Fantastic experience: Angela gave me the most perfect 30 min massage I’m definitely a client forever now, 100% recommend on your day off or just when you deserve it!

Negative experience: A very bad place. Poor quality massage, terrible service, aggressive demands for tips for poor quality work. I just wanted a relaxing massage, but I got a lot of physical pain and aggressive behavior.

Positive experience: The message was nice, but be ready—they might still ask for more tips even after you’ve given a fair amount. It’s not just me. I’ve heard the same complaint from a few friends who’ve been to this store. We all had a similar experience. I won’t be coming back. It leaves a bad impression when they pressure you for extra tips in a pushy way.

Fantastic experience: It is my second time here. I highly recommend RMTC. Emily at the front desk is friendly and professional and made sure she understood my problem areas, primarily my lower back and legs. The facility is clean and quiet. Emily made up the massage table with fresh sheets in my presence, which I found reassuring. Sunny and Cece are excellent and clearly very experienced. They found and focused on my problem areas to relieve the discomfort. They communicate very well. I'll definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: Omg this place is a heaven for ppl with lower back pain or any kind of pain…I’ve been suffering lower back pain for more than 2 weeks but could not really find the pain point. YoYo did an amazing job finding that point and told me that my muscles are too tight and tired. With no hesitation she literally healed me in an hour and I feel so light and relieved!!! I’d definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I think I finally found the place to go for massage! I stumbled into this place when I was on a business trip in the Bay area, and it was the best massage I’ve had in the US. Every time I went out there I would try to find a good massage place to get my back and shoulders relaxed, there were some ok ones but no way close to be as good as RTMC. Yu-Yu and Emily (or Amy) were very professional and knew exactly where to put pressure to relieve the stress on my muscle. They go through the achy area in a very systematic way and try to realign the nerves while taking the soreness away. They went above and beyond, and really care about you and want you to feel better before you walk out of the door. I’ll go back every time I travel to the area.

Fantastic experience: I got my massage done by Emily. She was so good with understanding my neck and upper back pain and she massaged like it was art. She understood muscles and it’s been 3 days since my massage. My soreness is down and pain has reduced drastically. Highly recommend Emily.

Positive experience: I tried a sports massage for the first time and was looking forward to reducing my lower back pain. I was very thankful that they stayed open late just to see me, but even though the price of the sports massage was $90, they do expect you to contribute a 25% minimum tip. That wasn’t the problem, the issue is on the receipt they over charge, making the total $125 rather than 25% of $90 which would be $112.50.

Fantastic experience: Yo-yo is just amazing. She made the most improvement of any massage therapist so far for me. Edit: after having done several sessions with her. I would say she has completely fixed my back issue - I used to feel tension in the mid back before and it’s completely gone now. I have been to many massage places and have probably tried over 20 massage therapists. Yo-yo is the best so far, if you have any issues you need fixed. In the Bay Area, I have tried around 8 massage places. This is my go-to now She used a Chinese stick on my back on the first visit too.

Negative experience: I gave $100 cash to pay $80 massage and they didn’t bother to give back $20 change and gave me the look as “what are you waiting for? You can go now” I mean WHAT MAKES THEM THINK THEY CAN TAKE TIP FOR GTANTED LIKE THIS (I would tip them after they give me the change. What they did makes me feel like robbing!) no to mention the massage….not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Had an hour long couples massage, our first experience was amazing. The masseuses are very skilled, they totally helped our backs! Favorite part was the hot stones. The ambiance is spot on, so relaxing loved the water feature for the white noise. Clean facility. I will go back again!

Positive experience: Ineligible for healthcare reimbursement! The service is good. BUT unlike other massage providers, their service is NOT eligible for HSA/FSA! I got their POS machine receipt, and a hand written receipt with the massager number, still got declined by FSA reimbursement. Another minor con is that they asked for more tips on checkout. I was about to pay 20%, they asked for 25%. I agreed because I did receive good service.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been regular clients for the past couple of months and Yiu-Yiu and Emily have done a fantastic job with our deep tissue massages. They are very friendly (though we--okay, my wife--mostly speaks in Mandarin with them, which may have helped) and have definitely helped out with my back and my wife's general achiness. Our regular appointments have benefited us so much that even though we live in East Bay, we can't help but come back!

Fantastic experience: I had deep tissue massage from Yo-Yo and she is a God-send. My knee has been hurting for a while and it's not getting any better. After looking at their reviews I decided o go for it and I'm glad I did! I was impressed with how clean and relaxing the place is. It must be a new place since they had a Grand Opening sign. Fantastic experience: Reviews accurate. Go see Yoyo. Chinese massage. She saw the tightness in my back and used some stick to help her work it out. I couldn't turn my head full 90 degrees to each side with ease and no tightness. After she was done I slept 12h!! Lower back tightness better also. Difficult to walk sometimes from construction injuries earlier in life. Working on the hip tightness next after getting ripped off from stretchlabs.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my massage therapy! It was professional and satisfying. The receptionist was really nice and the facility was clean. The massage was intensive, localized and extremely pain-relieving. At the end of the session I felt relaxed and my back pain was greatly lessened. With regards to the location, it was easy to find and has many parking spaces. In short, I will be back for more massages because its high quality and low price. Highly recommended!

I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a long time and could not find a clinic during COVID make me feel comfortable and get treatment safely until I tried their massage therapy! I felt much better, the massage was professional and target on my body pain. They sanitize between each clients too. I will definitely continue making appointments with them!
