Fantastic experience: Working with both Nick and Alyssa was a fantastic experience. Their knowledge and ability to provide me with exercises I can do at home made my shoulder/neck/back pain almost disappear! They are patient, kind, and extremely good at what they do. In the future, if I or any friend/family member needs PT, I am sending them to this office!

Positive experience: Nicholas seems to be a very good therapist he helped me out quite a bit I got a car accident and hurt my neck and shoulder and that they said it was a pinched nerve I've been going there Nicholas and working with me and I feel at least 80% better

Fantastic experience: Onondaga PT in Fairmount is wonderful! Chris mans the front "desk" and seems to handle everything except the actual therapy. He is very pleasant and accommodating. My therapist, Dr. Enas Eraqi, is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining the body, how it works, what is wrong and how to fix it. She is kind and patient, and passes no judgement. The exercises she has taught me have been very beneficial in getting my overactive bladder under control. She has motivated me to continue the exercises even though my therapy sessions have ended. I can't say enough good things about Onondaga PT in Fairmount. I don't think you can do any better!!

Fantastic experience: I started my PT experience at another place, where I did not feel heard, spent no more than 20 minutes with the therapist, and felt like I was going backwards in my recovery. I switched to working with Mike (and Mason for a few sessions) at Onondaga PT and my experience was amazing! From the start, Mike took the time to listen to me, engaged me in conversation to assure he had a good understanding of what brought me in and what goals were. He wasted no time assessing, but also getting me started with some homework to help my progress outside of our sessions. Both Mike and Mason are knowledgeable, personable, really listened to me and helped me to understand all the nuances of what led to my injury and the best way for me to improve. I've felt comfortable and challenged within our sessions. I'd recommend Onondaga PT, Mike, and Mason to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of receiving physical therapy for left neck, shoulder and jaw pain with Paige Weston. Paige always made me feel welcomed and listened to. She explained every step of the way what she was planning to do, which muscle groups were being worked on, and how that connected to relieving my pain. I’ve had therapy with Onondaga PT in the past at a different location, but it had been years ago. One thing I loved was the new digital app with videos of my home exercises. It was great to be able to be reminded of each exercise, the correct way to do them, and to continue to have access to these at home now that my therapy sessions are over. This will help me maintain the progress made. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking non surgical interventions for their pain!

I've never felt rushed and everyone from the front desk to the therapists listen and make sure that you get the care you need. I love the app that they incorporate to support their care outside of the office. I would refer all of my friends and family to onondaga PT without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Onondaga Physical Therapy. Paige and Michael were the therapists with whom I worked when I experienced a combination of lower back pain (sciatic) and hip pain. After the first couple of session, I realized that the therapy was already starting to help. Along with also making sure to 'do my homework' (working the drills at home between sessions) and the excellent ministrations of Michael and Paige, my hip and sciatic pain was gone within weeks, and has remained so. I would have no reservation recommending Onondaga Physical Therapy, as well as Paige and Micheal, wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: I was run over by a car twice in one month, the second one where the car came on the sidewalk and hit me at 30 to 40 miles. I was sent to another place where I was treated which I will not say anyway Onondaga Physical Therapy in Fairmount is the best in town. And you will receive great results.

Fantastic experience: I chose the Fairmount location of OPT since it was convenient and it was a great choice. Everyone from the office staff to my PT Paige Weston were friendly and welcoming. Paige worked with me to set my PT goals and worked to build a program of exercises that I can continue on my own. After 11 weeks I am pleased to say that I exceeded the goals set and have a great exercise program to move forward with. Paige was always willing to answer any questions I had and with the OPT app I can still reach out to her should I have a question, which I think is great since you feel you are still supported if you need it. I looked forward to my appointments each week not just because I saw it was helping, but because the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: The therapists have excellent knowledge of how to help us. All members of the staff are friendly and courteous. I learned exercises I can do at home to help prevent my issue from returning. I will always turn to Onondaga PT if needed.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with PT services provided by Mike at the Fairmount location, addressing my low back and hip pain.  Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and was very easy to work with.  He went out of his way to address my questions and concerns and developed a treatment plan that was age and ability appropriate, which he modified based on my feedback and progress.   This is in contrast to prior interactions with other PT staff at a larger local provider where I felt like there was minimal value added at each visit - i.e, they would just observe as I did the same exercises I would normally do at home.  I will not hesitate to recommend Onon PT to friends and family in the future, and want to thank Mike for all his help.

Fantastic experience: I just finished two months of therapy at the OPT Fairmont location. The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I worked with Mike throughout the two months. He created a plan that worked extremely well, listened to how I was feeling at the start of each visit, pushed me when I needed and genuinely cared. Chris at the front desk is extremely professional, responsive and helpful. Kudos to the whole team. Can't recommend them highly enough if you need PT.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Onondaga Physical Therapy by by PCP due to severe neck pain. I chose the Fairmount location as it is actually walking distance from my home. I was placed with Dr. Michael Fiume and he was absolutely brilliant. He was able to set appointments around my schedule which really decreased my stress and when I started treatment I didn’t believe that it would help Much. I was wrong. After the first treatment I began feeling much better. A subsequent visit to my PCP showed my range in motion had increased substantially and I was advised to continue treatment. I followed through to the end of 2022 and cannot believe how much Dr. Mike has helped me. I can honestly say that with his treatments and suggestions to altering the workspace at my place of employment I have begun to live pain free and have enjoyed my work experience and life in general so much more. It’s all thanks to the staff at Onondaga Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: After a spinal cord injury I was left with very weak arms and legs. My biggest set back was my left foot upon which I wear a brace for foot drop. I did not have the ability to lift my left leg. I have been doing PT in the pool. I didn’t think there was much more that could work for me until I met Mike. He worked hard within the few months I was there to stretch out that leg and make it stronger. My stamina was awful and he got that improved by just the first few sessions. I have never been able to stand just on that leg or lift it at all. Within a short period of time Mike had that leg strong enough to lift and stand on it alone. He is a very kind, patient and knowledgeable young man. He had me doing things I didn’t even think I’d ever be able to do. If his boss reads this, please give him a raise because he so worked for it

Fantastic experience: I had an extremely productive and successful treatment program for a recent knee problem. Gabe Briggs was able to get my right knee squared-away in just 6 visits, and his expertise with therapy sessions got me back on my feet again. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Onondaga PT to anyone in need of physical therapy services. I worked with Andrea Legg for about 2 months on both my neck and shoulder. She did a great job explaining what I needed to work on and strengthen to decrease my pain and improve my functionality. I feel confident doing my Home Exercise Program after completing PT. I can feel myself getting stronger and my symptoms have improved!

Fantastic experience: Never had Physical Therapy before and was very apprehensive about the results. But after each session I could feel myself getting stronger and better. When I first started it was like I was aware and concerned about each step I took. If I stepped the wrong way I would get a pain in my back that would almost bring me to my knees. After six weeks I am back to my old self and getting around again as normal and the pain is gone. My Physical Therapist Andrea even set me up with some exercises for me to do at home to help keep me in shape. I highly recommend this place and the people that work there. Rick

Fantastic experience: This review was posted by Donna Maycumber. I had a total knee replacement. My physical therapist was Gary Campbell. He did a tremendous job on rehabilitating my knee. Gary was truly involved in this difficult rehab. He had a plan at different times as I made progress. This was all accomplished during the time of Covid 19. I am truly pleased with my outcome and have Gary to thank for my successful rehab. I would recommend Gary and Onondaga Physical Therapy for any rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: When I injured my calf skiing, I selected Onondaga PT based on online reviews. I saw Gabriel Briggs, and am grateful for his professional expertise, knowledge, and direction of my PT regimen, as it was very successful and got me back on the slopes in a month. The best decision I made was choosing Onondaga PT, putting myself in Gabe's care, and doing everything he told me to do to assist in my recovery and rebuild my strength. I am convinced it is why I was pain-free six weeks after injury and able to resume full activities.

Positive experience: Congratulations on acquiring Nora- she mentioned that she was new to you. She was fantastic! She truly listened each time I came in for treatment. She kept tweaking my plan to try to make improvements in my condition. I ended up having to switch therapists when the Onondaga Hill location closed, otherwise I would have stayed with her. Even though my problem didn’t resolve, I felt like I got excellent PT from her. I would go to her again if I ever needed care again.

Fantastic experience: Onondaga PT was recommended to me by my son, a PA in the Syracuse area after physical therapy was prescribed in conjunction with a series of Euflexxa injections for a bone on bone knee diagnosis. I worked with therapist Meghan Barry at the Onondaga Hill location for approximately five weeks and have attained a level of mobility and absence of pain not achieved in many years. Meghan provided me with both on site therapy and home exercises that I have religiously followed now the my on site therapy has concluded. I am able to return to my previous activity level, walking 3-5 miles per day & using stairs without pain. I would highly recommend Onondaga Physical Therapy and particularly my therapist Meghan Barry. The location is convenient, modern, clean and the staff friendly & helpful!

Fantastic experience: I've never had to have therapy before and I was honestly a bit skeptical as to how my foot tendon could benefit from going to it. Well the results speak for themselves. Within a few weeks the pain had basically subsided completely (without medication) and I learned ways to strengthen the area affected by my injury as well. After meeting with Taryn, and a few tests; she was able to explain the issue on my level and discussed the importance of the exercises to relieve the pain. Fantastic experience: I just completed a round of PT for neck pain. I had a wonderful experience at the Onondaga Hill location, and my physical therapist, Enas Eraqi went above and beyond my expectations. She was patient, hands-on, and very accommodating. She used alternative techniques such as cupping, massage, and muscle scraping to relieve my muscle tension and pain while teaching me exercises that kept things loose until my next session. The small location, friendly staff, and one-on-one treatment definitely aided my success. I am very grateful for this experience and I would highly recommend Onondaga Physical Therapy!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Onondaga PT. Enas Eraqi was my therapist. I am dealing with the pain and range of motion issues related to arthritis in my knees. Enas was very knowledgeable and patient. I was not always doing all of my exercises. She had good suggestions to help me incorporate them into my daily routine. She also took time to answer my many questions about the exercises I was doing and their role in my treatment. This was my first experience with physical therapy . I would highly recommend Onondaga PT and especially Enas.

Fantastic experience: I have used Onondaga PT for the last 2 years for a couple different issues. They are wonderful....I was originally referred to them by my Dr. after trying another facility where I wasn’t see results. I am so glad I switched!!!! The staff is amazing!!! They came up with a plan that resolved my issues and I am forever greatful!!! Scheduling is convient and they even offer hours into the evening for ppl that work days.

Fantastic experience: I need to share my incredible experience at Onondaga PT over the last 2 months. I visit the Onondaga Hill location and see Rachel Boccard. I came to OPT with a few different issues, but the main reason was for 2 bulging disks in my lower back (L4/5). In the beginning I could barely walk. After working with Rachel I can say that my lower back/sciatic pain has decreased to almost nothing. Rachel's bedside manner is easily a 10/10. She is not only a great PT who is not afraid to try different things, but a really good listener as well. Dr's need to be good listeners IMO because us patients know our bodies better than anyone. I could go on and on and on about how awesome Rachel is, but all I can say is my attitude and outlook on life has changed dramatically for the better! Thank you so much Rachel for putting up with me, but your persistence has paid off 10 fold!!! I would easily recommend Rachel to anyone with lower back/sciatica pain. Thank you for making me smile again -:)

Fantastic experience: I have visited Onondaga Physical Therapy at the Onondaga Hill location for two separate issues, a year or two apart. In both cases they were able to pinpoint the problem within a few visits and provide the solution. Within a dozen or so visits I was restored to normal muscular function. The physical therapists are hands-on, personable and professional. I'll be recommending Onondaga Physical Therapy to friends and family.
