Fantastic experience: Thank you Jackson House Temecula! This place helped me learn to love myself again. Every staff member is well qualified, encouraging and treats you with dignity and respect. I can't say enough nice things about the facility and the staff. Jackson house is a place where miracles happen. I especially want to thank Ulla! Ms. Darlene, Veronica, and Ms. Nathalie are awesome. Fantastic experience: I found this facility for a loved one and she has had the best experience! The onboarding staff are so patient and kind, and the admission process was seamless. My loved one was going through mental challenges due to past trauma and was also diagnosed with mental Illness. It was Jackson House who helped her feel safe and taught her ways to cope with her trauma and mental illness. The staff there are very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you everyone at Jackson House for helping people! Not enough is done to help those with mental illnesses and I’m so thankful for this facility.

Fantastic experience: respectful caring staff , make it feel like home . Groups are very helpful I learned so much the time I spent there Juans the best cook ever Sharde & Carlos are amazing The 3 seem to love there job , I'll miss them !

Positive experience: This is one of the best places for family and friends. The staff was extremely helpful getting my family member in was simple. They provided great care before and after and we’re overall friendly.

Fantastic experience: Caring staff who exude kindness, very safe environment to focus on mental health. All of the nurses, techs, counselors, etc. really take the time and patience to make each client here feel heard, respected, and loved. There are daily home-cooked nutritious meals, structured groups that allow for self-reflection. Highly recommend transfer here for a stay to grow self-esteem and assistance with getting life back on track.

Fantastic experience: I really can't say enough good things...I literally am gushing about my experience at this facility. I've spent decades struggling to move forward in life and I've gained so much confidence and tools to manage life and my emotions. The two weeks I spent here was a joy and therapeutic; I've made strides in 2 weeks that are incomparable to years of therapy. This is THE PLACE to heal. The staff is absolutely incredible and compassionate and I'll be forever grateful to them for my new lease on life. Thank you Jackson House!!!

Fantastic experience: The Jackson House was an amazing place! The Staff was very helpful and always ready to help whenever needed. My experience there really helped me get through a hard time and I have never felt better ... and I truly think The Jackson House helped me gain the knowledge I needed to truly make a healthy and positive recovery. I recommend this place to anyone going through hard times whether that be substance abuse or mental illness like I was going through . I feel like a whole new person and I really owe this place alot of love so that's why I'm writing this review . Thank you Jackson House for being so supportive in my Recovery. MUCH LOVE!!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a great stay, staff is awesome, great food, and most importantly I was able to get well with a strong foundation for my mental health. The environment is healthy and I learned a lot of things that will aid me in life. Additionally I made a new group of friends during my stay, 100% recommend.

Positive experience: I absolutely loved it at Jackson house. Clean and friendly place to recoup from a mental meltdown for sure! I Appreciated all the counseling and therapy given they truly care. I will definitely remember this place and would recommend Jackson House for anyone looking for mental help. Just a small tip remember to pack and take your meds when discharged mine got left behind :(

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff and program. They truly made a difference when it came to my mental health, I’d been trying for a while to get help, but couldn’t find the right fit. Jackson house definitely made a difference. I won’t lie though the building is something to be warned about, but first I’ll talk about the good stuff. The staff are amazing and truly care, it shows. As well, the mental health team, they do a great job of giving us the tools to help ourselves. As well, they take care of our food and laundry, you Can literally just show up with your clothes and some books, and everything else will be taken care of (as far as food, laundry, and bathing needs go). Now to the bad stuff, the building, it isn’t a house, it’s an office building built to live in. It isn’t that bad except it’s either to cold or to hot, or just perfect but it’s one of those situations that you can’t please all with the temperature. As well the bathrooms could use a little work as there’s only two showers, and apparently they don’t work the best all the time. It was fixed when I left today, but maybe more comments will show that it’s resolved. Other then that this place is amazing and I’d recommend anyone who needs this sort of treatment to come here, truly makes a difference and I’m not sure where I’d be without them

Fantastic experience: This place has super accommodating staff. The rate of change that I improved in such a short amount of time was very impressive and I haven’t found that any where else. I was a wreck when I first came in and now I’m starting to get back to my normal self. I wish I could have stayed longer so I could keep improving.
