Fantastic experience: I am so impressed by Ray Popp's ability to take someone who literally was doing the Tim Conway shuffle when I walked in, to someone who could walk out the door almost pain free! I called Ray early one morning and he listened to my story for 20 minutes and then said he was certain he could help me after 1 visit. To my amazement, he was right! Ray is kind, professional and really knows what he's doing! I would give him a 10 star review if I could. Do not hesitate to give Ray and his wonderful staff the opportunity to help you! You will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: Ray Popp is incredible. He has helped me more than I thought was possible. The PT center my doctor referred me to was unable to get me an appointment for over 2 weeks. I was in a lot of pain and based on the reviews, I called True Care, and they were able to get me in the next day. I honestly did not expect that PT was going to help me, based on past experiences at other places, but I was very wrong, my pain was better after one session. I am so thankful I came to True Care. Everyone who works there is friendly and makes you feel welcome Ray truly cares about his patients, gives you personalized treatments, checks to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain. Other reviews have mentioned that he makes you feel like family, and he does. There is a reason all his reviews are 5 stars. Ray is a kind, caring and gentle human being and in my opinion is the best physical therapist around. As long as we live in Surprise, my husband and I will always come to True Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for our PT needs. I trust Ray completely.

Fantastic experience: Ray is amazing. I could barely walk because of the pain when I first saw him. He listens to you and works with you accordingly. I'm now pain free and getting stronger every day. His entire staff is friendly and so encouraging as you go through therapy.

Fantastic experience: Raymond is amazing at what he does. After someone rear ended us at 65 MPH and I was stopped my body was broken and Raymond got me back to being able to play with my children without extreme pain. He allowed me to get my life back to semi normal. After the car accident I was waking up with hangover type headaches and he was able to figure it out and fix the cause of the issue! No more pills that would make me depressed and “not my normal self”! I look forward to my Friday appoints every week and even if I get back to 99% I will still keep going because I just feel amazing after he works with me. I think one of the best parts is he loves the military even if you don’t need PT stop in give him and his team a chance and look at all his really amazing patches on his wall from all branches and services. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs PT or who just wants to feel better and get rid of those annoying back pains I know all guys have.

Fantastic experience: Ray is an amazing physical therapist. He listens and works with me on all my needs not just what is prescribed. So if my foot is bothering me, he will help to get it feeling better. I've made some personal goals for overall health and wellness and he's been supportive the whole journey. His assistant therapist Jessica is great too! As well as the admin assistant Jackie. Awesome team! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After having a baby 2 years ago, my doctor, 2 physical therapists, chiropractor, and OBGYN couldn't get my body back to normal. I finally got referred to Dr Raymond Popp and he fixed my pelvis and spine DAY ONE. I've had one follow up visit. No more "Come back tomorrow"'s from a chiropractor, no more return of pain, i have a normal life now. I'm amazed by the work done here. Heat compress, adjustments that WORK, PT, frequent re-evaluations, so so so much attention and care. You feel like his ONLY patient.

Fantastic experience: Ray provides true personalized treatment - he’s not checking a box and not fostering you off on an untrained assistant. He’s a true diagnostician who can pinpoint root cause of your symptoms. He has been on the other side of an extraordinary PT recovery experience so he knows what you are going through both physically and emotionally. Ray is your guiding star for any injury or chronic pain issues. He’s a well educated and highly intelligent professional in his field who lends not only his skills but also his friendly ear. All of this with a sprinkle of Dad jokes and those little touches like pillows to support every angle of your body while he heats you up and blankets to keep you warm when he ices you down. Add to all of this a clinic area full of great vibes with murals honoring first responders that provide a window into the soul of a truly wonderful human being. You will not find a better therapist or one more dedicated to your success.

The best part about this practice is you will be working directly with Raymond the physical therapist for all your treatment and therapy- that's right no assistants or aids. Hands on therapy from the physical therapist himself from start to finish AND he has the touch - you know...a sixth sense about what is amiss and how to treat it. Bottom line Raymond goes above and beyond the call of duty. Treating and caring in a way that corrects the problems. The result - your aches and pains resolve and your rehab goes as it should

Fantastic experience: For the first time in a year, I am without pain! I had a stroke on September 25, 2018 and took a horrible fall. I went to another physical therapy clinic, but after months I could not see or feel any improvement. I could not accept that I would not improve further. My doctor recommended Ray and True Care. After one visit I have no more back pain! One visit! I had been in pain for a year and now no more chugging Advil to try to cope with the pain. Ray is phenomenal! I recommend him highly.

Fantastic experience: I just came from my first visit with Ray at TrueCare. I had been doing a repetitive motion delivery job and suddenly found that my arms were beginning to feel weak. I went to Concentra for care initially as this started out to be a work related injury. The insurance company (Traveler's) somehow decided that my condition was due to natural causes and denied my claim. After about 9 months of dealing with doctors who had no interest in treating my condition, I went to Dr. Maninder Kahlon who then referred me to Ray. I am only a few hours into treatment with Ray and am already feeling better than I have for a very long time. I have Cervical Stenosis and some other spine/neck issues. Ray confirmed that my condition is due to the work that I have been doing. I can't tell you how impressed that I am with him. As a reference, I had done PT with Concentra and didn't have anywhere near the results in about 6 sessions as I've had with 1 session at TrueCare. I highly recommend him and if you ever need a neurologist, Dr. Maninder Kahlon at AZ Integrated Neuro Spine & Pain is amazing as well. Between these two guys, you will be in very good hands.

Fantastic experience: Ray's healing ability is amazing. His skill in physical manipulation is greater than that of anyone I've seen in the past. Also, his clarity when describing how to perform exercise makes doing them on my own afterward easy. I first visited True Care Physical Therapy after I'd been to another PT office, but they hadn't been able to alleviate my pain. My doctor's office recommended I try True Care, and I'm so glad I did. I feel better each time I leave his office than when I arrived. Beyond that, Ray's a very caring person. You can't help but like him. My husband is now seeing Ray following back surgery, and he's improving quickly under Ray's expert care. As a senior, I meet many people who suffer from pain due to injuries or chronic conditions, and I never hesitate to recommend that they see Ray at True Care, if they can. Friends who have sought his services have only good things to say. I highly recommend True Care for your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Ray could not be more caring if I were his mother. Now of course being nice to a patient is one thing but being excellent in his profession is another. Ray is excellent when it come to knowing the right modality of treatment and in his H.E.A.R.T. He also made an excellent choice in receptionist.. Jackie is very sweet and tries to accommodate your need for an appointment as best she can.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Raymond Popp and his staff are wonderful. I've had debilitating neck and shoulder pain for years. Dr. Popp has reduced the pain to almost nothing in several therapy sessions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone experiencing pain.

Fantastic experience: When I thought I was having an issue with a nerve that runs from my spine to my left shoulder and down my left are, I waited until the discomfort kept me from getting a good night's sleep before I made an appointment with our doctor. He diagnosed a compressed nerve and immediately referred me to Raymond Popp at True Care Physical Therapy. Raymond is a manual therapist, and he worked on that nerve issue in our first session, and I have had no sleeping discomfort since! I think that is pretty amazing. We had several more sessions to continue working on the nerve and surrounding muscles, including heat treatments and exercises. I am finished for now and can't thank Raymond enough. I recommend him without reservations!

When I came to their office, I was depressed, in pain and not really believing anyone could help me anymore. Then entered Raymond who put me immediately at ease and told me never to to give up.
