairs now! It's been since July 2023 that I was on one leg on crutches and had surgery on the right leg in November 2023 and here it is March 2024 I'm basically walking on my own! Fantastic experience: I love this physical therapy place because my great physical therapist Jims is the reason that I am walking today. In February of 2021 I had the unthinkable happen to me and I had a blood clot in my lungs and long story short spent the better part of that year in and out of hospitals and couldn’t walk. Since then I have been to rehab facilities and I have went to different physical therapy clinics and nobody has been able to get me as far as Jims. He is kind and encouraging and is the reason that I’m well on my way to walking around by myself without any assistance. For so long I thought I would always need a walker but he has shown me that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Please check out this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Abhi & Tririga Rehab were able to work around my travel schedule and find time that worked for me. I travel for a living and was away from my normal therapist for 2 weeks. I broke my femur and wrist in a collision 3 months prior. Prior to arriving at Tririga, that was the longest I had been away from my therapy. I had been flying and driving around the country and could really feel the scar tissue building up. Abhi worked me into the schedule and even came into see me one day he was not originally planning on coming into the office. I appreciated the one-on-one personal treatment this facility offered. It crucial for me to get in a couple days of work, and this clinic worked great for me.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed a new patient evaluation with Mr. Paul. He was extremely helpful with diagnosing my back condition. He also provided strength and conditioning exercises for me to incorporate in my daily routine. The overall experience was 5 Star and plan on using their services in the near future.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Abhi Paul for at least 5 years for different ailments. As a home care patient who has Parkinson's, I have always requested Abhi whenever I have needed treatment.He has always been prompt, caring and very understanding of my situation.I am going for surgery on my back on March 14 and I intend to go to TRIRIGA REHAB for my outpatient care. There are several rehab places between where i live and Tririga, but I will drive the extra miles to see Abhi because I trust him and his partners with my care.I wish them nothing but the best in their future endeavors which I am sure will include me. Fantastic experience: 15/10 I received fantastic care at Tririga Rehab. I was assessed and provided a bird's eye view of how I would go from my assessment to completing exercises (that felt impossible at the time) to creating a foundational strength. Both Jims and Spenser were superb. Each exercise was explained thoroughly and I was included in changes and heard every step of the way. I left after feeling confident I would be able to maintain what I had learned and the foundational strength I had built. Truly exceptional, empathetic, and effective care.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Tririga for occupational therapy, following an on-the-job injury. My occupational therapist, Meghan was great to work with. What I especially appreciated was that Meghan would listen to my feedback and tweaked my exercise routine accordingly. My job requires me to perform specific tasks that I'd have to prove I could perform before I was allowed to return to work. Meghan went above and beyond, finding exercises that closely mimicked the motions and strength level I'd need to be able to accomplish these activities and also gave me feedback for when I did return to work to help me perform these tasks correctly and safely to avoid further injury or a new injury. My over all experience with Meghan and Tririga was great!

Fantastic experience: My husband and kids 4 and 5 yrs old were in a bad car accident 6 months ago.After seeing my kids in ICU,I thought they would never walk again, specially my 5 year who suffered multiple fractures ,concussion and memory issues. My husband decided to start his therapy for his neck and back injuries, but we were waiting for a pediatric only rehab for kids..But we decided to start therapy at Tririga and was very impressed with the exceptional care we received from OT Meghan and PT Abhi and Spencer. My husband and kids made huge improvements and Meghan will come up with new ideas everyday to make each session interesting for both of them.Tririga proved to be exceptional place for both kids and adults. Scheduling was also made very flexible to fit all 3 of them at the same time. My family is back to baseline and can't thank the Tririga crew enough for all the life changing care we received from them.I highly recommend this place .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jims is by far the best PT I have seen. I sprained my right MCL/meniscus in January and was on crutches for 2-3 weeks. I was devastated because I am an avid strength trainer and had a significant amount of muscle atrophy in my right quad from the injury. Jims knew exactly what to do to get both my mobility and strength back. It wasn't an easy or pain-free process, but I appreciate Jims dedication and patience with each and every visit. Thanks to him, my mobility and strength are almost 100%, and I learned a lot of new exercises I can do to help moving forwards! Also shoutout to his wonderful and friendly staff!

Fantastic experience: Tririga Rehab is the best place to get your Physical Therapy, I had a recent visit at Tririga with a Groin injury from Soccer, Jim's was my Therapist, he explained me the injury and started the physical therapy, he made me do exercises that strengthened my muscles and helped me heal faster. In two weeks (3 appointments) I was completely healed and was able to go back and play. Jim's also followed up with me to know if I was having any issues playing again. I am really Thankful to Jim's and Tririga for helping me with a fast recovery. I would really recommend Tririga Rehab to all my friends and family for their physical therapy.

Prior to this opportunity, I had very minimal knowledge of how a PT clinic functioned and what all the moving parts were. Spending two weeks working with the different characters has helped me understand how one can take a patient in severe pain and immobility to almost full recovery. With the help of Tririga Rehab on 11 mile and Schoenherr I was able to jog and play a quick pick game in basketball within less than a year. This is the first time I ever needed physical therapy and I would have to say after my experience they know how to get you together.

My orthopedic doctor referred me to physical therapy so that I my ankle can heal without any further complications down the road. Fantastic experience: When I came to Tririga Rehab for physical therapy I was experiencing pain and stiffness in my neck and head. Night time was especially difficult. Falling asleep was almost impossible. By the third visit, with Jim Varghese treatments and exercise routine, my flexibility improved and the pain lessened. I can't say enough about my therapist, Jim, he was very knowledgeable and professional yet his demeanor was that of a caring, compassionate human being. I am elated that I am now able to fall asleep and manage the pain and stiffness by following the exercise program that Jim created for me. Fantastic experience: My body recently has decided to remind me that no longer am I a young man. After years of dealing with chronic back pain, my back decided to give me a wale up call. After an MRI, it was decided that I needed Physical Therapy at the very least, possibly even pain management (I don't want to take more pills), so I was referred to Tririga Rehab from my doctor Michael Nichols who practices at Prism Medical Center. Fantastic experience: My experience at Tririga Rehab was exceptional! The treatment was great and it included massage therapy which i didn't get at the other physical therapy places I've been to. The exercises were hard but encouraging and the staff was awesome at encouraging me to do them. They were great at pushing me to do them but encouraging me not to do more then i should which could have been harmful. The staff was very personable and encouraging, and open. They talk to you openly which is refreshing and they rarely leave you alone. They were always there helping me. 5 star to them from me. Great place with great people.

Fantastic experience: I had a hip replacement surgery back in December 2019which requires physical therapy, so I stopped by at Tririga to check the place, because it is located very close to my home in a walking distance. I talked to Mr. Varghese, he showed me the place and explained the process in detail, so that I was quickly convinced that Tririga would be a good place forme. We started when I was still walking with a cane. Mr. Varghese created a credible plan, which we implemented both in Tririga facility and with my own exercises at home. My strength has greatly improved, I am back to normal walking and I am even planning my first ski day by the end of March. I recommend Tririga to all who need physical therapy, or any other supervised physical exercise, evaluation, advice etc. Thank you Jims!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Jims Varghese from my PCP after I pulled my hamstring and I was extremely pleased with my experience. The timing was flexible, I had one on one attention, and I had a real sense of confidence in Mr. Varghese due to his thorough evaluation and plan for treatment. Although I hope to avoid going to PT in the future, I will definitely go back to Tririga if needed.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my experience at Tririga . I appreciated the effort and paying attention to details to help me come over my quad sport injury. Abi was great and would efficiently recommend anyone who need PT to see him. Update 2020: I strained my adductor recently, I immediately went back there. This time I was treated by Jims Varghese who continued to prove that this place is the greatest. Treatment included exercises, ultra sound, muscle stimulation and my sport massage. 5 stars for going above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: This is a excellent physical therapy office and very convenient. The staff are willing to work with you during office hours before or after work. I was involved in a biking accident with a car back in June of 2019. Jims Varghese has been my therapist before and after the surgery. His office has made the difference for my recovery. Fantastic experience: At Tririga you will find highly qualified, skilled therapists who encourage and systematically guide you to reach your goals. Jims not only addressed my pain successfully, but then guided me on to getting my independence back by gaining strength and balance after a fall down a staircase, seriously injuring both ankles. Jims not only listened patiently to my concerns, but was spot on in designing appropriate programs to zero in on my goals of proper function in order move about safely in my surroundings.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Tririga Rehab. Dr. Jims Varghese did a phenomenal job in treating the pain in my shoulder. He spent considerable time diagnosing and prescribing the best treatment plan. He prescribed a mix of exercises and therapy. He was genuinely concerned about his patients and took great care. I could see the stark difference between the care Jim’s provided versus a big hospital chain. After twelve sessions of physical therapy treatment, the pain in my shoulder is gone and the range of movement has dramatically increased. I would highly recommend Tririga Rehab and Dr. Jims Varghese for all your physical therapy needs. His calm demeanor and expert knowledge is very comforting. In fact I’ll be going back to Tririga Rehab for a lower back problem in a few weeks.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I just had my first session with this facility and I am more than impressed! They are Covid19 compliant, took my temp before I entered, all employees had a mask, no waiting time, I got to work with Armi(spelling?) , He was very personable and professional. He is very knowledgeable about the problems I am having, and helped me understand them and what I can do to alleviate my pain with stretches and a very nice lady named Belle assisted him with electro massage, it was amazing , I almost fell asleep . I give this place 5 stars, I will refer them to anyone I know. Tha I you Tri Riga ! -Elizabeth

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Tririga. P. T for about 1month. When I arrived I was a little uncertain of the care I would receive, because having a condition that I live with daily AVN can be unpredictable at any moment. But my personal therapist has been very understanding to my care. I am stronger on some days and struggling on others. Thku for the excellent care and consideration you have given me.

Fantastic experience: I came to Tririga Physical Therapy as I have low back pain. After the treatment in Tririga, (Manual therapy, massage and back strengthening exercises) helped me and now I don't fee any back pain. All staffs are excellent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them...

Fantastic experience: I came to Tririga when I was diagnosis with a cervical pinch nerve.. I was in server pain and was treated with manual therapy.. There staff was extremely professional and kind! A couple of weeks and I felt amazing, pain was gone. I owe my life to them! Would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Jims is a wonderful therapist and all around great guy to talk to. His treatments are designed especially for my specific ailments (Achilles tendonitis and weak knee following surgery). He has provided instructions for home use that have proven very helpful, and are easy to follow. I highly recommend Trisha, and in particular, Jims.

Very close commute, no wait time, personal, one on one, professional interaction with the Therapist, no distractions. Useful, easy to follow instructions which were effective and sped up the recovery. Will return in case of future needs.

Fantastic experience: Had a reoccurring issue with rotator cuff that just would not go away. Had annual physical and when mentioned the issue my Doctor did a remedial check and suggested I see TririgaRehap. My rotator cuff was sprained. Mr. Varghese immediately identified the problem, evaluated and recommended the course of action. The treatments were scheduled and his work was excellent. Little by little my shoulder regained strength and the discomfort/pain was eliminated. I've never needed physical therapy in my life but as I get older (66) I just can't do what I use to do. This facility was excellent (BH). Mr. Varghese was always on time and explained each procedure Very satisfied and would highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: I was referred there by my doctor I was amazed how professional this place is I have been to other's PT before and it felt like a drive threw you were in and out , At this place a very kind staff and very professional what they do, you feel like you know them for years just with small talk what's going on in the world , The PT that they help you proform is amazing you can tell they are very well trained at what they do , I have lot of one on one PT with Spencer i believe he is is going beyond his expections to get me where I need to be with my injury and I really appreciate that from him he is very knowledgeable and professional with his degree in PT after working with him on your injury you will understand the knowledgeable part . I highly recommend this place if you want professional PT. done or know someone who needs it done , staff is amazing professional and kind the building and equipment is clean

Fantastic experience: The best therapy i've ever had. I doubted physical therapy would help because of past experiences. I went in for a stiff & sore shoulder. After about 6 weeks i can use my shoulder almost as good as before it was damaged. Very friendly staff. I will recommend anybody who needs p.t. to dr. Abhi paul & his team.
