Negative experience: Wow. If this is what this is really like. They need to get adequate help even agency to come help them out. Certified or non certified get the help , travelers , hired help.
Negative experience: I don't recall giving you 5 stars my exprerience at your facility wasn't so good for me nor was my mom taking care of like an elderly women should have waiting to get change from night before to next afternoon or near evening isn't call great health care services provided plus there is more. so no I wouldn't have giving you 5 stars I have a lot more I could say but I won't. the only good nurse's there are ones that where there longer and take pride in the care giving the younger one's no even close. Next Time a health care proxy says they are one believe them not one's that someone sends you ask for the proxy paperwork from jump not last minute when you are put on spot to give say
Negative experience: I am current patient (6th floor, C side, private room), leaving today actually. This place is horrible. The only reason that it got 2 stars instead of 1 is because of certain people and the food. The food was very good (never hot, luke warm if lucky). The people (Jamie, aide on 6th floor, Erica, PT, Tae, ward attendant 6th floor, Cindy, Nurse/medicine, 6th floor and Correlia, 6th floor, floor manger) there are also a few more whose names I never got. The rest horrible . My very first day here i was told by another resident the deal with aides. The deal was don't hit the call button to much you get attitude if you do. (Never hit my button much, but have seen attitude when you do hit the call button. Don't hit the call button after 11pm, no one will come. I have witnessed that with my own eyes. I am not one to hit the call button often and have been acknowledged by certain people to be true. One day my blood sugar dropped, (i am a type 1 diabetic), I hit the call bell. Took an aide of 1 hour to come and check on me. I could have gone into shock. This wasn't the only time this happened. The first week I was here i feared for my cate. I wasn't getting medicine I needed. 20-30 minutes to get anything. If you have to come here i am sorry, just be prepared.
Negative experience: Literally one of the worst nursing home in America, you can’t love your patients if you send them here
Negative experience: EDIT: They responded to my review by saying they looked at my page and see that I "slander" other facilities. LOL- that other Facility is Bishop, the one that neglected my father, couldn't locate him while shipping him to the VA, and failed to call me (the proxy). I encouraged people to do their own research, almost everything is already public knowledge. How about you worry more about your clients and less about your Google Reviews? Having people create fake reviews to hide their behavior is diabolical. They were just rated one of the worst nursing homes in the nation (don't believe me? Look it up). The AG is investigating them for gross negligence along with a slew of other issues. For every 1 good review, there's probably 100 families so disgusted they didn't think leaving a comment would do much. If you ever want to see this first hand, volunteer.. it'll open your eyes in ways you probably wished you didnt.

We further noted in your google reviews history, that this isn't the first time you've taken to Google to slander a skilled nursing facility with similar comments and accusations. You've written similar "reviews" for other centers. We work hard to earn our positive reviews from happy families. Positive experience: Friendly staff. My father ate his entire lunch. Today was a good day. Although, they were not on time with his IV antibiotics this morning and they missed his morning dose entirely yesterday.

Positive experience: The nursing staff and aids are phenomenal. Despite their amazing nurses, the organization barely has doctors seeing clients and the communication is non existent. If it wasn’t for the nurses I wouldn’t have my family there. Much to be improved. Convenient location.

To everyone. I also wanted to acknowledge nurses aide l Taj and all the other people I neglected to name.all the others like Erica and Victoria. people who always gave me a smile and a hug. Negative experience: The food here is not good. More help is needed on the weekends who actually will work and not spend all their time on their phones. Laundry service has not picked up my mother's dirty laundry bag in a week and now her room smells like urine. Some very lazy people work there. My mother's room has cracked peeling paint, holes in her screen. Sometimes her wheelchair is missing from her room, sheet have holes in them. They throw dirty clothes on the floor of the closet, then her closet smells. There are no pillowcases on her pillows. These people should be treated with more respect and dignity.

Fantastic experience: My husband was recently placed in the care of the Van Duyn facility and staffing. There is much to say for the care he and his family received during his short stay; placed on the 6th floor, he was under the direct supervision of ADON Michelle Wells. She took direct and immediate action in assuring he received the best care from all involved. The assisting staff, such as Aides and Nurses among others, was exceptional. Michelle's attention to detail regarding my husband's case was astonishing. Losing a loved one, losing a spouse is such a tremendously difficult time and because of the hard workers at Van Duyn I was able to have and keep my last days with him for what it should be, saying good-bye, without worry for other intricacies. My family and I are grateful for the time, care, and overall professionalism shown.

Negative experience: Horrible Experience – Please Don’t Send Your Loved Ones Here! Van Duyn Nursing Home is one of the most disturbing places I’ve ever seen for senior care. The facility lacks basic hygiene; the rooms, hallways, and common areas are dirty and smell terrible. It’s heartbreaking to see elderly residents living in such conditions. The staff is extremely unprofessional, often ignoring call bells and showing little compassion or respect for patients. Many residents appear neglected, unwashed, and unattended for long periods of time. There’s clearly a lack of proper management and oversight, and it feels like the people who live there are not being cared for the way they deserve. No one should have to spend their final years in a place like this. Families trust these facilities with their loved ones, and Van Duyn is failing them on every level cleanliness, safety, and dignity. If you truly care about your family member’s wellbeing, look elsewhere. This place needs serious investigation and accountability before more residents suffer.

Fantastic experience: I spent almost a month on the 7th floor rehab. My room was always cleaned daily, the Aids were very good and helpful. I was disappointed in the food that was provided. They need someone new in the kitchen to provide tasty and eye appealing food. I ate anyway to gain my strength back. The people in Rehab were outstanding. I would like to mention Pushan for Pt and Doug for Ot and Linda who worked everyday to get me walking, do the stairs, and use the exercise equipment needed to strengthen my legs and arms. She is so pleasant and caring !! The Med Nurses were very pleasant and always on time. My over stay on the 7th floor was very good !! Thank you to all who provided for my care !! Blessings !!

Positive experience: I have to say a few years ago I wouldn't give Van Duyn this rating. My mother was a patient there and fell and was left on the floor for a very long time. My brother is a patient there now, and yes the lobby is completely renovated and lovely. His floor passes, but he has made it his space and is doing better the past year. There is always room for improvement.

Fantastic experience: Vanessa Duyn cares for my best friend and she is very well cared for. The staff is very nice to her and gets her what she needs. She is currently waiting for an apartment to live at that becomes available with Assisted Living.

Positive experience: I visit every year, for i live in AZ. The lobby looked refreshed and newer: I have a brother on the 5th floor. It seems they do not have comfortable furniture or places for people to hang or relax. There were no changes there. Why not have a pleasant place for the full time residents? Also I think it should be easier to get ahold of an employee overseeing the care of the resident. Otherwise friendlier place.

Positive experience: Visited a friend rehabbing in Van Duyn. Everyone we encountered were lovely and helpful! The facility is dated, but clean and with nice patio and meeting room amenities, as well as a full slate of diverse activities for residents. Compared to St. Camillus, the vine here is much more pleasant and conducive to healing!

Negative experience: I am currently at Van Dyne as a patient. It's hard to get thru to someone to get any help. So many issues, food is a big problem. The size of the portions, food quality, and being forgotten about. Then there's the Aides. A lot of nice ones, but I've ran into nasty and lazy ones. Recently, the doctor came my room and gave me some quicky cognitive test. No warning. No explanation on why she was asking me questions. Woke me up out of a sound sleep. Groggy as hell. Very unprofessional. I've been told this is common at Van Dyne. All for the purpose of getting my SS money. All together, I have not enjoyed my stay here. Would not recommend it. Unless you like being ignored.

Positive experience: 5 / 25/ 2023 Overall, I had a very nice & pleasant experience on the 7th rehab floor. The aides very respectful and super nice and fast too to get things done. The nurses and staff were kind caring & very patient caring for me. I am so grateful to all my nurses that I especially appreciate "G" and Sherina? Katrina.. Oh gosh All of them. Van Duyn even has a consierge to check on you too to see how things are going and my concierge Mariisa was so helpful, right on the spot for me at any given time. A kind, caring sweetheart to work with. She always has your back. Also grateful to my "Creation" lady, Carol, who brought mid morning coffee and treats to patients along with a nice chat with me. She will be missed! Last but not least all my Phys. Therapists & Occupational Therspists were outstanding! They truly motivated me each step of the way to regain my strength walking again after a long hospital stay. I am indebted to them and their care! They were the best of all in my A special mention here for a special lady Shelah, my respiratory therapist who went above & beyond in my respiratory care not missing a thing in my care and reenforcing in me the instructions in my respiratory care She will be sorely missed. A drawback was some old record keeping had a few errors setting me back in my care with misinformation in my charr. Some errors were from previous rehabs that got carried over to the next. Then in my care I did not feel understood in that dept at all .Its not perfect and some old mis diagnoses slipped in that is outdated and wrong should not be in mychart there. My PC doc and therapist has sin e fixed this My own doc and therapist have corrected record But thank you Van Duyn for all of your help to help me return home again! Do not,I repeat,DO NOT allow anyone you know into this place. 1.no air conditioning 2.housekeeping is a joke 3.dont try to speak to anyone besides an RN or aide,it's not going to happen 4.rooms are in utter disrepair 5.no one seems to care here,it's just a paycheck to them 6.constantly smells of urine and feces 7.floors are never mopped 8.they will let patients lay in their own urine and feces for hours 9.they couldn't care less about roommate compatibility 10.free wifi?don't believe that one 11.the food is horrible 12.who in the hell wants to listen to gangster rap all hours of the day and night? 13.frequently miss meds 14.dont think you or your loved one is gonna get a shower,it won't happen 15.no one knows how to shut lights off regardless of what time of day or night it is It seems as though the owners just want the money.And,on a different note,it seems that ALOT of their residents come from upstate University.Coincidence?I wonder. This place is pure hell,they treat their residents horribly and like animals.Golden years?Not in this place,youre being groomed for hell. STAY AWAY,RUN,THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN ASAP!!

Negative experience: Mom has been here for over a year. Unfortunately, this place isn't ideal, to say the least. It smells like urine most of the time. All of her clothes have gone missing, and they forget to take her to important doctor's appointments. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Do not recommend the whole building stinks, the floors are sticky, and the rooms are not clean, also the food is not good at all, there is also random yelling from other rooms, and the staff is horrible. The staff put food in front of my loved one and didn’t help him eat it. We sadly lost him a couple days ago.

Positive experience: 3/17/25 update....the administration has really strive to work with the family to make things better. There are some really nice staff on 3 south..especially Kelly, the clerk and the nurse supervisor shanika (apologize if I misspelled)...things are getting better 2/17/25 update****although I have met many times with the administration, the dietary department, the nutritionist, the nursing staff etc and there are some people here that are very kind and good intention, however, my mother is still wasting away as she is not being given a complete meal despite all the reassurances that I've had from the administration I was told she would be put on a focus list or somebody checks her Trey then I was told that a supervisor from the dietary department would be checking her Trey as well. Yesterday when I went to see her for breakfast she received one slice of white bread and 4 oz of orange juice along with a bottle of clear ensure which is the only kind that she won't drink and I've told them this many times. When I asked the nurse where was the rest of her food as there were eight other items listed on her food ticket that she did not receive, I was told that they didn't have any more food that's all the food the kitchen brought up and they couldn't get any more food and there was nothing that could be done about it prisoners receive more food than this this is absolute neglect I'm waiting to see what they're going to do if anything as I've been reassured many times and they just can't make it happen where she can actually get the food that the insurance is paying for as well. It's just truly unbelievable1/17/25 update....im more hopeful...i met with staff and My mom was moved to another room/floor and the staff is much more attentive..the staff is trying to accommodate us . time will tell ..My mother's been here less than 2 months and has lost 20% of her body weight. The meals that are served are not really that appetizing and you have to hope and pray that you will actually get the complete meal and items won't be missing off the tray. Usually there's at least one thing missing or you'll get oddball things like gravy with no mashed potatoes or pancakes with no syrup or butter etc. I brought this to the attention of management several times but it still happens and my mother still losing weight and wasting away. I tried to go to the social worker to speak to them and you can't ever get through to anyone and they do not call you back. I actually went to the office and met with the director of the social work departmet, Taylor Cooper, and she was actually very rude to me. I was speaking with another person in her office when she came in and took over the conversation and started flailing her hands through the air and talking to me in a very aggressive tone and basically said that they can't help with anything. I want to get my mom moved from here they can't help with it. I have concerns about nursing staff they can't help with it. I'm not really sure what they're there for like what it is that they actually do after this encounter with this extremely unprofessional "director" I immediately went to administration and was told by the assistant administrator that they were filing a grievance and they would call me today which of course didn't happen. Do your loved ones a favor and don't let them come here. I know there aren't many options and that's what they count on and they know people are desperate and there's not many choices so they can get away with continuing to operate in this disgraceful disgusting manner.*** Update** the administration did call me back. They were concerned about everything I mentioned and said they will work with me to rectify these issues....time will tell and I will update when I have the results****1/12/25 update.. while they moved my mother to a different room and it's actually much worse please see the attached photos hopefully I can get them uploaded here there's no TV in her room it's been 3 days now and no one can seem to manage to

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Facility is very clean. I very much enjoy visiting there. They accommodate their visitors in a timely fashion. It's nice they have vending machines for drinks and snacks and I. The week days a little place where you can get breakfast and lunch. And the gift shop is wonderful.

Positive experience: I was impressed with the engagement of the staff and responsiveness to any concerns/questions we had about care for our family member. It was comparatively better than another similar facility that cared for a different family member that I had dealt with for years. The negative media accounts I had read seem to be over-blown.

Negative experience: My grandma is there right now and she got her food on a dirty plate and her drink in a dirty cup with fruit flies in it do not send anyone there if I could I would give 0 stars and there was feces all over one of the bathrooms when I visited her

Negative experience: That place sucks the staff It’s not doing their job roommates can steal from roommates and staff will not stop because they’re afraid of everybody there. The meals are nasty. A lot of people can’t afford ordering groceries or Buying out every night when we were told that they have gourmet chef working there not true false information again

Positive experience: Place was clean and everyone was professional and Courteous. Nurses were very attentive to my loved one’s needs when asked. As any nursing home they are all short staffed on weekends and holidays.

Negative experience: I am currently trying to get my Uncle out of this death trap. Unfortunately most staff and management could care less about the patients who live here. It’s just a paycheck to them and nothing more. The lack of compassion & professionalism in this place is disgustingly appalling!! This place is despicable and I wouldn’t send a dog to this place!! Negative experience: I recently visited a family member at Van Dyne nursing home, I was absolutely appalled by what I encountered. The condition of this place is nothing short of unacceptable. First, the odor is unbearable. The entire facility smells like urine, which is not only unpleasant but also suggests a lack of basic cleanliness and proper care for residents. Speaking of care, it was painfully obvious that the staff does not prioritize the well-being of the residents. They seem to be understaffed and disengaged, which is heartbreaking considering the vulnerability of those they are meant to care for. The food is another issue. Not only does it look unappetizing, but the quality is also appalling. I’ve never seen meals served that look so unappealing, and it’s hard to imagine that anyone would want to eat here. Perhaps the most disturbing aspect was the atmosphere during meal time. Loud, inappropriate gangster rap music blared throughout the dining area, making it impossible to have a conversation with family members or even to enjoy the meal. It was not only inconsiderate but also disrespectful to the elderly residents who should be in a peaceful environment. The rooms are in terrible condition, too. The floors are sticky, and it’s clear that regular cleaning is not being done. It’s deeply upsetting to think that this is the environment people are expected to live in. I am genuinely shocked that this facility is still in business. This is not a place I would trust with the care of my loved ones. It needs a complete overhaul in terms of cleanliness, staff training, food quality, and overall respect for the elderly residents.

Negative experience: My mother went in oriented on a holiday dumped by upstate hospital and in 24hrs couldn't put a sentence together. She was there to rehab for a broken hip. No walker in the room? She wet the bed every night because no one answered the call bell. They would only give her tylenol if she asked. How can She ask when no one respond to the call bell and your confused. No water in her reach. Three days later we packed her bags and took her out home. The nursing home called Adult protective Services. This is fine I know we will be taking much better care of her. I should call adult protective on Van Dynn! No complaint with the physical therapy department. FYI keep your family out of nursing homes if you can.

Negative experience: Can't ever get a staff member on the floor to answer a damn call or return your calls. I have visited and I'm further not impressed. My question is how many RNs per floor? How many LPNs per floor. I know there is always a shortage of CNA. My friend is dead because they do not provide the care. A plain IV for hydration doesn't do squat. Won't call ambulance for her per her request. Thanks for your neglectance. I'm sorry the medical team let you and me down girlfriend. RIP.

Negative experience: I was there 30 hours and had to get the heck out of there because of they don't answer your call about when you need them. They talk loud and crazy at night. Strangers go in your bathroom. They wouldn't let me set up my c pap. Machin. One of the staff told me I was in jail. Everybody else wanting to come and talk to me. Took all my information down and all my questions and said oh, I'll be back and never came back very UN. Professional, very scary place to put anybody's family member there.

Negative experience: If you want your loved ones abused and forgotten then this is the place! The night nurses abuse the patients. They don’t listen, my mom needed a hip replacement and they made her climb stairs. People died after they “checked” on them. Worst place ever.

Fantastic experience: When my brother was admitted to Van Duyn for physical rehab on the 7th floor, honestly, I was skeptical. I had not heard great things about the facility several years ago and was worried it would be a terrible experience. However, my opinion has completely transformed. The vibe at the facility is upbeat. The floor is open, clean, and attractive, with stunning views. People are friendly and helpful. I needed to find an office, and the person at the nurse's station on the 7th floor personally escorted me there. While the other workers were all extremely positive, one person in particular stands out- Francine. She was a ray of light when visiting my brother. My brother was very happy with the OT/PT staff. They worked with him and encouraged him all along the way. They don't just phone it in; they are present and enthusiastic about what they do. I also want to shout out Brandon in the Business Office, who assisted me in getting a POA. It was so smooth and he dropped everything to help me. Finally, Nicole Hohm, social worker on the 7th floor, was incredible. She met with me one-on-one and followed up with phone calls to answer each and every question I had. I'm sure she's busy, but always took the time to talk to us and reassure us throughout what might otherwise have been a stressful time. Bottom line: Van Duyn was an excellent experience in every way. In fact, my brother is stronger than he's been in years, both cognitively and physically. They are miracle workers. Thank you, Van Duyn!

Negative experience: 1 Star is not good enough for this place. When the nursing assistant rolls their eyes “trying to help” your family member & whispers under their breath about how difficult a patient is - there is a problem. The place is filthy & disgusting. Only when we complained, was something done to clean the room. This place is a pay for profit. They will keep your family member there as long as they can, since they are making money. We wanted Hospice to come to evaluate our family member, but the Social Worker didn’t know what to do. Hence keeping the patient there as long as they can to make money. If you can, please avoid sending your love ones to this place.

Positive experience: I resided at Van Duyn for 8 months. I found the social work department especially Maddison on the fourth floor helpful. She helped me discharge onto my journey to recovery. The security staff was good. Activities staff was good especially Farusa. If you are going to have a family member stay here the food is mediocre. Thanks Van Duyn!

Negative experience: Sad. Mother lives whole life caring for her family. Goes here for end of life hospice care. Place is a hot mess. From the parking lot to the room’s. Dirty and in disrepair. Showed up two days in a row to mother laying in her own Feces. Had to clean and change her ourselves. Unfortunately had opportunities to go to several hospice this year, as well as donate through my business. Couldn’t possibly be more appalled by the condition and treatment from this facility..

Fantastic experience: My father in law who is 95 fell had Covid and received a pacemaker. He went to VanDuyn for rehab. I cannot say more about the Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist as well as the Speech/swallowing therapist. The staff was friendly as well as helpful. Thank you for all you have done

Negative experience: My family member has not even been here a month! Following the chain of command like I explained to her that’s important to do, nothing has been accomplished. Being in the medical profession 34 years I can not believe this place stays open. No sleep for the resident’s at night, certain Nurse’s getting away with yelling in hallways and in front of rooms while patients are sleeping. One nurse actually argued with my niece. My niece asked her to please not yell everyone was sleeping, nurse continued to scream at her nonstop. What a horrible situation

Fantastic experience: My brother was unkept. Meaning he had on the same clothes for three days. Tuesday the 4 th day he was wet smelly. The staff said he wasn’t on the shower list.!! His bed was dirty and wet. He had no top covering. He had a very bad cold! it broke my heart because my brother was a snappy dresser as well as clean.He only been in here for a few weeks to many. I believe the Department of veterans affairs from Washington need to have somebody visit this place.

Negative experience: I would never recommend van duyn the care is horrible I've heard nurses and aids yelling at patients they don't give any personal care such as bathing on any regular basis or brushing of teeth they don't give water to patients for drinking unless its to take medication and the food is subpar at best

No one is qualified at this facility, the cruelty to their elder residents is heart breaking, this is the worst facility in the county. They lie to families of their patients and make them actually SUFFER. I can not even believe NYS has not closed this facility down for elder abuse and neglect. Negative experience: Went to visit resident Bill Scott, a vet, and found him dirty and sitting in a wheelchair with just an attend on him. His bed was soiled and unmade. I asked for help to set him up and the nurse yelled across the area for someone else to help “not my patient “. Horrible place.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would! This place should be condemned. The patients are neglected and abused. The place is filthy! The catheter's and colostomy bags are always full and smell of urine and feces and the bathrooms are disgusting and lack toilet paper and hand soap. I understand short staffed and hard times, but that is NO EXCUSE for the neglect and abuse that is going on up there! Management please do something ASAP!

Negative experience: My mother is currently a patient here and they are unknowingly cutting back her prescriptions and sending her into withdrawal. Instead of rehabilitating for her back surgery, she now has multiple panic attacks daily and can’t get out of bed. I’ve spent countless hours visiting up there and the atrocities you see could only believed if seen I promise you. Keep your loved ones far, far away. Medicaid and Medicare themselves only rank the place 1 star

Negative experience: Please don’t ever ever put your loved one here. My family and I had a horrific experience with my father recently. The first time we came to visit my dad’s feeding tube wasn’t working and come to find out he was being starved for over 6 hours. I took my phone out and was harassed by unprofessional employees saying I was on Facebook live. We came to visit him the next day and he was sitting in a reclining chair having respiratory failure. We had to rush to get a manager and beg them to call 911. He was rushed out to the hospital and we will never let a loved one go here again. This place will be lucky if I don’t report this to the board of health, news outlets and media and human rights. This was pure patient neglect and almost cost my father his life.

Negative experience: An absolutely horrendous place. My mother is currently a patient there. I went to visit and the conditions were terrible. The hallways reek of urine. The staff is highly unprofessional. Most don't seem to know what they're doing and can't answer questions about the patients. The worst part is trying to get a hold of someone by phone. They never answer the phones, mailboxes are constantly full. And if you DO manage to leave a message, you won't get a reply. This place is a cesspool and I'm trying to get my mother out. Something that isn't easy because, once again...THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with 2 employees. I thought that they were knowledgeable and PROFESSIONAL,. They were able to accomplish the task at hand to begin working on it and I will let you know more on next Tuesday the outcome if it was successful or not. However at this point I have no complaints concerning how the appointment went.

Negative experience: Been here a few minutes and already the staff showed signs of neglect. Entering my father's room I saw his roommate down on the floor staring up at the nurse who was attending my dad. It's now 1:20 pm and if the place had a specific time for lunch he hasn't gotten his yet. And still waiting. Very poor.

Negative experience: I’d rate zero stars if Google allowed it. Went there to visit a friend suffering with dementia. Staff has her wearing diapers because they can’t be bothered taking her to the bathroom or at least showing her where it is. When we went to the bathroom in her room, there was no toilet paper so I had to walk to the nurses station and take a box of tissues. She looks like she hasn’t been washed since she’s been there; she didn’t have a toothbrush, hairbrush, etc. though she went in with those things. Staff seems disinterested in helping her - or anyone else for that matter. DON’T SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO RECOVER. THEY WON’T AND THIS PLACE WON’T CARE AS LONG AS THEY GET PAID.

Negative experience: Last night my husband went to the dining hall to eat he called me a few minutes after 7:00 and said he came back they never served him along with a lot of other people and he said people were yelling and screaming that they wanted their food I don't understand ??? How can this happen ???so he went back to his room.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE! My aunt was staying for a week while I was away for work. I was called by the supervisor and told that my aunt who is nonverbal, and also disabled was found in another male patients room. The supervisor called me and told me no information whatsoever just that she was found in another male patients room and that she’s being sent to another hospital to be checked. I then called back a few hours later and still was given absolutely no information on what’s going on or what happened. She told me that my aunt then had a seizure on the way to the hospital. I’m very disappointed in this whole situation and the way the supervisor is handling it and I’m extremely frustrated. UPDATE I FOUND OUT SHE WAS SA’D BY ANOTHER MALE PATIENT. THEY JUST DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL ME THAT THEMSELVES SO I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE DETECTIVE CALLED ME. IM STILL FINDING OUT BITS & PIECES TO THE INCIDENT. IM LIVID AND I PRAY THIS PLACE GETS SHUT DOWN AFTER SOMETHING THIS SEVERE. ALL OF THE STAFF ON SHIFT THAT DAY SHOULD BE FIRED.
