Knowledgeable therapists clearly care about clients and meet them where they are in their health journey, develop a comprehensive plan to get them where they want to be, and work alongside them to accomplish those goals. The staff is friendly, kind, and encouraging every visit. Therapists ask good questions, listen to the answers, and tailor workouts to meet needs as they arise. They are present and attentive during the entire session and ensure clients feel safe and supported yet challenged in the exercises. The environment is welcoming, the facility is clean, the equipment is excellent, and the team is unmistakably on your side. It's a positive place staffed with people who want to help you recover everything possible. Fantastic and invaluable experience!

Fantastic experience: I like the aesthetic of the place. Open with lots of tinted windows, good natural light. Great equipment and comfortable feeling with the staff. My therapist Sam is great. Very patient, funny, professional and he explains what he's helping me with and answers all my questions. I'm a vintage lady and I recommend Spooner PT for anyone needing help.

Fantastic experience: As a winter resident in Surprise & after a complete reverse replacement of my left shoulder this summer, I was needing continued physical therapy for strengthening. I've had alot of physical therapy in my past and can tell you this center has everything to offer. An impressive display of workout equipment is used on-site as well as manual manipulation therapy. The therapists are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They are interested in how you are feeling with every movement & very good at explaining how each exercise is working for your success. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with this place and having obvious success.

Fantastic experience: I have been in physical therapy before with my sister I was there to support her as she went through physical therapy, and now that I’m in physical therapy for my arm I would recommend Spooner over anybody else to do my physical therapy. I have found that Spooner has the most thoughtful people working there and they really care about you. Have questions they have no problems answering them or getting the answers for you even if it’s from your doctor I highly recommend Spooner they are highly professional and their customer service is to be commended are used to work in the customer service department, and they show all the greatest aspects of what great customer service should be. I am very very pleased with them and they have helped me a lot. My arm is much better and it wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for them great company great people so if you need physical therapy, I would check Spooner first.

Fantastic experience: All around clean, sanitary, not cluttered, modern and fresh environment. All of the staff makes you feel like indeed your top priory. Very professional and respectful and everyone has great expertise. I’ve never been more taken care of so precisely and I don’t feel like I’m doing “dr prescribed/ referred body work. I indeed feel like I’m at a lower key, kinda quieter yet fun gym. I don’t leave sore and I don’t feel pushed hard to discomfort. The staff at this facility is very engaging, kind, genuinely caring and very valuable to the physical therapy field. I don’t think I could find better therapists. I’m a working mom of four kiddos all in some after school activity or event and The staff here really tries their best and goes above and beyond to make your schedule important and work with it. There’s very good communication amongst therapists and how to help with each client… all equipment is sanitized between each use. Masks aren’t a requirement, yet they are welcome. The music selection in this facility is always my jam and staff and clients/ patients sing along. This staff goes above and beyond for the benefit of the client/ patient. Customer service - top notch. Thank you so much to Stephanie and Travis, for your listening skills and thorough application of each therapeutic movement/ modality.

Fantastic experience: Very caring, attentive staff. I broke my femur 5 weeks ago, and they've been extremely helpful in aiding in my recovery. They're motivational and listen to their patients. Always greeted with smiles. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this Spooner location by my primary physician for therapy related to a painful shoulder injury which I'd been dealing with for quite some time. Since there are no surgical options for my particular ailment, I figured I would give therapy a try although I was somewhat skeptical due to the level of pain I was dealing with. However, my skepticism quickly disappeared after my first few visits. Amanda and her staff were absolutely amazing throughout my three month process. Not only did the pain in my shoulder begin to go away, I have since regained full use of my shoulder with almost no limitation as far as movement. When I first began therapy with Amanda and her staff, the movement in my left shoulder was so limited I was unable to do simple tasks such as pull a shirt over my head, put on deodorant, put on a belt or anything else that required a level of movement in my shoulder. I completed my therapy a month ago now and have full movement again in my shoulder with virtually zero discomfort regardless of how I move my shoulder. I simply cannot thank Amanda and her staff for everything they did while I was there. Prior to my therapy sessions at Spooner, I had come to the conclusion that the pain and lack of movement in my shoulder was just something I'd have to deal with for the rest of my life. Most definitely not the case and just glad I was referred to this team.

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Spooner Surprise Physical Therapy. Amanda and Dalton and other staff have done an AWESOME job providing physical therapy on my injured arm/shoulder. My shoulder is not as stiff and I am ABLE to do more activities with LESS pain, now. I can't wait to see more results in the next few weeks!
