This was my first appointment so it included an initial assessment, designing the best course of treatment and an initial therapy session. The Physical Therapist Rachel Stephenson, DPT, was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, motivating and thorough. It was a great experience and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend CORE Therapy in Surprise!

Fantastic experience: Core is wonderful, excelling in Services staff and facilities. I was fortunate, quickly contacted by scheduling to complete my Dr ordered Physical Therapy. Easily Scheduled. Friendly, caring , knowledgeable staff greeted me. Therapy exercises were demonstrated and observed as performed; purpose of activity was described Rachel,the Physical Therapist discussed treatment plan then proceeded with therapy. When finished I was given written instructions with pictures , bands for strengthening and stretching I was really encouraged to continue.

The exercises and therapies have really helped me be able to move closer to enjoying the physical activities I participated in prior to my accident. They are very accommodating to what my needs are--as well as what therapies I've wanted to incorporate that have helped me through prior injuries.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Megan and this experience could not have been any better. I have been seen by many many therapists and she is by far my favorite! She was personable, kind and she explained everything she wanted to do for me. She worked on my neck to relax my muscles and do a bit of traction. She has such a wonderful and thoughtful touch. Fantastic experience: Today was my first PT session post ankle surgery and Benjamin Damico was my therapist. He was very personable and we had a great conversation about off-roading and hiking. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I look forward to my next sessions with him and I'm confident he'll help me get back on the hiking trails soon.

Negative experience: Horrible location no communication. They have not helped me for two weeks since my surgery with miscommunications between the doctors and physical therapy doing the apps a waste of time they get paid just to sit while you do your own stuff at home makes no sense absolutely disgusting and horrible Monday will be three weeks and haven’t started physical therapy such crap.

Fantastic experience: I have been seen by Robin and Nick (and their team), both of which are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the healing process of my tibial plateau fracture. I have made tremendous advancements in my healing thanks to their guidance. I had surgery on 1/27/25 and am able to walk at least enough to do my own grocery shopping. I would recommend physical therapy with either of them to anyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I had a hip replacement some 12 years ago. It has generated nerve and muscle pain that i have lived with. I have been treated by Nick and his team for lingering nerve pain. After their careful directed actions, I am nearly free of this motion restrictive pain. Special call out to Team Members Robin Jaco and Kathe Breed.

Fantastic experience: I met Rachel for the first time today. I've had physical therapy many times for various reasons. Rachel showed extreme compassion and understanding for my particular issues. She was reluctant to push me too far my first session. I really appreciated that. A lot of therapists push too hard too soon resulting in a considerable amount of pain. Rachel showed sincere concern for me. I HIGHLY recommend her. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I started working with Rachel and Amy after my Distal bicep repair surgery. They were incredible in helping regain range of motion and strength. They also took the time to assist me in correcting pain in my shoulders and tennis elbow. The team is kind and knowledgeable and the environment was calm but fun.
