Fantastic experience: My husband spent 17 days in PAM rehab hospital in Surprise following cervical spine surgery. The nursing staff was wonderful, caring and attentive. The PT and OT departments were superb especially Peyton, Jess and Brittney. There were many others along the way like Robert and Kim who were simply fantastic as well. Their professionalism and expertise combined with their positivity and encouragement took us from a stressful and scary situation to one of hopefulness and confidence. He has transitioned to being an outpatient here at PAM and we would not even consider going anywhere else. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: I am an 81 year young woman who sustained a left femur fracture due to a fall that required emergency corrective surgery necessitating a partial hip replacement. Having had a "planned" right hip replacement several years prior where I was back on my feet within hours, I thought the impending recovery would be a cakewalk. Geeez, was I wrong! I am continuing to make steady progress, but it will take patience and time. Following my discharge for the hospital, I elected to continue my rehabilitation at PAM because it is a hospital, not simply a rehab center. I believe I made the right choice. The care that I received during my stay had been outstanding; from the team of nurses, CNA's and the therapists right down to the food and accommodations. The kindness and attention that they consistently afforded me was impressive. But most of all, they kept me safe. I have decided to continue my rehabilitation in PAM'S outpatient program for obvious reasons - Beverly W

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for the expertise and kindness of the team at PAM. My problem was one that I needed help quickly to get through an acute case of vertigo and they made it happen, providing relief from some extremely unpleasant symptoms. During the course of evaluation and treatment, my therapist, Jim, identified other issues affecting my balance and worked with me to improve my body's reaction to those challenges. I still have some work to do on my own, but what a relief to get some resolution to a problem that has plagued me for a few years now. The care he took with ensuring I felt safe to do the exercises, yet challenging me a bit so I could improve was appreciated. Their staff has always had a smile and a kind word when we interact. If I need care like this in the future, I will ask my physician to refer me to PAM.

Fantastic experience: I admitted here to PAM for a hip fracture and the effectiveness of the therapists approach made a significant difference in My recovery. Weekend nursing staff stayed on top of things even keel as the weekly staff. I was amazed with all the progress I made here and will continue to do so in there outpatient clinic. Dr. G and Oji very good providers. Zero complaints, fully deserved 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Coach Kristy is an amazing PT, She listens and pushes me hard to get me back to full recovery. Will My contact person at scheduling goes above and beyond to make sure that my time is accommodated. I highly recommend these two to anybody that’s looking for an amazing recovery.

Fantastic experience: They are a guiding light for us in our time of need when my husband had his stroke. They were the ONLY rehab that had speech therapy within a few weeks of my husband's release from his inpatient rehab! I would recommend their staff and therapists to anyone! They are the best! Fantastic experience: Every member of PAM Health I came in touch with made my stay and recovery so much simpler. Everybody is complementary. I felt so comfortable and secure here. I was educated on walking safely when it comes to the awareness of curbs and properly transferring from my wheelchair to bed by therapy and nursing . Having memory issues, the speech therapists Jordan and Bailey were so nice and beneficial when it came to my cognitive health.

Ashley the physical therapist deserves recognition for her persistence in her quality of care, pushed me to a certain limit to accomplish my therapy goals. Fantastic experience: The staff is patient with me and helpful. They are encouraging with my progress and clear with instructions. Also clear with expectations of my condition and recovery. I am in PT and speech therapy. I like knowing what muscles I am targeting and when to feel the exercises working. In Speech I like the instructions for daily tasks to improve recall of words and phrases that seem to slip through my mind and not make it to my tongue. That gives me hope that some of the word frustrations will improve. I have been told that speech therapy can help aphasia, or the delay of word recall in mid sentence, but never had a facility available to try it before. The speech therapy seems hopeful and helpful to me. I am hoping to enhance my cognitive function and see also that swallowing (chocking on my own saliva) may be improved. They have a great latte machine as well lol!

Fantastic experience: My significant other was admitted here to PAM after suffering a fractured hip. During the two week stay the progress was impeccable. Couldn’t walk at all when first arrived, now walking 100ft. Big thanks to his physical therapist Stacey. She provided efficient care, knowledge and overall well versed. A lot of trust. Dana the case worker was fabulous, along with the entire nursing staff. Excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: I want to give a shout out to Shawna who has helped with my brother ever since he got to the facility! She enters the room with a bright big smile and will always ask my brother how can I help you! All the services she provides she does it with ease. She makes you feel very comfortable and always leaves with a goodbye and her beautiful smile! She is truly a gem!

Fantastic experience: Stress free admission here to PAM Health and was an outstanding experience. All staff members have gone above and beyond and fulfilled all accommodations. Stacey in physical therapy was excellent- great personality and lovable. She Made my wife feel confident on car transfers and to transition home with confidence. Fantastic experience: My experience here at PAM Health was an overall outstanding tenure. I was Treated with kindness and great humility from all staff members. Peyton in physical therapy with the knowledge and the way she delivered her approach - motivating, truly helped me and introducing me to the slide board on transfers she instilled such trust. Fantastic experience: I chose Pam Health after having lumbar surgery for two weeks for both OT and PT therapies,, the OT therapy was awesome due to the treatment I got from all the staff but especially Britney the PT therapy was great as well due to the treatment I received from Peyton. The doctors (both Drs. G) and nurses explaining what was going on with my health throughout the process especially thank you to Lori the aid who watch out for me during my stay, the staff was very thorough in their communications the answering of the call button and explaining what was going on during my stay. I have decided to do my outpatient therapy at Pam health as a result of this service..

Fantastic experience: Pam Rehab did an excellent job with my husband. He suffered two strokes during his triple bypass surgery, and when we first brought him in, he was extremely weak, his right side had only about 5% strength. He couldn’t speak and was unable to walk. The entire team was incredibly supportive and dedicated. After three weeks, he was discharged, walking on his own and able to talk again. We continued with outpatient therapy, and after another month, he has recovered almost 90%. They have been truly amazing. I appreciate every single person who helped my husband. PT Staci, ST Jordan and OT Cheryl were amazing, so helpful, supportive, and motivating throughout his recovery. I’m truly grateful for everything they did. Rosa, the night nurse, was also incredible. She supported him constantly, encouraged him, and took the time to explain all his medications and treatment processes clearly. She genuinely cares about her patients and their family members. I am so thankful for the entire staff. William Rokuskie the Outpatient Therapy director, has been incredibly helpful and supportive. Whenever we miss an appointment or need anything, he always reaches out and checks on us. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond. Amy, the outpatient coordinator, was also wonderful. She handled all of our scheduling effortlessly and made the process completely stress free. She made sure we had every appointment we needed. I truly appreciate her help as well.

Fantastic experience: My dad, who is 99, got admitted to PAM following a stroke that occurred Oct 21st. He was having difficulty with his speech and with using his left side. He stayed inpatient at PAM for 2 weeks and made wonderful progress in recovery, doing speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. He is now in PAM outpatient therapy which has been incredibly helpful in dad's progress. Also, Dad loves his workouts there.Thanks Will, Jim, Stacy, Jordan and Dana, just to name a few of very helpful and professional staff at PAM.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful Rehabilitation Hospital! Friendly, supportive, caring and knowledgeable staff. The cleanliness of this facility is impressive. Fantastic experience: My husband admitted to PAM Health from wickenburg medical center due to a fall. Resulting in him being debilitated. This rehabilitation hospital created quality of life again. The friendliness and care for him was exceptional. Physical therapy were professional, patient, direct and knowledgeable. Food was delicious. Dana In case management supportive on information, when out of her way to coordinate arrangements for discharge planning. She went superbly above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for Pam. On June 1st 2025 I had a stroke. I was paralyzed on my left side. I spent 3 weeks in intensive rehab. Then on July 1st I started outpatient rehab. I just finished the first of November and I have everything back. I'm at 95% of what I was before the stroke. Full recovery of my left side. These people are wonderful. The caring and support is the best. I had one nurse by the name of Blair that was the most inspiring person I have ever met. Everyone was wonderful. Now my time there is finished and I'm going to miss the people. I'm continuing my recovery at home. Before I left they gave me exercises to do at home. This is a great place and I fully recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Compared to "another" facility, this place is great! Very clean and the staff are above and beyond. Rehabilitation is what their main goal seem to be, appropriately enough. If given a choice, I would definitely pick this place over any other. The VA sent my father here post hip reconstruction/replacement surgery when they were fairly new a few years ago. Then last year, my friends mother was also here post hip surgery and now I pray pray pray insurance will allow my daughter to transfer here for the proper rehabilitation she needs desperately. Please Aetna, please

Fantastic experience: There are so many wonderful things I enjoy at PAM. My husband was getting very weak with Parkinson’s so it was time to get more proactive with strengthening him. We called PAM Health and Rehabilitation and a real person answered the phone. GREAT! Got an appointment to have him evaluated. I was very pleased at the help and info that they gave us. They placed him on a program fit just for my husband. They treat each person with so much respect and dignity. He is in his second month of PT and is making progress in strength and ability. When we have had to change appointments due to scheduling conflicts, I just called and a sweet lady answered the phone and rescheduled..How very comforting to have them know who I am and say “No problem”. Fantastic experience: I Had elective Left hip replacement surgery and ended up here at PAM Health. So grateful of my decision on choosing to receive rehab here. The three hours of therapy is what I needed to accomplish my therapy goals from my post surgery. During my two week span I feel so strong on my day of discharge. Amazing staff here at PAM and courteous nursing students who lended their helping hands. I’d like to give recognition to Miranda and Rosa in nursing for going above and beyond. I’ll be Taking all this momentum and progression to PAM outpatient for continued therapy.

Fantastic experience: When I admitted here to PAM HEALTH, I was in bad shape and received excellent care. Everyone attentive to my needs. Dr. Lee formulated a great plan for my pain control. We worked together as a unit. I did alot of physical therapy, every therapist was very kind and considerate. I improved my mobility immensely. Stu was one of my favorite therapists, whom acknowledged my boundaries with inspiring encouragement. I would recommend this rehabilitation hospital to anyone. Its clean and lovely. Staff are responsive to your needs and a great coffee machine downstairs to go with it.

Fantastic experience: Actively with PAM Outpatient therapy which has been outstanding. Kudos to Ryan, Kristy, and Amy for being so personable and keeping it lively. I was previously in there inpatient setting, and have to mention Wyatt & Ashley in nursing. Ty and Robert in therapy for the inpatient side. Well deserving of recognition of quality care. Wish I could remember more names to showcase, but all amazing staff members.

Fantastic experience: I came here to PAM to work on My generalized weakness. Stu in PT has taught me exercises to take home with me to continue my progressions, he is well versed and knowledgeable. Cheryl in OT was informative on the best practices to do on how your body reacts to different things and emphasizing how you need to take care of your ankles and how to stay at your healthiest state. Respectful and courteous people. Accommodating and clean hospital. I am planning to return back to PAM for another inpatient stay or their outpatient therapy services after my knee replacement.

Fantastic experience: The staff here at PAM are all incredible. From the cleaning crew, nursing, and therapy all so kind and caring. Great coffee machine in the lobby that the aides would gracefully bring me with a smile. Motivated to return here for the outpatient clinic. I will be recommending this facility to a friend in need.

Fantastic experience: Attentiveness from the staff has been outstanding. Beautiful facility here at PAM compared to the skilled nursing facility my husband was at previously. Progress in one week here has been more than he achieved during his 5 week span at the skilled nursing. Phenomenal outcome. Dietary has been great with the healthy choices provided. Love that PAM offers the full continuum of care model, where my husband will be returning here for outpatient rehab.

Negative experience: It is with a heavy heart that I post this review. My husband was diagnosed with cancer quite some time ago. Earlier this year, he started immunotherapy with The City of Hope. After his first treatment, he developed a serious UTI and was hospitalized for a week and a half. Upon release, City of Hope recommended a week of rehab to regain his strength before his second treatment. I chose PAM because of the reviews as well as a call from a representative who convinced me that he would receive excellent care. He was moved to PAM the afternoon of September 12th. He began rehab on the 13th. Although he was quite tired after the move, I was impressed by the therapists who came to work with him. He insisted I go home that evening and told me to give the dog a kiss and he would see me in the morning. That morning, I was getting ready to return and got a call from the nurse who had just come on shift. She said that my husband had to be given his pain pills mixed in applesauce that morning because he wasn’t swallowing properly and he seemed completely unresponsive to her. She asked if that’s how he normally was. I told her absolutely not and that I would be there in 15 minutes. I was on my way to his room when the therapist I had met the day before pulled me aside and told me it was her opinion that I should call hospice now. I was shocked. I told her absolutely not without talking to his doctors and asked what he was given that morning. She said she would check. I told her I was going outside to call the doctor. She said she would call them for me. Again I was a bit taken aback and insisted I would call myself. I asked a friend to go sit with my husband until I came back. The therapist went in with her and reiterated that I should call hospice. My friend told her no. When I talked to City of Hope and told them they were pushing hospice, they told me I could call 911 instead. When I went back inside and told the nurse I wanted 911, they placed the call. Almost immediately, the therapist and a nurse came into his room and she told me “It looks like he was given a double dose of Vicodin and he’s overdosed so we need to give him Narcan immediately. They did and he woke up in excruciating pain. The paramedics arrived within minutes and he was taken to Del Web. We were in the emergency room most of the day and the PA on duty said she did not feel comfortable giving him anything for pain given that he had been overdosed that morning. She felt it would do more harm than good. So I watched him suffer until that evening when he was moved to Thunderbird and they medicated him there. He spent four days there and then to rehab at Banner West. They were amazing but he never fully recovered enough and within that week, I brought him home with hospice. My husband had terminal cancer. There was nothing that was going to cure him but I felt the overdose took precious time away from both of us. I also was absolutely appalled because I believe had I just meekly agreed to call hospice, they had zero intentions of telling me about the overdose. It was not until I asked that 911 be called that they admitted their mistake and administered the Narcan. My husband passed away on October 4th. Yes, I am grieving, yes I am angry, but I am posting this review for the families that cannot have an advocate present for their loved ones. No one would have known what happened if they did not have me to answer to. I could not live with myself if I simply let this go.

Fantastic experience: My in-patient experience at PAM-Surprise far exceeded expectations. Admitted for a complicated knee revision rehab, the facilities are excellent, admin very knowledgeable, 24/7 Nurse and CNA staff incredibly caring and supportive, and physical & occupational therapists highly experienced and encouraging. 3 hours of therapy daily produced immediate results and demonstrable improvement over my stay. Too many standout staff to name but CNA Jeni and PT Keith top the list. Deepest respect to all the Nurse/CNA staff for their dedication to the patient. Highly recommend PAM-Surprise for your rehab needs.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time at PAM Health for inpatient rehab and easily made the decision to return here due to the first great experience. The therapists made my sessions FUN. Reminded me to breathe and rest when needed, I really enjoyed therapy. Kirsten, Stacey, Keith, and Michaela, these therapists collectively made me feel ready to go home mentally and physically. Dr. Sodhi is a fantastic provider and soon to be my new primary care doctor. I know I am missing other staff members names, but not to forget how everyone I encountered was Great. This facility is more like a resort than a rehab hospital because of the staff here. Lively and compassionate. Above and beyond on the care. Also a former patient of PAM Outpatient as well, which was just as excellent.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience here at PAM during my 2 week stay. Recognition to Wyatt and Lakshimi in nursing. Stu in physical therapy, great care provided. As a facility the staff as a whole really stood out and did a great job. Clean and well kept hospital. Outpatient therapy also offered here at PAM in which I’ll be returning to shortly after I discharge home.

Fantastic experience: This facility is extremely good at getting you up on your feet and getting you going in the right direction. Welcoming and friendly from the get go. Hard work truly pays off. The staff here at PAM was incredible. Thank you to Stu in physical therapy and Ariel in nursing. Therapists here taught me exercises I never knew I could do in part of my rehabilitation process. Best experience I've had in healthcare, highly recommend.

Positive experience: Some better quad and hamstring muscle strethening could have been done following my right hip replacement surgery. I am home but still confined to short walks using a walker because of weak muscle strength.

Negative experience: There were 2 or 3 people there that were helpful and you could tell that they cared, you know who you are, thank you from the bottom of my heart. The rest of my stay was pretty rough. I was sent to wrong appointments, went through a separated shoulder on their watch during physical therapy. I had to get shoulder reconstruction surgery. When they called to follow up with me, I told them I'm not sure who's responsible for that. I was told that would be relayed to my case manager. That was a month ago and I still haven't heard anything back and at this point, I don't expect to.

Fantastic experience: Clean and organized facility. Food was good. Overall genuinely nice staff. Jordan in speech therapy very attentive, took the initiative on my personal challenges. Heather in physical therapy very nice gal. Dr. Sodhi, a great listener and adjusted my regiment when needed, good at what he does. Highly recommend PAM rehabilitation hospital.

Fantastic experience: Nursing staff here at PAM was amazing, with instant response times answered. Therapy was thorough and knowledgeable. I made tremendous strides during my just under 2 week stay. This facility also offers outpatient rehab where you get the full spectrum of therapy care. Highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: This was my second time around with PAM Health rehab and it was once again excellent. All the nurses and CNA’s were great. Peyton in physical therapy, a superb therapist who knows her stuff. I’ve always recommended this facility to the community in need.

Fantastic experience: Overall nice facility and staff members. My husband and I admitted here to PAM together to regain strength and mobility. On his behalf as well, we both were satisfied with the care provided.

Fantastic experience: This facility is very clean and well equipped. Large private rooms are excellent and comfortable. Courteous and professional staff, prompt responses to my call light. PT/OT staff, Knowledgeable and thorough on what they were exactly doing on my therapy care. Peyton the PT, she was nice and brought great perspective. A+ Katie in OT , same kudos to her. A+ Grade A to all the nurses and CNA’s. Ryan a hybrid PT who helped me on the weekends for therapy, works primarily in outpatient here at PAM, looking forward to continuing my therapy with him. Food was excellent with variety provided, highly recommend this rehab hospital.

Fantastic experience: As a whole - the staff here at PAM is friendly, upbeat and showcased true care for my husband. The therapists tone made such a difference in overall motivation. Great energy throughout the building. Dana in case management , always so polite and accommodating making sure we are okay.

Fantastic experience: Amazing care provided here at PAM Health from the time I was admitted up until discharge. Nurses have been exceptional, rosa and Danielle thank you. Stacey and Keith in physical therapy were my favorite to work with, simply great therapists. Returning back here for their highly reputable outpatient program.

Fantastic experience: I was an active patient with PAM Health outpatient rehab and the therapists in that setting are just awesome. Ryan and Ricardo my main physical therapists, both very helpful, understanding of my needs, courteous of my personal pace and overall caring. This also goes for my occupational therapists. Aubrey, Kim and Lisa. Very personable, we would joke together and share laughter. These ladies made therapy fun and enjoyable. I then transitioned to PAM Inpatient side of the hospital to benefit from intense - three hour of therapy offered daily. Stacey the inpatient physical therapist truly awesome, along with Keith who helped me Jumpstart my day and knew what I needed to successfully accomplish my sessions. The staff here visibly shows they enjoy what they do. Jeni and Rosa, in nursing friendly and accommodating always asked if I needed anything when walking by, even with my call light not on. Everyone here at PAM made my stay pleasant and welcoming. Back to PAM Outpatient rehab for continued excellent care

Fantastic experience: My son has been here at PAM Health for over a month and wondering of the unknown of how care was going to be delivered. PAM has fully delivered and uplifted all my worries and concerns. This place did an absolute amazing job and outcome. Id like to thank Peyton, Jess, Katie on the therapy team, along with the grub club program implemented by the speech therapy team - Jordan and Bailey. These therapists built such a trust with my son, creating rapport and comfortability. Another thank you for the nursing team as well. Complete team effort. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: Tami my nurse , loved her. Very good nurse. Ariel the CNA can’t say enough words how great she is. Responsive and caring with strong work ethic. I intend to spread the word about this rehabilitation hospital. Such a nice serviceable facility

Fantastic experience: All my care needs were truly met. Kind and compassionate staff, everyone I met had a smile on their face. They all seemed to care. Jess and stacey in physical therapy were great, however entire therapy team made a positive impact on my recovery. Highly recommend this rehab hospital

Negative experience: The staff is great BUT the Pharmacist is not giving me a NON-Pharmaceutical capsule that keeps my neuropathy (feet) from feeling like they are in a fire. The Pharmacist wants to substitute it with a Big Pharma pill. My capsules are expensive and are a food grade capsule. This is totally unacceptable. My other pills are for itching and they aren’t giving me those either. I came here last night and I think I will have my husband come tomorrow and I will check out. I followed directions and brought my pills to the Pharmacy, as directed. I’m furious

Fantastic experience: Great and nice facility. I chose to come here to PAM Health from a skilled nursing facility and the results greatly differentiated from one another. The more therapy provided was just what I needed. Knowledgeable and courteous therapists. Stu is a true motivator, appreciated working with him for physical therapy. I enjoyed all the other therapists as well. Food was very good. Nursing accommodating on nourishment requests, such as coffee and soda. Both doctors that checked on me , very nice and compassionate. Excellent experience

Fantastic experience: Being here in Pam rehab was a good experience. The nurses and cnas responded quickly. I was very well impressed by the following: Miranda, Lori, Melissa, Meg,.who not only performed their duties but were very caring. I believe this contributes to a patient's recovery. I may have left some names out as I have memory problems.

Fantastic experience: I want to share how grateful we are that so many services are available for the patients! My husband James spent 5 weeks in the hospital before coming to PAM for inpatient care and he is doing amazing! The ability to have Cardiology Providers, Pulmonologist, Primary Care Physicians, and Psychiatrists is so important and valuable to his improvement!! The first person we want to thank is Autumn! She's one of the navigators that helped us to get him to PAM in addition to Troy that worked with her to make it happen! Next we want to thank the House Supervisors for all of their help and the amazing daily care they gave him Samantha, Tanya, Tami, and Sabrina! The Respiratory Therapy team is amazing for the experience and quality of care Latiese, Rhonda and Roxanne!! The Director of Pharmacy Nancy is amazing and her daily diligence to caring for him was invaluable! The dietary team that daily worked with us and the nutritionist to make sure his needs were met so he would heal quickly. The CNA team thank you so much Martha, Anthony and I'm sorry I forgot the others names but you do amazing work! The nurses make such a difference in helping to coordinate his care and assure he did well and monitored him constantly I can not tell you enough thank you Jamie, Liz, Mary Beth, Valarie, Ashley, Trisha, Marty, and I'm sorry if I missed anyone because you're all so wonderful! And lastly but not least the Speech OT and PT team thank you so much!! Bailey, Christine, Ashley, Jess, Payton, Lace, Bridgett and again I think we are forgetting some names but thank you each and everyone of you!!! My husband is home because of your work!! Fantastic experience: All around perfect location. Private Rooms here at PAM Health are cleaner and nicer than some hotels I’ve been to. I felt so comfortable leaving my husband here at PAM with the vote of confidence that he will be taken care of by the staff. Education provided to me from the therapists and nurses for my husband’s care to safely discharge home , anywhere from proper transfers and car safety. Outstanding. PAM Outpatient rehab services offered to us and accepted , where we got promptly scheduled day of discharge. So efficient and organized. Food was excellent. I intend to recommend this facility to my entire community. Beth in case management, great professionalism and communication. She walks the walk and talks the talk. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Not one single complaint during my stay here at PAM. The equipment and clientele here are state of the arc. Everyone treated me like a king. Spotless facility well kept. I had a few friends who recommedned PAM stating how excellent this facility is. Big thanks to Stacey and kim in therapy, tons of knowledge and great sessions. Would highly recommend this rehabilitation hospital.

Fantastic experience: PAM Outpatient Rehab here in surprise has been excellent. I’ve made progress each and every session. Aubrey and Kim in occupational therapy are so attentive and really are fine clinicians, my favorite therapists Will was so efficient on advocating me to get here to PAM outpatient on working with my primary care physician. I’ve been recommending this facility for anyone in need for inpatient and outpatient rehab services. Complete 5 star rehab.

Negative experience: This facility was inappropriate for our family member. The hospital recommended one hour a day of PT. Spoke to the intake person they said they could do that. Once our family member arrived we found out they have to do a minimum of 3 hours a day 900 minutes a week of therapy. This is far too extreme for our family member. We were misled from the start. During many lunchtime visits her food arrived while her breakfast tray was still in the room. If you have been in an accident and need to get back on your feet this might be the place for you. But if you are geriatric and your body is failing this is not where you need to be.

Fantastic experience: PAM Health is by far the best rehabilitation facility I have experienced, I’ve been admitted to a few in the past and this hospital separates greatly from the rest from patient care and therapy. Pleasurable atmosphere and efficiency throughout the departments. Dietary people wonderful, felt spoiled with all the courtesy given. Stu, Jordan and Bailey all excellent therapists. Polite staff and vocal. Excited to begin outpatient rehab here at PAM.

Fantastic experience: All staff members here at PAM Health work real well together and caring. Therapy made major improvements in my recovery, specifically stu the physical therapist. Nursing was compassionate. Food was excellent. High standard experience.

Fantastic experience: My mom has been here at PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital a little over a week and the therapy has been excellent. Therapists are kind and attentive. Stacey in physical therapy was outstanding educating me on caregiving techniques and car transfer safety. Rosa In nursing really good as well. Anticipating having my mom return to PAM outpatient rehab with the amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: The therapists here at PAM were exceptional. Before I left this facility I was walking 1,000ft and now able to bathe myself independently with other ADLS. The magnitude of my speech is better than ever, speaking more clear and fluent sentences thanks to speech therapy. The facility is very clean and private comfortable rooms. Kitchen/dietary- food was great. I returned back to PAM outpatient rehab to begin their program and sustain continuity on strength building.

Fantastic experience: From ER to PAM, transportation was on time and efficient, with all vitals taken and preparedness was exceptional to a private room, bath, comfortable and quiet setting. The staff overall very friendly, enjoy their jobs and all happy and you look forward to seeing their smiles and fulfill your care needs. Food was excellent. Jennifer in dietary she went above and beyond on getting what I needed and accommodating my Gluten free diet. Jeni the CNA, deserves a lot of recognition on her compassion in nursing care. Physical therapy made it fun and interesting , no boring sessions and are so knowledgeable. Stacey and Keith are both understanding and excellent therapists, 3 hours of therapy a day I was motivated to do. Highly recommend this rehabilitation hospital, this is no average facility. Well deserving of the 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Overall excellent experience, with lots of kindness throughout the staff members. Competent nursing staff such as wyatt very nice guy and clearly hard worker making sure im comfortable along with the CNA'S. Bridgett in physical therapy is incredible, really helped me walk again after hip surgery. Food was excellent. Highly recommend this rehabilitation hospital

Fantastic experience: My wife was admitted here to PAM Health Surprise for 2 weeks. While the therapy team made tremendous strides in her rehab stint after a partial hip replacement. Anthony in nursing, hailey in occupational therapy, Gavin the physical therapy student and Sally showed excellent care and instructions. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent therapy, Stacey and keith the physical therapists are motivators and push you to reach your goals. Kirsten in occupational therapy demonstrated a fun friday session for me and it was so unique on gathering ingredients to cook again. Nursing and food was great. Overall uplifting and wonderful experience

Positive experience: For the most part my husband's stay was good. The staff is very nice, friendly & attentive. I was not happy with the office staff. His surgical follow-up visit was listed as a no-show. We each had very specific conversations regarding canceling the cardio visit until after he saw his PC. They messed up and canceled his surgical follow-up. They insisted my husband canceled the appointment...he did not have the name or phone number of the surgical office. I never received a copy of his hospital discharge papers until his final day in rehab. The other issue was numerous PT people, nurses/cna's all have him different information. That was confusing.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to PAM Health Rehab Hospital from My primary care provider - Dr Sodhi for my knee replacement and therapy has been excellent and exceeded my goals. I really enjoyed the staff members here, dietary employees were kind when order taking. Night nursing were all likeable and responsive. Kim in physical therapy very thorough and caring during our sessions. Highly recommend this Rehabilitation hospital.

Fantastic experience: This was my 2nd stint here at PAM Health and each experience was excellent, staff and care doesn’t skip a beat. My husband was admitted here originally and the quality of care and administration organization displayed made it an easy choice for me to choose PAM Health. The continuity here is so important and loved to see familiar faces - Stu for example the physical therapist, always a pleasure to work and terrific work ethic.

Fantastic experience: I take my grandmother here for OT, PT and speach and everyone has been amazing to us . We love Aubri that does OT with my grandma and Amy and Will at the front desk are amazing to work with when it comes to scheduling and paperwork of things . Their facility is super clean and my grandma and I enjoy the coffee they have for everyone in the lobby . Everyone has been super supportive and uplifting towards my grandmother and her recovery. We definitely don’t feel like another person going in for services , they know us by name and make us feel welcomed . We would recommend them to anyone who is seeking therapy!
