Negative experience: Very pathetic service. They charged me $35 for not attending the second appointment. I have not see anybody in my life who charge for missing appointments, they should have some humanity towards patients. I will never ever visit this doc.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to come across Dr. Cady through my employer’s workers compensation network. I hurt my back at work and have a couple bulging discs w/ sciatica. I have been able to see Dr. Cady about one to two times a week over the previous two months. While finding Dr. Cady was rather fortuitous, I am very glad I did! He has been great. He is very knowledgeable and informative, with effective treatments and a helpful stretching and exercise plan for home. I am thankful to report that my pain is gone and my range of motion is (mostly) back to normal. I know I will have to take care of the issue moving forward, but Dr. Cady got me back to work! This is also a big deal given the current Covid-19 environment. Dr. Cady has done a great job keeping his office clean and safe, assessing his patients for fevers and continually disinfecting surfaces. He also has an easygoing personality and is easy to talk to, making visits enjoyable. On another note, insurance is often a complicated process, especially through workers compensation. As it so happens, the insurance provider through my worker’s comp was making it difficult for Dr. Cady to collect compensation. There was a significant delay in the process, which may actually still be ongoing? Dr. Cady could have easily refused to treat me any longer until he received compensation. But, he didn’t and he continued to treat me with no hesitation. This is a true testament to his integrity and character, and willingness to help his patients improve and feel better. I highly recommend Dr. Cady!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Cady on and off for about 10 years and can honestly say that I hope he never retires. He is extremely thorough in using various techniques including electrostimulation, ultrasound and manual adjustments as needed. Due to the Covid-19 situation, I have been working remotely and now have back problems due to poor ergonomics at home and so I have been seeing him twice a week for the last month. He is doing everything possible to keep patients safe, including taking temperatures, decontaminating rooms between patients and wearing a mask. Dr. Cady has rescued me a number of times when I have tweaked something in my back and even in my arm (tennis elbow). I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Negative experience: Dr Cady has provided to us a spine treatment and told that it is basic procedure which is covered by insurance. He is in network with our insurance, so I didnt expected any troubles. Insurance has replied that his treatment is experimental and declined bill. Doctor doesn't mind to his words and just forces us to pay a full price of treatment out of pocket. He says that it is for the first time in his life when insurance doesn't cover his work, but now I've check all reviews on google and yelp and he have had a lof of complains regarding billigs. Hope my review will help someone not to loose money.

Before I saw Dr. Cady, I had experienced lower back pain for many years and the chiropractors I saw before Dr. Cady could not fix my problem, and I could not even take long walks. After I was treated by Dr. Cady, my lower back pain is so much better, now can I do any physical activities including long walks and hiking. I would strongly recommend Dr. Cady for your back problems. He is an excellent doctor with great skills and experiences.

His office is never dirty and the staff is always professional. I have had 3 different insurance companies in the last several years and he and his staff always do their best and make sure everything is straight up and clear...and that my body is straight up too :-)

Fantastic experience: I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember. I tried acupuncture and physical therapy and both didn't really work. Acupuncture made me more sore since my muscles were already in such a tense state and couldn't really relax. As my last resort, I decided to go to Dr. Cady and he's been able to treat both my tense muscles and tight alignment. The combo treatment has helped me way more than anything else I've tried!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Scott Cady over many years for a variety of problems and he is the only one I would trust with my health. He is a great doctor! Fantastic experience: About a month ago I was in severe pain and couldn't move my neck. My regular chiropractor was out of the office so I desperately searched for someone near my home who could see me. Dr Cady was able to see me right away and walk me through the stages of my pain. He was able to relieve my pain quickly and I will continue to see Dr Cady for maintenance and occasional flare ups. Billing was done easily through my insurance company and I like how Dr Cady can schedule your next appointment right at the end of your appointment instead of passing you off to the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: I saw Doctor Cady for an issue with my lower back and I am extremely glad that I chose to see him. Dr. Cady is very patient and a good listener. He is extremely experienced and besides releasing the pressure in my back, gave me exercises to do at home that would prevent the same area from tightening up again. Fantastic experience: had a very severe lower back injury about 5 years back and I found Dr Cady. It was a blessing. I want to himin so.much of discomfort. He took care of the issue and in few sessions I was able to walk properly and feel absolutely good. Since then my lower back has flared up few times and I have always gobe to him and in few sessions felt great again. Once I remember I had changed my insurance to Kaiser and I wasnt sure if he takes Kaiser patients, so I went to another nearby chiropractor who took Kaiser insurance. He was good, hit i didnt get fully recovered from it until I again went to Dr Cady. I came to know that he also takes Kaiser. Since then I have been gping to him. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cady has been my chiropractor for about 7 years now. I sit long hours for work so I use chiropractic treatment for overall health and have used it for over 25 years. Dr. Cady is available on short notice and lunch hours which is so wonderful. He is always on time, treatments are based on his knowledge of you and any needs pointed out at visit. He has helped me with 2 car accidents and is also very helpful for those of us who are not great at getting a lot of exercise. He adjusts my feet and knees so I can enjoy activities. I found Dr. Cady about ten years ago, and he consistently provides me quick relief and long-term improvement from my pain and condition. Several times I’ve needed additional treatment procedures during a visit, and he always gladly did it without hesitation or questions asked. Fantastic experience: I've had a 3 month long treatment with Dr Scott for a back injury due to a car accident. Appointments are quick, thorough and straight to the point. He always had availability during lunch hours which was great, in my treatments, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The office was clean and well-maintained. As far as the treatment itself, my back and neck had gotten a lot better as compared to when I originally came in. The electrical simulations as well as the after-treatment stretching suggestions from Dr Scott was definitely helpful.
