Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation Center

Fantastic experience: The gal at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. I felt welcomed for sure. My mother-in-law has only been in the facility for two days, so I am sure I will be providing another review regarding her stay and how she was treated after she comes home. Initially she is pretty happy with the daytime staff, and has not had the same opinion of the nighttime staff so far. Will follow up after her stay and let you know how her overall experience was. If it's like I was treated at the front desk all will be good. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My grandmother stay has been so much more then I ever expected. She came in extremely weak, I thought she would never be able to return home. The nurses were extremely compassionate and gave us hope. The therapy department gave her encouragement and worked with her daily. She is able to return home. All of the staff made my family feel as though we were going through this together. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs rehab. They genuinely care about their patients and their family members.
