Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable, attentive, and caring - everything you would want a physical therapy office to be. Chad has helped me return to my activities after a torn achilles tendon, and has always been upbeat, informative, and has listened to all my questions and concerns.

Fantastic experience: 3D is a first rate physical therapy shop. Paul, the owner and thought leader is exceptionally gifted as a therapist and in running the practice. Whether coordinating their treatment with other providers (introducing me to an excellent chiropractor) or with the other excellent therapists in the practice, everyone does their homework and provides superb care. And, you don’t have to wait for ever to get an appointment. EXCELLENT and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Paul, the owner was great, He customized orthotics and then I was able to play in golf and pickleball tournaments right away. The 3d staff work on whole body treatments! I am stronger after several months of weekly pt! They also have the latest equipment to work out!

My previous experiences with physical therapists have been mediocre to say the best, until I began to come here. Fantastic experience: Post Achilles surgery (7 months) I did 5 months of post op rehab with a different clinic prior to 3D PT. I was concerned I was not making any progress so I decided to switch. I am on my 3rd month with Jorden+ the crew at 3D PT and I’ve made leaps and bounds on recovering balance, strength and confidence. Injuries often put the human brain/body in self-preservation mode. Jorden leverages her experience and energy to help patients break through those barriers /plateaus as well. No one deserves to get hurt but such is life and if you are looking to prevent or rehab injuries, this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: My son's therapist was excellent. I made sure she got a sweater with his name and number when baseball season rolled around. All therapists there were excellent. I was impressed from the first visit when I could see the young, pro-athlete environment -just as the physician's assistant described it to us. The ladies at the front desk always had a warm bedside-manner and were easy to schedule appointments with and for when I had billing questions. I wish the physician's assistant would've recommended it to me when I rehabbed my bicep tendon, but I guess he thought I'd be better off at the old-folks place across town.

Fantastic experience: I came here unable to stand up straight, in crippling pain from sciatica exacerbated by knee surgery. After having tried three different PT offices, I tried 3Dimensional on the recommendation of a friend. Today I did two one-minute planks and 20 Supermans in a row when I couldn't lift one leg. Six months here and I feel like I took 20 years off my back. Thanks Mike, for pushing me! Try this place and you will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: This was my 2nd time being prescribed PT, this time for a hip replacement that was slow to mend. What a world of difference, make that improvement, 3Dimensional PT proved to be. My therapist, Chad, was beyond knowledgeable, attentive, and persistent in motivating me to perform the necessary routines at home on my own. Upon learning that I golf, for my final session, he crafted routines pertinent to swinging a golf club. Any time I learn that a friend has been prescribed PT, I urge them to contact 3Dimensional. Fantastic experience: I was treated by several physiotherapists for my injuries with varying degrees of success. Paul was recommended to me about 5 years ago. He is by far the best I have ever worked with and I have seen him regularly ever since.

Fantastic experience: I went to 3D following my knee replacement. It was most certainly a 5 star experience from the incredibly nice front desk ladies, Katie and Erica, to my physical therapist, Jordan Steele. I have had numerous physical therapists in the past. I have had both knees and both hips replaced plus at least a half dozen arthroscopic surgeries. Jordan is easily the best physical therapist I have ever had. She pushes me very hard but with a sense of humor that almost makes it bearable. Lol. I'm sure I will have additional pt needs and I will never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: A friend of mind recommended Chad and I am so thankful she did. I worked with him for about 15 weeks for a bad back injury and he was key in my healing process. He helped me get strong and come up with a strengthening plan so I could get back to tennis and feeling like myself. Chad was patient and smart as he helped troubleshoot a persistent and painful setback. I am happy to say i have been playing lots of tennis the last 5 months pain free. I continue to do the exercises I did in therapy and appreciate having Chad’s expertise on my side.

Fantastic experience: Excellent knowledge implemented by total professionals. Michael Gillette has been a brilliant taskmaster who has ushered me through a very difficult recovery. I have had need for PT several times in the past but 3D, Michael, and the rest of the staff are by far head and shoulders above the rest. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mike and 3Dimensional Physical Therapy. I had told my Podiatrist that I wanted a specific referral to PT that would allow me to get back to working out regularly and that is exactly what she gave me. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and pushed me in all the right ways to increase strength after I broke/sprained my ankle. Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend 3Dimensional Physical Therapy! I was first referred to this clinic in 2012 for a knee injury and I worked with Chad. He was great to work with and helped get me back to where I needed to be physically. I returned in 2022 as I injured my knee again and I began working with Mike. He has also been extremely helpful in my recovery and does a phenomenal job with coaching you through each and every appointment. The entire staff is very welcoming and the facility is clean and organized. Overall, I can’t think of a better physical therapy clinic to come to!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Mike on some shoulder pain last year and lower back pain currently. Both times he taught me many stretches and exercises that I have incorporated into my workout routine. My shoulder pain is completely gone after on/off pain for a couple of years, and my lower back is improving. Mike is a weightlifter and does CrossFit work-outs so he has helped me regain the confidence and ability to continue with weightlifting and high intensity work-outs. I would highly recommend visiting Mike if you are experiencing pain and not waiting months (or years) to fix it!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Paul & crew for your help getting me back to running! The sessions were challenging, but worked. I saw a difference in my strength, balance, and coordination as a result. I also enjoyed being able to run on the AlterG treadmill when I was too hurt to get out on the pavement. I'd recommend this PT if you love being active and want to get back to being able to do what you enjoy.

Fantastic experience: Paul and the entire team at 3D are among the best therapists I've had the chance to work with. A nagging 10 year back injury required separate treatment plans over the years, ranging from episodes of acute pain all the way to post-major surgery. Each time, Paul has focused on not only proper rehabilitation, but taking a long-term, practical view for increasing my overall strength and quality of life to set me up for success once discharged from 3D. The facility is both clean and spacious, never too crowded, and ample parking. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed my ankle physical therapy so much I came back for a second round when I hurt my back. Their office has a nice suite of up to date equipment too, so no rolling around on a dirty linoleum floor here. Mike was great and kind enough to tailor my sessions so they felt like a serious workout.

Our family therapist is Chad Mc Cann! He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled caring, has a great sense of humor and makes the session fun! He is a pro in adapting your session to your special needs and requirements. He ensures you have the tools and exercises to continue your workout throughout the week. His goal is to help you get back to where you were prior to your issue. Honestly he is a hero in our family as he has worked with my wife to help her after a devastating bout with COVID and subsequent stroke. With his help and guidance she has made huge strides and progress! The front office staff takes the time to get to know the patients and dates and times needed to make scheduling easy! Fantastic experience: Write A Review I have been a patient at 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy for years! There is no place else I would trust for my family or my needs! My husband, daughter and son in law have all been patients as well. I have seen therapist here for many issues over the years. I first saw Paul in 1998. His clinic and associates are the best! The front office staff are superb! They know their patients and their insurance and go out of their way to assist in scheduling needs. They take the time to get to know their patients and gear the treatment plan to the individual and their needs! They are extremely well trained, knowledgeable, kind, caring and compassionate. Most recently I have been seeing them fighting my way back from COVID and a stroke caused by COVID. I see Chad Mc Cann, who gets me more than I get myself since my stroke! He is thorough, patient, constantly challenging me to get me back to where I was! He stays on top of new techniques to come up with treatment plans to work with my deficits and helps me to overcome them. He has become a friend! He understands me. Chad has seen me at my worst, knows my fears, yet has fought along side of me so I can regain what I have lost! Together we have been able to get me from a walker, to a cane, to walking on my own without assistance! Chad gives me exercises and homework so we can continue to see progress. He has fought as hard for me as I have! He even helped when I had issues at work due to sensory problems caused by the stroke. With his direction, constantly navigating and motivating me towards our end goal. A positive out come where I feel like me again. Getting me back to being active and enjoying making memories with my family.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to 3D physical therapy for 3 separate injuries/surgeries over several years. I’ve so enjoyed the benefits of working with Jorden (and Chad). They take my injuries seriously and have really worked hard to make me work hard! It’s been shoulder and spinal issues needing healing of range of motion and strength. It’s been amazing. The humor in the whole team is much appreciated, too. I always get sent home with “good homework” (links and copies) of what I need to do to support the progress I’m making with them. Fantastic experience: A PA with my orthopedic surgeon's office suggested I give 3Dimensional Physical Therapy a try in 2019. I was looking at back to back total knee and total shoulder replacement surgery and was concerned that I might have to give up doing what I loved...horseback riding. From my very first appointment I knew I was going to achieve my goal of getting back on my horse. I was on my horse in less than 3 months after 2 major surgeries. Paul and Chad customized my physical therapy to fit my needs. I have no doubt that their care and support enabled me to maximize my recovery. Subsequently I have had 3 more surgeries - all P.T. done with Paul and Chad with wonderful results beyond my expectations. The entire staff at 3D is professional and courteous. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend 3 Dimensional PT. After knee replacement the staff here worked diligently with me to regain strength, stability, and mobility. The facility is clean and well laid out, they have state of the art equipment, and the staff is kind, competent, and excellent at communication.

Fantastic experience: This place is super knowledgeable, takes care of all their patients and focuses on individuals needs and wants. I’m more of an athlete and could tell they catered my workouts after I tore my ACL to getting back to competing and not just walking or doing normal things again like other physical therapy places. Fantastic experience: I came in after 2 years of planter foot pain that had made walking intensely painful. Working with Jordan and doing everything she said I was able to run Ragnar and then a half marathon. I am looking forward to run after run with no pain. She gave me an exercise routine to keep up so that I can keep up. Put your faith in Jordan so that she can work her magic, it feels amazing to be running again.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending PT with Michael since the middle of November for a partial knee replacement. Today was my last session. Michael is the best. He has pushed me each week to become stronger and more confident in regaining the use of my knee. Also in the process I have strengthen my overall body. Michael Gillette has been incredible to work with and as really pushed me to my limits at every stage of my shoulder recovery. He has explained the purpose of each of my moves to help improve my repaired shoulder as well as my good shoulder and core for a well rounded recovery. Fantastic experience: This is probably the best physical therapy I’ve ever received! Jordan and Chelsea were amazing to work with. When I came there, I had extreme neck/shoulder pain that developed over time from improper carrying of work equipment. Was so bad to the point it was effecting my sleep and daily activities like driving. They were patient and listened to my issues and were supportive. I learned proper ways of stretching and things I could do at home. After a few months of working with them, I made a 100% pain free recovery. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
