I have been going here for a few months this and whenever I miss a day or week, I definitely notice! There are multiple ways they take care of you from physical adjustments and shots, to allergy treatment. There are things I am allergic to that I NEVER knew!! Again, when I come to this place I truly feel like I am a special patient and everything and everyone is concerned with me and only me.

Negative experience: I feel this is a complete bait and switch deal. I was having issues with next pain and was searching for a chiropractor. I saw a advertisement for them on Facebook where they said that most Insurance covers the treatment. I also searched my insurance info and found that they were in network so I set up a consultation appt. I met with their chiropractor and P.A. They took x-ray's and scheduled a follow-up. At the follow-up they proceed to show you your x-ray and discuss how bad your condition is. Then they present you with a treat plan which lists what insurance covers and does not cover. In my case the "Chiropractor care" was covered and the other portion of their treatment that wasn't. The other portion of treatment was labeled as PT/MT. Once again in my case that encompassed 39 visits for a grand total of over $1700. They did offer some other options that did reduce that cost. Now I have some great insurance so when I questioned them about it I was told they can't bill the PT/MT portion because they don't have licensed Physical Therapists. This brings me back to the bait and switch issue. When I saw the Facebook Ad. they primarily spoke of chiropractor services that I was interested in. After declining their treatment plan I asked if I could just get the chiropractic care that I originally wanted that was covered under my insurance and was told that they didn't do that. Another note on this was that they wanted me to pay everything up front. In my mind very Shady. Hope this helps somebody from getting screwed.

Not only are they super hospitable, they also are very knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Dr. T is wonderful, she is a great listener and I love that she is very solution based to get to the root of the problem. The whole team is great and the office has a family feel. They are also accommodating with schedule changes and trying to fit you in. I came in for pain from a car accident that happened to me in 2022. I have been to other chiropractors in the past. This is the best place I’ve been to yet. Since I’ve been going to AFC, I’ve noticed positive changes in my pain and body. They give trigger point injections, provide stretching and breathing exercises, allergy testing to determine inflammation issues within your body, and of course, chiropractic care. Fantastic experience: I am incredibly grateful for AFC physical medicine and chiropractic! I went initially to get help with my tailbone & neck pain. And with a combination of the routine appointments, take home modalities, and at home exercise exercises I truly feel that I got the best help I could get with pain, relief, and overall healing, and improvement of my body…. so much so that I credit all of AFC‘s help to aligning my body to be able to get pregnant naturally!!! I had struggled with infertility, and although I was not going to AFC for infertility. The alignment and aid in my tailbone, hips, spine, and overall body… I believe played a big role to me getting pregnant and having my miracle baby. During my pregnancy Dr. Turner insisted that I continue to come in for adjustments, and those were such a huge help and during my pregnancy!! I couldn’t have been more thankful for the staff as well, they are incredibly caring, kind, and professional! I told everyone I could about AFC and if I could give them a million star review I would! Huge bonus, they are very accepting of service dogs!

I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months, and the impact on my daily life has been nothing short of life-changing. After serving 13 years in the military, I was dealing with serious back issues and had tried numerous chiropractors and clinics with limited success—until I found AFC Surprise. The level of care, expertise, and genuine compassion here is in a league of its own. Dr. Turner is exceptional—knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to patient wellness. She’s supported by an incredible team that works seamlessly together. Joy always greets you with a smile while checking vitals, and Sogol and Jackson are pros at administering injections that make adjustments much smoother. Sam and Jason are fantastic with stretching guidance and hands-on massage work that really helps recovery. Darian handles my allergy shots, and since starting, I haven’t had a single allergy flare-up—amazing! And a special shoutout to Jo Ann for always being so kind, welcoming, and professional, and to the outstanding case managers Leilani and Lori who keep everything running smoothly. This team has restored not just my mobility, but my quality of life. AFC Surprise is a rare gem, and I’m beyond grateful to be in their care.

Fantastic experience: I am 37 weeks pregnant and was experiencing major pain in my back couldn’t even lay down and sleep. Went in for my first visit feeling a mess physically and already notice a difference laying down. While i still have expected pain to see such a difference after one visit is huge to me. So thankful for this staffs services and how thorough they were with me today. If it keeps going this way I can see a major improvement on my mental going into the future especially being a first time mommy. I’m feeling much more optimistic going into labor knowing i’ll be taken care of.

Negative experience: They are running a scam. I went to two appointments to get a chiropractic adjustment instead they tried to get me to pay $10,000 over my insurance. They wouldn’t do an adjustment unless I paid them. Complete waste of time. I’ll be checking with my insurance to make sure they didn’t charge me for a chiropractic visit when in fact they only tried to sell me absorbent fees. Total rip off. Shame on them for wasting my time and not delivering the service I went in for. Avoid this grift at all costs. In addition I took photos of their X-rays. Their X-rays are completely different from my pain doctors X-rays. Very suspect. I notice they have many one star reviews. Complaints that what they claim is on X-rays differ from pain doctors X-rays, and this scam of suspect X-rays is reported in several reviews. They are like used car salesman. I would bet many of the good reviews are written by employees and friends. Disgusting trying to take advantage of people in pain. Refusing to treat me unless I paid them $10k or like any car salesman if you pay cash today we’ll take $5400. Shame on you! My time is valuable and I don’t appreciate being given the hard sales pitch instead of delivering what I came in for! You’ve got a lot of nerve. If there is a board overseeing chiropractors I will be reporting you!!!

Negative experience: This chiropractor started off as great, but heavily changed my mind by the last visit. I went through with the whole treatment plan, did all the visits, shots, PT and whatever else they told me to do. I was still in pain. When they told me for the year following, I would have to have maintenance visits (about 12). I pre-paid for those 12 visits. Didn't even use them all before they were pulling me into a room, and cornering me, trying to shove another treatment plan down my throat. When I was severely in pain, already paid and expecting to get some sort of relief that day, they said they couldn't help me unless I did another treatment plan. I told them I didn't use all my visits that I already pre-paid for, and suddenly that information was gone. But they let me do another allergy testing that day. A couple months later, I got a phone call from the woman at the front desk, asking me to set up another treatment plan and I suddenly have "credit from visits I didn't go to" that could go towards the plan. So when I went in to pay for the allergy testing, I asked them for myoney back for the visits I never used. Suddenly that money was gone again. Even though they tell you, when you prepay for visits, if you don't use them all you can get a refund. They give you a massive run around and can't keep things straight. The staff and doctors here are lovely, besides for their receptionist and the woman handling the payments. They are rude and will talk to you like you're an idiot if you even try to ask questions. They ruined AFC for me, I will never be returning, and will definitely never recommend this business to anyone else.

Negative experience: So I have to be honest with you. To start off my insurance provider informed me this place was covered. With that being said your first visit there they don't tell you if they are or aren't . They want you to come back the second visit so they can sell you their $8000 program. Then they give you the salesman run-around. They wasted almost 4 hours of my time and did absolutely nothing for me but tell me how messed up my entire spine was. And I had to pay them $50 bucks for my consultation..I should have let them run it through the insurance. I literally paid $50 and lost 4 hours of my time for nothing. I'm not saying this is the right place for you but they definitely try to talk you up that this is the best place in the world but they say they are more than a chiropractor and that's why insurance doesn't cover them. (I advise you to find out peoples insurance first) So are they lying to the insurance company?? Very nice people but they want your money. I read a couple bad reviews the day before going here and told them what I read and if they were going to do that to me.....they said no...........well they sure did the next day. Should have listened to those bad reviews. The only way this review comes down is when you pay me back my $50.

Little did I know, I would be starting a treatment plan specifically catered to me and my problem areas! They do so much more than just basic chiropractic. I'm nearing the end of my plan, and I find myself sad that I don't have several visits a week anymore! Everyone is so welcoming there, it truly feels like I'm hanging out with friends or family. I HIGHLY recommend AFC to anyone and everyone. If you haven't made an appointment yet, just stop thinking about it and call them! You will not regret it!

They took x rays and con suIted me on the results. They shared a detailed treatment plan. I was asked questions regarding my health. By my answers they determined I had alot of inflammation in my body. They did allergy testing to determine what I was allergic to and created a plan for my specific allergies. They also treated my pain with specific area treatments and stretching exercises to help reduce the pain before adjusting my back. I would recommend AFC to everyone that back pain.

There is the chiropractic part, allergy/sensitivity to foods part, stretching, checking on vits/supplement, opening up joints AND doing more at home daily. They have a whole body approach that synergistically addresses my pain, spinal problems, and inflammation of my body. I’m in my early 30’s but chronic pain does not discriminate or go away on its own... I’ve been to conventional doctors, sports physical therapists, naturopath musculoskeletal specialist and chiropractors… no one could help me until AFC. They were able to diagnose and address my issues and set up a treatment plan that worked with my schedule, which I really appreciate! They are really nice, personable and actually listen to my concerns. Negative experience: Similar to other reviewers (Chris Miller below) this place while people are nice and friendly, has a strong car sales vibes, but in the end provide what most chirorpractors do: adjustments. I came in with some serious pain and spend 1+ hour at the office doing intake and saw 3 different providers to establish care, xrays and learn about chiropractic care, but in the end did not receive any relief that day and left with an appt in 4 days which turned into 8 days due to office AC issues, understandable, but by the time of my second appt it had been 8 days and I had seen another chiropractor 3 times, who also provided individualized care and a treatment plan, but without all the hoopla and sales pitch vibes...I have had 2 great diffeent chiropractors before and another first appoitment just like this one, seems some have the same sales model for treatmet making sure to "get you" long term with the promise of helping you holistically, you can get great care without that facade. I have not had my treatment plan and insurance review since this is done at second appt, I will update if I am able to, but again I needed treatment fast so had to move on.Cannot wait to receive the bill for that first 1+ hour and 3 providers later, I am sure a I cannot afford it...we shall see
