Milestone Physical Therapy

Here, you will receive guidance and tools to strengthen and recover with extra help through ultrasound, massage, heat and cold therapies. Keely truly cares about your continued health and views you as a whole person, more than just a body part that needs repair. It is a treat to come to Milestone. She has treated our family of athletes from teenager to middle ager and we trust her method. It works!

They helped me prepare for and recover from both of my hip replacement surgeries. Fantastic experience: As an 83 yr old grandpa, I came to Milestone Physical Therapy barely able to walk a few yards using a cane. After major spinal surgery, I am now able to walk normally. Even back to walking 5-10 miles at a time. Keely literally put me back on my feet. Can't recommend her enough!

I am now six months post partum and had a much easier recovery than I did with my first, which I also attribute to Keely and her team. I am feeling great, pain-free, and should I have an injury or muscular pain in the future, this will always be my first choice, as long as they’re around! Thank you so much to Keely and her team!

Fantastic experience: Keely and her team helped relieve the hip pain I was having, and I no longer needed to consider surgery as a mean to maintain my daily activities. After the first few visits, I felt great pain relief and was able to sleep at night. Keely is very knowledgeable, creative, and pleasant. The clinic environment is friendly and relaxing. Her adorable puppies add a charm and positive atmosphere to the healing process of the patients. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is struggling with pain!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for over 8 months. I had a hemmoraghic stroke that left my right side paralyzed. I was recommended by several co-workers who have had amazing results with their injury recovery. I came to them initially while in a wheelchair with very weak right arm and leg. Through the therapy sessions I went from wheelchair to walking slowly with a cane to now walking without a cane. I am truly grateful for Keely and her team who are very attentive and understand what it takes to get me back on my feet again. They not only help you through physical therapy, but educate you through each step so you understand why you're doing something and how it will help you improve. I am thankful and blessed to have seen so much improvements in my once paralyzed right arm and leg with Keely and her team's help. This place is wonderful from what they do to who they are - their goal is to help you get better and they work with you (and push you) to achieve your goals. I am looking forward to continuing my progess with Milestone Physical Therapy's help.

Fantastic experience: Milestone is the best physical therapy establishment I have ever been to. Other places I have been to say “here is your exercises and I’ll see you in a couple of days”. At Milestone I receive heat, ultrasound, massage, ice therapy and electrical stem cell in addition to my exercises every time. Everyone at Milestone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Milestone for about 10 years on and off for low back issues. I had been to a number of other PTs over the years, and Keely by far is the best PT I have ever been to - my friend refers to her as a "miracle worker". Throughout my time there, Keely and the rest of the staff helped me regain my mobility while providing a fun, motivational and great learning environment. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Keely for a knee injury that wasn't healing on its own and thankfully found the right person. She was able to examine me on the first day and figure out what was going on - she's like a human X-ray machine! And being new to physical therapy and not knowing what to expect, Keely put my mind at ease with her knowledge and experience, along with a plan to get me back to pain-free physical & everyday activities. It's a family-like office environment and the entire Milestone team is super friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Also, I appreciate the early hours that they're able to accommodate and the welcoming cup of coffee. They're now my go-to and I'll never need to look elsewhere! Fantastic experience: I was referred by a friend and never regret my decision. Keely and her team are super awesome and very caring! I have numbness and pain in my left arm and can't sleep on my left side and on my back. After having therapies there I feel so much better now and can sleep on all sides. Looking forward to full recovery with continued therapies there.

Fantastic experience: Words can't express how grateful we are for Keely and her team! My 10 year old daughter really injured her knee and was limping around the house for a week. We had seen the great work Keely had done for our friend so asked for the recommendation and what she has done has been amazing! I am convinced that if we had not seen Keely my daughter would have had long term effects from this injury. However she now knows how to properly stretch and ice and she is back to normal doing all her activities! While my daughter was being treated by Keely I started having pain from doing HIIT training and running regularly. Keely knew exactly what was going on with me and seeing her has been a game changer for me. She doesn't just treat you she educates you, puts together a plan that will work for each individual and is so friendly and knowledgeable! I would recommend Keely 100%....she is the best!! Keely listened and asked many questions about my back and knee issues seeking out root causes from which she created a treatment plan to address each issue.
