Fantastic experience: The nurses Vanessa and Cheryl were literally amazing and always made sure I was taken care of and doing good. The case management director Lisa also came and checked on me every morning and was super friendly. The physical and occupational therapy staff was tremendous in all my care and my sessions. Perry, Molly, Judy, Erika, Dionne, and his student Laura were all super helpful and fantastic in my pain management and the recovery of my hip.

Fantastic experience: My mom received excellent care at Encompass. The doctors were great especially Dr Grabareck. The therapists were fantastic especially Daniel and Jill. Not a negative at all. Nurses and CNAs were great too especially Debra, Kim, Cynthia, and Tiffany. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough thank yous to the entire staff of encompass health for the care that they gave to my mother Hazel Krzywicki. Not only did they care for my mother but they cared for me as well. When I say the entire staff I mean just this from the security officers, my sweet smiling friend at the front desk, the cafeteria staff, PT staff, doctors, nurses, and the techs. This place has God in each of their employees. It did not matter if the staff had my mother or not if you passed them in the hall or came in contact with them they were positive, happy, and courteous. This should be the way for all hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. You could really tell that Encompass's employees enjoyed their jobs and cared about the patient and their family members. Mrs. Hazel said to add that she loves her guys in the PT room (Daniet, Curtis, and Young). She says thank you to all of her nurses, techs, and especially her doctors and nurse practitioners that took care of her while staying in encompass for 13 days. Thank you all and God Bless each of you keep on shining and smiling.

Fantastic experience: I'm glad I went after surgery, so caring and professional. Now that there are all single, brand new rooms, as well as newly renovated rooms makes it so comfortable to stay. Drs & Therapy nurses cnas, cleaners all were nice and professional recommend encompass as the place to go.

Fantastic experience: My husband had a very good experience at Encompass Tallahassee. The therapists and nursing staff were all very competent and cordial. This was his third experience ywith rehab in Tallahassee and it was far superior to the others.

Fantastic experience: The rehabilitation that I have received from the team here has been excellent physical therapy learning to get around to the occupational therapy in getting dressed and speech therapy helping me concentrate stronger. Fantastic experience: I landed here after surgery and couldn't be more pleased with the quality and the professionalism of the staff of this facility. There are minor hiccups, but they will bend heaven and earth to make things right if needed. The infrastructure expansion will make this a first-class hospital.

Fantastic experience: My husband, Marvin Hatcher, was in Encompass for two weeks. While he was there, he received excellent care. Every staff member was kind and caring. They treated him and me like family. I would use this facility again and can recommend it as one of the best Rehab facilities in Tallahassee.

Fantastic experience: Our 80 yr old mother is being treated for a stroke with a bleed complication. The Lord has blessed her and her recovery is miraculous! But let me tell you about this staff….They are just wonderful! If their genuine, sweet and caring personalities aren’t enough to impress you, their teamwork will. Too many good things to say!! We have been truly blessed!! I am convinced the leadership of this company serves the Lord. There could be no other explanation!

Positive experience: I have had two trips to Encompass and after the first I sent them a big cake for the staff who did an exemplary job. This time around I will again express my thanks. They, like every other health care facility are stretched with staff thanks to Covid, but they did an excellent job, I thought. Kind and considerate and adept at what they were doing. The chow? Not as good as it was, but decent institutional grub. My wife has had experience with two rehabs, the other one had me on the phone to the Director of Nursing, furious that she was left lying in soggy diapers for hours. That would not happen at Encompass.

Fantastic experience: Spent 12 days getting physical and occupational therapy after surgery and found the care exceptional. I had over 3 hours of therapy daily, except sundays. The therapists were thorough in explaining what I could expect in terms of healing and regaining functions as body parts healed. They were compassionate but also ensured I received the necessary therapy to maintain range of motion as well as increase abilitiesregarding upper body strength as I would be wheel chair bound for a significant period of time. The nursing care was equally well done. The nurses and aides ensured I had all aspects of daily living attended to, medications received on time, hygiene functions performed as needed and other needs attended to as they arose. The facility was clean. The meals were more than adequate and adjusted for my conditions and health (I have diabetes).

Positive experience: Therapist were great and really good. They care about you and getting you ready to return to your home. I may have got one good nurse out of every 5. Most didn't want to be bothered and when they did come to help it was briefly and rude. They would tell you "I'll be right back and not to return for at least a hour if then. When you are bedridden and can't get up to do for yourself it's very frustrating and uncomfortable. Not to mention unsanitary when your needing to be cleaned up. I would recommend them only because of the therapist. They will help you get the job done if at all possible.

Positive experience: My mother has been here twice, and a friend who crushed her leg rehabbed and learned to walk again here, as well. Everyone was highly professional, and still considerate and personal in their interaction with the patients as people. Should I ever need physical rehabilitation, I will request this facility.

Fantastic experience: Unlike some of the reviews here, I had a very good experience at Encompass. The staff was attentive, experienced, and helpful. The facility was clean. The nature of a facility like this means there are many patients in various stages of distress and need. There were times I had to wait for assistance, but I realized other people were being cared for, and some probably had to wait while I was getting help. Overall, I would not hesitate going back.

Fantastic experience: My family member has been there 3 times and every time the staff was wonderful!! They are attentive and she made such improvements. I know it's the best place in town because my family member has been to 2 other rehab facilities in the past couple of years and this is far and above better than them. If you want your family member to recover, this is the place for them.

Fantastic experience: We toured a few facilities and did the 'smell test' and this place was wonderful, very clean! The staff was amazing, they are not on the phones, but in patients rooms with the patients, so we understand that it might be difficult to speak with someone all the time. Plus the patients aren't in their rooms a lot, the staff has them up and in the gym for most of the day getting rehab.
