Negative experience: I have been interacting with OSS for almost a year. There is constantly a break down of communication between the front desk and billing. My service was interrupted because the front desk told me it was more than okay to use a third party account to pay and after two days billing called and cancelled my appointments. Then I restart therapy because I am using insurance and I am told I do not need a new referral. Guess what I ended up needing? A new referral. Cherry on top was I asked the front desk when my payment plan would start and I was told for sure not January. Guess what was withdrawn by billing in January? My payment. The therapists are amazing but the business side and breakdown in communication has been unfortunately a constant theme. Everyone has a different answer depending on who you call.

Fantastic experience: Clean facility, nice, professional front desk staff. The physical therapist Megan Jordan was caring, receptive to my input , and great to work with. Very helpful and exercise plan helped my condition. Would highly recommend her. I would use this facility and staff again if needed.

Fantastic experience: Such a warm, welcoming, and fun filled office! Appointments start on time, staff is so friendly, and I always looked forward to my sessions because of my PT Eve Robinson. I can’t recommend her enough. I’ve had chronic neck pain from migraines for years and after just one session that pain went away for a week. Each session brought longer windows of relief and now I have the tools and knowledge to be pain free without PT. Thank you Eve!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my physical therapist From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my goals for recovery. The treatment plan was tailored specifically to my needs, and they explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. What impressed me most was their expertise and dedication. They used a variety of techniques to help alleviate my pain and improve my mobility. Eve Robinson is always encouraging and patient, even when I felt frustrated with my progress. Her positive attitude made each session something I looked forward to. Thanks to their guidance and support, I've made significant improvements in my strength and flexibility. I'm now able to do things I never thought possible. If you're looking for a skilled and caring physical therapist, I highly recommend Eve Robinson!!!!

Fantastic experience: My review of Olympic Sports & Spine is the same as my comments that I left them at the end of my physical therapy treatment; I just copied & pasted. I can’t recommend them enough! Every aspect of my care at OSS was stellar, without exaggeration. I have had PT a number of times throughout my life, and I never really adopted well to the PT form of treatment. But that all changed with my months at OSS. First and foremost, your physical therapists are amazing providers. I was seen by probably six different PTs over the months at OSS, and every single provider was just as good as every other one. I was never disappointed if for some reason I wasn't scheduled with my usual PT. Their professionalism, knowledge, keen and attentive listening, friendliness, and above all - effectiveness, all combined to bring about healing and real progress in regaining lost physical health. I always felt like I was the most important client of their day. Also, the front desk staff are all super attentive, friendly, and every kind of helpful. Your interns and other helping staff were also friendly, cheerful, attentive, and absolutely added to the friendly atmosphere. The entire place has a positive vibe that is obvious and palpable. Your facilities are super clean, uncluttered, spacious, and well organized. Even at peak times, it never felt crowded. The positive atmosphere definitely helped with that! It's amazing to see how friendly positivity is infectious and spreads through the staff to patients! I am actually sad that I am finished with my PT sessions - I have come to appreciate my PTs, Noemi and Taylor, as people who who have very positively made changes in my life. Thank you so much for everything OSS - and special thanks to Taylor, who really brought me from discouragement in my physical condition, to a path towards health that is positive and undeniable. I am able to live more actively pain-free (or nearly so) and am resuming all the activities that have meant so much to me in my life, like mountain hiking, kayaking, riding my motorcycle, and fearlessly taking on greater challenges, when I thought those years were behind me. I can't thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: I ended up being in physical therapy almost 3 months. I can't say enough great things about everyone who works here. The girls at the front desk were always smiling and friendly. My physical therapist, Noemi, you're my girl! (I had a couple others who were also great.) In addition I also want to mention Katie C, who did my dry needling. I was really nervous and it turns out there wasn't anything to be nervous about. Thanks for helping me through that Katie. Lastly Rayn, my massage therapist, great work. My pain is practically gone after she worked on me. Thank you everyone at OSS for helping me get back on track!

Fantastic experience: This is the second OSS site that I have used currently in therapy right now. I was really scared at first to try a new office because PT has not always gone well for me in the years past. My biggest fear is getting worse off then before I stepped through the door. I had to take a leap of faith to go here. I am fond of the therapist that I now have she’s exceptional at how she does her work. It seems she knows just when to not push it too far. Having the ability to feel when a client starts to have pain before they can say something goes a long way to keeping PT SAFE. I tried a couple other therapists. One of them was good, but one was not so easy on me 2nd visit after surgery. So I decided all my appointments would only be with Taylor! I feel that I can trust Taylor's ability to bring me back to a functional person safely, although it may take some time to accomplish - post surgery. Today was especially nice. It was pouring down rain and really crappy outside and I forgot to wear a coat which isn’t easy to do with the shoulder sling. So when I arrived, my favorite front desk scheduling person Angkor, always greets me with a smile and well wishes and always mentioning me by name. Angkor is super nice to me but today she went out of her way to help me. She offered to fix my hair without me asking. I had previously asked her for help on a different visit because of my shoulder surgery it is impossible to fix my hair. She came over and asked if I had a ponytail holder I said, I think so, and found one in my purse. She put my hair up into a ponytail. Angkor is very intuitive and kind. She's not a hairdresser, but she does a pretty good job helping me out and I really appreciate the extra mile that she goes to help people who are in need. Encore from Angkor! She also has the patience of a saint since I had to repeatedly change my appointments I really appreciate her willingness to re-arrange my appointments many times to make it easier on me too.

Negative experience: Bad customer service ,called to inquire about massage therapy.the lady asked for a referral from the doctor and I acknowledge that I will be asking the doctor to fax them.when I asked about whether they had openings .she declined to answer,I let her know I needed to know before the referral could be sent to them since it was urgent . .she asked if I will pay out of pocket.i told her I could afford either way out of pocket or insurance. i clearly let her know she is rude and I don’t want their service if only a phone question would bring arguments what about the service?so they want a referral and keep you forever transparency is the key. Take your business somewhere else where you will be treated with respect!

Positive experience: Good

Negative experience: I had the WORST experience here. I gave them my Insurance 2 weeks prior to my surgery. By the time I needed to make my appt they still hadn’t ran my Insurance. Then they needed something else from my Provider, which my Provider states he’s NEVER had to do w/them before, he refers to this Company often, I had to wait a month after surgery before I could FINALLY get in. Then my first appt, the lady at the front was rude, the Therapist was great then the 2nd time I came in, again the lady (different one) was rude, Therapist (also different) was ok, she was talkative, and nice. Then I needed to cancel my appt due to work schedule and they said they dismissed me w/o even informing me. WTH… that’s real professional… NOT!!! I would have been pissed if I made it to that clinic to find out I didn’t even have an appt as my son has to drive me to my appts. He’s coming from a different city just to take me. Definitely going somewhere else, hopefully they are a lot more professional than this joke of a place.

Fantastic experience: This place is great! I have had a shoulder injury for the past 5 or 6 weeks, ABSOLUTELY the worst pain I have been in. OS&S were able to squeeze me in for my initial appt 3 or 4 days after the referral and one of the Physical Therapist, Brynn Thompson is FABULOUS! All the PTs seem great but the extra time, care, attention, even humor that Brynn brings to our sessions makes me not completely hate going in and having to work through the pain! 10 out of 10 recommend. Also Brynn is great but please don't book up her whole schedule at least not until after the new year, I am not trying to fight for my regular slot :) Thanks so much OS&S!

Fantastic experience: I’m getting PT and OT. It’s brutal but only because I’ve sat on my butt for 14 months nursing pain in my lower back. I like the format of being attended to by many different therapists who all have a slightly different approach to my recovery. I’m doing 2 hours 3 days a week after they tried to sign me up for 3 hours 5 days a week, increasing hours to 8 eventually. Yea right. I think they didn’t care if I had high blood pressure and a heart arrhythmia at 67 years old! Now Going on my 3rd week. I feel progress even though still in a lot of pain. Mostly I shoot for muscle burn during the various workouts and I always end up sore the next two days. It does get quite busy there but so far I have always been able to use the various equipment without having to wait.

Positive experience: The ladies who work the front desk are amazing. Really lovely human beings always ready to help. They genuinely care about what is important to you and will help you find whatever it is you're looking for. The physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable. When I have bad pain somewhere, they find a different exercises I can do that still works the muscle without causing pain. Wicked smart people. Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Sooooo disappointed i came here right now make an appointment . I made two cancellations because im so sick but before of that i came my schedule there are 3 times that they changed or move my times but im still patient to wait lucky chris is available at twice . No choice but I have papers from there that this is my hours or time is my appointment . The give me a card to call her to to explain why of course they cover the employees who made mistakes my appointments sometime double appointment in one day they said someone call you to move no body calls me that change my appointment i always early to come here. Or we I suggest the front desk must confirm my appointment and never lie to the customer patient that they already call me or us. But is not. Im twice cancel reason is so sick . But three times they move my time so i wait another hours to wait who is available . So now I blacklist ? They said look another facility or find another refferal ?? Where is the justice here??? I hate to write reviews but this is really pissed me off.. need more training who made the schedule!!!!!suck

Negative experience: Had to cancel two or three appointments because my son didn’t feel well or was in pain. What’s the result, the manager had my son removed from therapy.

Fantastic experience: Great place. This was my first experience with any physical therapy. They made me feel comfortable, were very professional and honestly just want to help. Glad I was referred here.

Fantastic experience: From the first visit to the last, they are consistently friendly, warm, and kind. They remembered me from visit 2, checking me in before I even got to the counter. From the therapist’s to the front desk, these folks are amazing. I could not have had a better experience.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice and wanting to get you feeling better and able to do more then you could before.. lots of therapist that work there so it shouldn't take long to get you in to see someone. And they call you back as soon as they have opening if something doesn't work time wise.

Fantastic experience: Physical therapist Ty was great! She's the best I've ever had for several reasons: 1) she understood that my diagnosis from my doc was stressful and impacting my behavior: she helped me to trust my body again. 2) she knows the whole system (my husband calls her the "muscle whisperer") and how a problem in one muscle group impacts the rest of the body. 3) she is kind and organized -- she even asked me "what do you hope to get from this appointment today?" which was perfect. I understand she's moving to the Auburn location so we're following her there! It's a longer drive but she's worth it.

Negative experience: They need to get more specialty doctors. As a person that struggles daily with pelvic floor dysfunction, I finally reached out for help and I’ve been waiting months for an appointment only to get told to call back next month and hopefully there MIGHT be a spot open. It’s been 3 months of this! Do better for your patients.

Fantastic experience: I just had a hip replacement and I'm recovering great. My therapist Megan is the best.

Negative experience: The physical therapist here we're kind effective and understanding. But I've had a nightmare dealing with billing. My insurance was incorrectly charged for the wrong amount of money for the copay. I've been back and forth with billing trying to figure out how to get the appropriate amount to them. And now that I have gotten the proper bill I am being charged a late fee for a bill I didn't get till NOW!

Fantastic experience: Great place. My physical therapist Dr. Halicks is awesome. She knows her stuff. Amazing team of treaters all around. I would highly recommend them. They’re senior team spends a lot of time mentoring new PTs. It shows they care.

Fantastic experience: Everyone i have worked with here for my various injuries has been super knowledgeable, kind and helped me feel better. When my insurance wanted me to pay a 100 dollar copay per visit, they were sympathetic and printed out forms for me to apply for financial assistance. They also sent me home with printouts of all the exercises I could do to help strengthen my knees until I could afford to come back.
