Fantastic experience: I am pleased to say that the receptionist team has outstanding customer service, beyond 5Star Service... Very cordial, respectful and professional.... The physical therapist that I had was outstanding! I feel better than I have felt in I can definitely say that she got me back in great physical condition. She was able to give me some great exercise tips to sustain and maintain my good physical health. I would recommend them to everyone first I would not go anywhere else for any physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy in Bellevue several years ago for an ankle injury and returned more recently following a shoulder fracture. My therapist, Greg Dixon, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, both in his assessment and therapy plan, as well as explaining the injury and rehab program. I appreciate having a expert and caring professional to guide me through the healing and strengthening process. I was able to recover from each injury sufficiently to resume my favorite exercise (running), including the marathon distance. The staff are kind and compassionate, and the app that captures the at home exercise program is a helpful tool. I have been to quite a few high quality PT clinics, but give the highest marks to Greg and Bellevue Peak Sports and Spine.

Fantastic experience: Very thoughtful and detailed assessment of my tennis elbow. I love the app that supports healing and gives great exercises demonstrations and track your progress.

Negative experience: This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. They provide estimates but then don't honor them. They also use deceptive accounting practices: they count sessions in 15-minute increments, even when the session itself is shorter than 15 minutes. What's worse, they don't even tell the customer about it! So, your 30-minute session could end up being billed as 45 minutes. I highly recommend you find an honest provider instead.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The therapists are interested in you as a person, rather than just having you go through the exercises. They really listen. Also the exercises that they’ve given for home and, especially the ones in the clinic, are all interesting. That makes it all more palatable and even fun. I highly recommend Peak and the BelRed site

Negative experience: The stuff is very nice and friendly. But they overcharged me (double amount) with some technical issues. They agreed to give me the refund immediately but it has been six months now and they didn't process the refund after multiple follow-ups.

Fantastic experience: I have complex lateral meniscus tear and had virtually no range of motion. I was one month away from going on a very active Nordic winter trip (no skiing). I was close to canceling it but my PT With Kalie Schwartz enabled me to go and participate nearly 100%. I was so impressed with her commitment to strengthening my muscles to support my injury. So grateful I found Peak & Kalie. I've returned and am hoping continuing PT will mitigate the need for surgery or at least strengthen me so my recovery from surgery is easy.

Negative experience: Not honest people. In one visit which lasted for 20 minutes, they send the bill of $455 for my insurance compony, I tried to find out for what it , but no one could explain it to me. So, they changed me $250 for nothing. During the visit the therapist showed to me devises which could help me . I was offered crutches, etc …I did not received any treatment. So it was my one and last visit this place..and changed for $250 from them.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely cannot express how incredible this place is. I was dreading going to Pelvic Floor Therapy for obvious reasons, but in particular because of a few negative experiences with OBGYNs. Now, I wish I had gone six months ago. Erin Miller deserves sainthood status. She treated me with absolutely above and beyond compassion, patience, and expertise. There is no doubt in my mind she genuinely loves her job and cares about every person she treats. She is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and enthusiastic. She also has a great sense of humor, which is totally necessary to immediately cut through the inherent awkwardness of pelvic floor exams. I walked out of my appointment feeling reassured, confident, and hopeful! While Erin was definitely the star of the show for me, I don't want to leave out the other incredible staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional and empathetic, especially about more awkward questions relating to pelvic health. They were all so helpful in checking my insurance benefits, finding appointment times, and checking me in when I arrived. I cannot say enough great things about this place and HIGHLY recommend it especially to any women facing pelvic floor issues!

Rebecca Emerich worked on my tender spot & I had relief immediately with pain being almost gone the next day. She showed my home exercises to do to prevent this pain from returning. Fantastic experience: I've been referred to Peak Sports & Spine in Bellevue for diastasis recti (abs separation) rehab. I am so glad I have met Sarah Eichenbaum, PT, there. I have felt defeated after I've been diagnosed with diastasis recti after my 2nd child. 5 months postpartum I still looked like I was 6 months pregnant. Sarah have been able to understand my needs and provide me with exercises that were strengthening my core muscles. She is so knowledgeable, and she crafted a program that worked specifically for my body, instead of just going with the default recommended treatment for diastasis. As the result, my abs gap has closed from 2,5 fingers to less than 0.5 fingers, and I am able to do most of the exercises that I couldn't even dream of doing a few months ago. Every time I came to an appointment, Sarah would give me a set of exercises to do at home that would be just a step up from what I was able to do at the moment, but after a few weeks I was able to conquer those, and she would give me the next challenge. Highly recommend Peak Sports&Spine, Bellevue location and Sarah for ab separation aka diastasis recti treatment!

Fantastic experience: I started with Peak Sports on a doctors prescription for a Pre surgery routine. Under the direction of Erin and the routine that she recommended, yesterday, my doctor has told me that surgery on my knees will be put off, hopefully for a long time.

Fantastic experience: I found my Physical Therapist to be a good listener and professional in her evaluation. Her treatment plan was sensible and succinct.

Fantastic experience: I had never heard of vertigo therapy before February 2022, as such performed at Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy, with hands-on guidance by a therapist. I was slightly skeptical at first, but in just 1 session, I knew it was going to work, and get me back on my feet, functioning as if the vertigo never happened, able to get back to chores, inside and outside, that had to be put on hold because of the vertigo. The physical therapist is professional, providing key information on the inner ear and crystals, and how it all works. She actively listens and responds with courteousness and efficiency. She provides hand out materials, as well as the web site in case the client wants to watch the therapy moves in action. I felt confident, in all aspects of the exercises, with the therapist assigned to me.

Fantastic experience: I've had a really great experience with this team so far. New patient setup was a breeze and front desk staff was super friendly, organized, and helpful in making my appointment schedule. My therapist actually listens and does a great job communicating the "why" behind every exercise. Most importantly, I started seeing results quickly and have a clear path to increased mobility & pain relief.

Negative experience: I have been to this place for few visits in 2019 and 1 visit in Jan 2020. There are 0 complaints on the Specialists or the staff in the clinic. My biggest complaint is on the Accounts Department. It is now July 2021, I have received a bill yesterday that I am due for the service done on Jan 06 2020. They have previously sent a bill in April 2021, I spoke to the customer Rep and she said they have tried to mail me ( No change in my house address and yes there is an option of email too , which they did not use) , but the mail always returned. They never tried to call me about it. As of April 2021, the Customer Rep said all I have to settle is 22$ after the insurance and there would be no more surprises. Its Jul 2021 , I receive a bill for service on Jan 06 2020. Why is there so much confusion for them as if its a new situation to deal for Change of Insurance. If there as 0 Star , I would give that too considering the amount of frustration I am going through talking to the Customer care. Added to the Perk is $.30 amount added every month and the Customer Rep has no idea why they are added. If you happen to change your Insurance , Stop Visiting them for peace of Mind.

Fantastic experience: Peak Sports and Spine has been my go to for 20 years. I have been there for severely sprained ankles to back problems and shoulder injuries. Most recently Renee is guiding my recovery from knee surgery. From pro athletes to soccer kids or knee replacements Peak has you covered. They are keeping this 63 year old on the ski slopes.

They'll make you work, but that's what physical therapy is all about. After just a few weeks the pain in my shoulder is almost entirely gone and my range of motion is so much better than before.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Melanie Asplund after a very severe injury. I had gone to see orthopedic surgeons who recommended surgery and other physical therapists who only addressed very superficial issues. Melanie took the time to do a thorough head to toe for me and as she started working on me she found more injuries and deficits. She was the only provider to really listen to me and when I told her how much pain I was in, she focused there first. Every time she worked on me I could tell she was constantly re-evaluating whether what she was doing was working and what she should do next. Once I was out of pain she came up with a comprehensive plan to get me back to better than before I was injured - which I now am 6 months later thanks to Melanie. She refused to let me settle for anything less than completely healed and because of her I am able to go back to work and live my life fully again.

Fantastic experience: My teenager daughter had achilles tendon rupture, the first sport medicine doctor in our insurance Kaiser Permeance(KP) office diagnosed it as second degree tear off, no need for surgery. After 4 weeks obvious no progress, he let us go to see physical therapy(PT). Then because PT clinic in KP was fully booked, so we were referred to seek treatment at Peak Sports and Spine at Bel-Red road. The therapist at Peak Sport, Kim, is very good in helping my daughter adjusting her footing position to reduce the stress to the wound, She also made several phone calls to get hold of the ultra sound reports and discussed with the KP doctors my daughter's situation. Because of her questioning and alert, my daughter got a MRI exam for better imaging of the wound, which led to the decision to have a surgery. It turned out the tendon is completely tear off. If there is further delay, the rupture would be complicated and recovery would be even harder. We are very thankful to Kim and Peak Sport clinic for their professionalism and expertise in their work! Definitely a 5-STARS PLUS for their work!

Fantastic experience: I have used Peak Sports on Bel-Red road for two different injuries over the past seven years. They are great! They are currently working with me on a partially torn planter facia, and I am getting a quick and effective recovery. They listen to my feedback and adjust the therapy accordingly. They have used a number of techniques that clearly get at the direct issues, and I am very impressed how they know, explain and treat my lower leg, ankle and other areas based on how those areas connect into the planter facia in my foot. I am getting effective practical advice as well for home care (I.e. I know I won’t do 10 things, but they can help me focus on the most effective few exercises / stretches / etc.). They are also very interesting to talk with while they work. I would strongly recommend Peak to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Peak Sports & Spine is extremely competent and friendly. In particular, Melanie is the best physical therapist I have ever gone to. Over the past several years I have seen a few different physical therapists to address occasional pain and discomfort in my shoulder that started after I broke my arm. I had given up on my shoulder ever feeling like it was back to normal and then someone recommended Melanie. She did a very thorough assessment and within a few visits she identified the root of the problem, explained to me what was causing my pain, and gave me exercises that actually fixed my shoulder and therefore the pain that I was experiencing! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I feel like the two therapists I see are both so kind, empathetic, and truly working in my best interest. My Physical therapist Greg could not have been any better, along with the rest of the staff Who have been very helpful in the process dealing with the insurance companies.I feel I am way ahead of the curve in my healing process.
