Fantastic experience: With 3 surgeries in 3 years, I was fortunate to be treated at Proliance Physical Therapy. From the front desk to the treatment area, everyone is courteous, friendly and professional. My care was supplied and managed by Eric Malone and I feel extremely blessed to have been under his care. His compassion for the patient is real.. his knowledge of proper treatment is stellar. He is not afraid to push you to do your best, because he wants you to be the best you can be. If life brings on the need for additional care, Eric Malone will again be called on.

Angie Crivello is awesome, even her assistantd, Leo S. does a great job providing a good massage therapy They are kind, attentive to my pain issues, professional and patient. Front desk ladies are friendly and welcoming and smiles with their greetings upon check-in. They are patient with scheduling PT sessions or questions I have. I am glad my PCP recommended Ptoliance. I would definitely recommend this PT facility.

Fantastic experience: from my pre-op appointment, where the shiny clean waiting room, on the first floor (great for injured folks) and the welcoming staff, i felt positive about the choice. a great meeting with a supervisor to explain about what to expect and how to prepare for surgery and recovery and physical therapy. my first and second appointments did nothing to change my first impression. therapy space spotless and hygienic even to the untrained eye, and space so one does not feel crowded. my therapist gentle but firm, allowing recovery between exercises and stretches and focused on me, not distracted by other charts or others requests. i return tomorrow and twice a week for sometime to come and my new shoulder is already delivering on the promise... best regards.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience working with Logan Swim and Anna Burles. I was referred to PT after achilles tendonitis resurfacing again and again with first instance after half marathon. From the first session to now 4 sessions, they took the time to understand my concerns, always motivate to do more, and created a personalized plan. I saw noticeable improvement in a short period of time and have been happy with the progress. PS: At times, it could be a little challenging to reach the reception team — occasionally calls go unanswered or availability is not there for a month for new patients on the calendar. Sharing this feedback in case it helps streamline scheduling for future patients.

Fantastic experience: Raegan is amazing! My teen broke her finger and had to have 3 pins put in it. I had a lot of worries around her care and recovery. Raegan was patient with us and explained in detail how to care for the pins in her finger and the appropriate exercises to do.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Logan Swim at Proliance Sports Therapy for several weeks, and I can’t recommend her enough. I have seen a few physical therapists in my day, but none as knowledgeable as Logan. She is attentive, and truly cares about my progress. Every session feels tailored to my needs, and I’ve seen a real improvement as I recover from back surgery. I have already met some goals which we set at the outset of therapy, and I am eager to continue healing and growing stronger under her guidance.

Fantastic experience: Proliance Sports Therapy is hands down the most knowledgeable, attentive and caring physical therapy clinic. Angie Crivello is particularly skilled with deep knowledge and expertise is physical therapy treatments and programs. Additionally, the facilities and equipment are modern and well maintained and the staff is professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie is a terrific PT. She has magic hand and dolce soul: healed me after 1 single visit! She is absolutely fantastic and phenomenal by combining both her deep scientific knowledge and her innate emphatic skill. Great humane!

Fantastic experience: Raegan is a great therapist! After breaking my wrist a couple months ago I am seeing dramatic improvement in my wrist flexibility under Raegan’s care. She asks good questions, listens to me and provides useful exercises to improve my wrist function.

Negative experience: Raegan is one of the worst OTs I have ever worked with. I've had hand issues for much of my adult life and moved to Proliance when my previous therapist retired. Maybe I am spoiled by how clearly my previous OT explained things but everything felt so rushed and technical. Sad to need to find a new provider but that's how it goes sometimes.

Fantastic experience: This the third time I have been fortunate to have the very professional and knowledgable care of Lori Mock , my excellent physical therapist. Lori is so good at finding the cause of a problem and solving it. I am convinced that with her guidance I will soon be walking normally without a cane, I cannot say enough good about her.

Negative experience: I would be careful about receiving hand therapy from this provider. From the moment I started working with Megan, she did not seem super interested in helping me. She seemed to expect me to know what therapy should be done. One time I suggested kinesiotaping and she told me she had not been trained in it so I should just Google it. After not really doing much to help me for two months, she finally pushed me out of therapy saying there was nothing else they could do for me and that I met the insurance criteria for ADLs for my demographic. She did not care at all that there were MANY home, leisure, and work tasks that, before injury, I had no problem with, but now could no longer do. I went to another place and they were pretty perplexed with this attitude. They told me NOT to do the exercises Megan had prescribed since they would actually at best not be helpful and at worst detrimental. After working with this new place, I returned to full function.

Fantastic experience: I’ve experienced really great care here following standard surgery for carpal tunnel & removal of a volar wrist cyst. About a week after surgery, an infection showed up in my hand, which the PT staff alerted me to as to how serious it was. Shortly after that, I had to have urgent surgery and lots of strong IV antibiotics during 4 days in Overlake Hospital. Since then, the Proliance Hand PT/OT Group has taken great care of me as my incisions have healed. Now they are helping me restore normal functioning of my fingers and wrist, a process that takes several months. It’s really great to have such first class care from a friendly PT/OT staff here at Proliance in Bellevue.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with my sessions with Rinkle. Rinkle spends time to assess what the problem areas are and what the best approach is to fix them. She is also very personable and makes the PT sessions fun as well as effective.

It is my 3rd year using them and I used almost every therapist and every one of them is excellent. They are very caring, knowledgeable and the best place after surgeries for PT.

In physical therapy, Park Se-jin is not just a therapist who treats a part of my body, but a holistic therapist who treats my entire body. I have met many therapists so far, but I have never met a therapist like Park Se-jin. So, for those who are looking for a physical therapist, I highly recommend Park Se-jin.

They didn't have any openings for a few days, but once I explained how much I was in, they got me in and did an amazing job. Fantastic experience: This is, by far, the best and most professional Physical Therapy service I've been to. Both the facility in Issaquah and the one in Bellevue, where I've been a patient/client for a long time now. Two hip surgeries and related issues, plus the coming home to roost of sports injuries in my younger years have made PT necessary. The professionalism and personal touch have been a godsend. Jaq, my physical therapist, said, "Good!" when I said that I was feeling pain as I tried various things after hip surgery. She helped me not be afraid of the pain, which greatly aided my recovery! So-o-o good to have an expert in my corner!

Fantastic experience: I came in for chronic pain in my right shoulder, and I chose Kate Manolopoulos because she is a Counterstrain practitioner. She was very transparent and curious. Afterwards, the decrease of tension in my right shoulder was noticeable. Over the last week, there has been less pain in my right shoulder. I will be going back in hopes of getting more improvement. I would highly recommend Kate Manolopoulos.

Angie and Rachael, my therapists have gone out of their way to listen and respond to my needs at each visit and have guided and supported me to do the exercises necessary to make progress and heal. Fantastic experience: My experience with Proliance Sports Therapy has been excellent. I worked with Brett to deal with hip pain earlier this year and was very happy with my outcome of being able to run pain-free within a few weeks of working together. He is knowledgeable, personable and very supportive. The Bellevue facility is also very nice and the staff I've interacted with is always friendly, caring and collaborative. When I tore my ACL and meniscus later this year, I was happy to work with Brett again to guide my post-op recovery. He has gone the extra mile to support my rehab protocol for the BEAR implant, which is a relatively new procedure. I trust that I will make a full recovery with Brett's support and would highly recommend him and Proliance Sports Therapy.
