Fantastic experience: I have an amazing therapy with Holly My OT in Bell Road Surprise clinic. Very knowledgeable , compassionate and kind. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I was scheduled for my initial evaluation along with several follow-up PT sessions. Unfortunately, I had a medical issue pop up that required me to cancel the initial evaluation two days prior. Their next evaluation slot available was almost 8-weeks out. I was told I could not use one of the existing PT sessions already scheduled for the evaluation. Isn't the same physical therapist that does the PT perform the evaluation? It just seems unrealistic to take a patient with several scheduled appointments and simply bump them off the calendar. I guess I have to look elsewhere. It is too bad because the location was perfect for me.

Fantastic experience: I really believe Physical Therapy is important to recovery of any injuries or surgeries. They have helped my pain die way down or stop by evaluation of my needs first, then setting up my weekly therapy and goals. Spooner is thorough and always looking for better ways of improvement for each client. Showing us the correct ways to do our PT. I will only use Spooner for our family therapy needs.

Very nervous... and so glad that I found this location. Holly (and the staff) are personable and make sure you're getting the right progress. I love that she holds me accountable but also celebrate the small wins. The exercises are tough, but I am better for it.

Fantastic experience: I was in a MVA and assigned to Darren who has done an amazing job in explaining my case and how to address my symptoms. So far it has been a breeze and I'm already starting to notice a difference after just two trips! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.

Aaron is the best Therapist I’ve ever had with his knowledge and experience helping people for 25 years it really shows. I feel so much better than I did 6 weeks ago, and will continue to go to finally get my Sciatica healed. Positive experience: I have been to 2 other P.T. facilities locally and this Spooner is the best. I like them because, first, Aaron interviewed me carefully to learn more about my needs and wants. He showed personal interest, listened thoughtfully and sought a good plan for me. There is a good reasonable process to keep the employees busy all the time with patients and to keep the patients moving all the time and at our own pace. I like the way each employee, therapists and assistants, learn each patients' name and talk with us with genuine care, unlike the other facilities I've been to. The only reason that I do not give 5 stars is because I wish there was more space and privacy between patients for the office is limited, and it is often very crowded. That's good for business, but not so much for the customers. Keep up the good work, folks.

Fantastic experience: Shaun performed a maneuver for my positional vertigo and the results were nothing short of amazing. I was suffering with severe vertigo for more than a week and even went to the ER for help with no results. Shaun was able to totally eliminate the vertigo.

Fantastic experience: If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go. The therapists, technicians and staff are all first rate and are all very friendly. My wife has had therapy for an elbow replacement and two knee replacements. She won't go anywhere else. They listened carefully to her needs and adjusted the therapy accordingly. Fantastic experience: The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Extremely clean. I see Holly for my Hand Surgery rehab. She is knowledgeable and kind.

Negative experience: Very Dissapointed The good is my therapy for my right elbow with Holly was fine. For the bad!! I was diganosied with Vertigo. I was assigned Sean. After going for the evaluation I returned. Sean spent less than 5 minutes treating my condition. I was placed nwith a aide for PT on my leg. I left the premises almost falling over. I have begun a treamtnent with Vital Care Physical therapy. You receive one on one with the therapist. Spooner has many Assistants, you spend 10 minutes or less with the licenced therapist. I contacted the clinic director holly and she asked mme if I wanted to return for hand therapy!! Really my dizziness was a level of not being able to function. I contacted a Michelle in the main office. She asked if I wanted Sean to call me. The PT assiant wasn't able to perform the vertigo treatment to shake the crystal loose. I am under care from Vital care. I wont be returning to spooner. This reveiw was for Frank Zuckerbrow

Negative experience: Very disappointed in getting scheduled by the front desk. Called multiple times, explaining how much pain I am in. No matter how much I expressed to the women ( name started with B) she did not care & definitely did not show any effort in trying to get me scheduled out. Due to my schedule not being convenient enough for her scheduling. Even though I expressed my availability being open all week. Super sad how unmotivated the person was in aiding to my needs. I am very reasonable & patient but I definitely know when someone’s being rude on the phone. You should be ashamed trying to work at a facility that’s quote-on quote in the business to help people. Hopefully this review helps give others a better idea on how this establishment responds to people in pain..
