Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to various physical Therapy for over 40 years, and without a doubt Mark and staff is the best. Go there you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST Therapy Clinic in Surprise. I have found Mark and his wonderful staff from the front desk Kristi to Jade and then to the wonderful Therapist and Techs. They go above and beyond. I found them since my husband had his hip replaced & then my mom had her knee replaced both by Dr.Werner. He recommended Rise/Modern Physical Therapy. I just had my shoulder rotator surgery by Dr.Brown and now I'm here doing therapy. I thought in the past I had the best therapy place in Surprise with another company with my past surgeries but coming to Modern Physical Therapy is the BEST now in my eyes. Thank you Mark, Kate, Shea & Bradley all for your fine care, kindness and getting me on the mend again! God Bless you all!

Fantastic experience: Seriously the best PT in Surprise and maybe in Az! Mark is incredible and all of his staff are amazing as well. They treat you with pure passion, respect, and care! Mark is incredibly talented! Natalie is also amazing! We had our oldest daughter with him during her ACL recovery and when our youngest tore hers only 19 months later, we tried to go to a “closer” to home place before going back to Mark. We tried 2 other places and saw very little improvement and actually our daughter was behind on her recovery prior to taking her. In 6 weeks, she not only caught up on her recovery but is ahead of bar! Thank you for being our family PT and we appreciate you and your team!

Negative experience: Worst experience with office staff ever! Tried to make an appointment they said my insurance did not cover it The insurance sent me a letter saying I was covered. Took the letter into the office staff and they said they couldn't help me. Gave me the name of the billing department which I called at home and she never returned my call. Billing person told the receptionist that she had called my insurance yesterday and they were closed not true. Would never recommend this place to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I never write reviews. I just completed physical therapy following foot surgery for a torn tendon last May. I since moved from southern California to Arizona, hence the delay. I wrote this to my therapist and decided I should share my experience- Thanks, Colton - I just want to say thank you again for the exemplary care I received from you. You always listened to my concerns and offered good advice. You, and all the staff at Rise, noticeably pay close attention to your patients as we work through the exercises we’re given. Fantastic experience: Mark is a 6 star ⭐️!!

Fantastic experience: Had total knee replacement surgery in late April and then on a recommendation went to a PT group that after 8 weeks and 2 major setbacks, I quit them. Then on the recommendation of my surgeon went to Mark and his group at Rise and I have make incredible progress in just a little over 10 visits! He is the consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. This shows through his entire staff. If you need high level PT don’t waste your time going anywhere else in the valley!!

Fantastic experience: Mark has helped me with several injuries. He is the most knowledgeable PT I've ever met...and I've met a lot of them. In fact, I think he's more knowledgeable than many of the Docs out there. Mark is also an all around great guy. He shows empathy to his patients, is hard working, funny, and provides an atmosphere that people want to be around. The staff at Rise all do a great job following Mark's lead. Mark is a good family man and his staff is also like family. Going in for an appointment is always a treat. Simply put, Rise Orthopedic and Sports PT is the BEST!
