Fantastic experience: Ive just graduated after months of coming to this wonderful facility-having had issues with both of my rotator cuffs after a harrowing move. Its been so easy to work with them, the staff is wonderful- all around: caring and efficient. I can't really say enough about how they helped me-not only physically but emotionally too! It's very stressful to have such pain and imobility. Everyone was not only knowledgeable, but so kind too. Checking out for the final time yesterday was actually bittersweet; they became like dear friends in my war on pain. THANK YOU to everyone there!! I highly recommend them - all around.

Fantastic experience: DONT LOOK ANYWHERE else ! This is the office you’re seeking. From the polite phone answering of Novalay who always greeted me when I walked in , to the amazing case communication w Cindy. The comprehensive exam w Dr. Snyder. This office is always communicating from front aspect to back office. You can tell they love their jobs. SUPERB back office ! Cole, Tyler, Taylor who helped me regain my strength back to running w physical therapy!!! Also Trystan who is an amazing massage therapist! Woah! And let’s not forget Dr. Swick whom is the most sweetest chiropractic doc ever! This team is so awesome, friendly, and compassionate! Previously I came from a different office who was the complete opposite, and I wasn’t getting better but worse. And after going to this office and following the recommendations I’m graduated! Fantastic experience: I love this place! It's a one-stop medical facility. I see my pain management Dr, Pt, Chiropractor and Massage Therapist all in the same office. What a unique concept! The staff is caring, friendly and professional. One patient describes the staff as top notch and I agree. Suffering from chronic and severe pain for years, the staff has helped me gain control of my life. For this I'm truly grateful.

Fantastic experience: This place is THE ABSOLUTE BEST rehab facility in the state of Arizona! I can honestly say that they care more about the PATIENT than the money. My daughter has scoliosis and I took her here to be treated. Cindy and Dr. Swick created a plan for her to slowly improve the curvature of her spine and it's working. Everyone here is good natured. Even through the masks, you can see the smiles and feel the warm energy. I love, love, love this place. If you need rehab or chiro care, don't even consider another place. You will be happy with the results, both physically and financially. You guys are AWESOME!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I came there after the car accident that messed up my neck and my lower back. I was in such a pain. They created the special program for me that I followed for couple months. That includes trigger point injections, cupping, decompression, dry needling, exercises and boom! I feel great!!! I am so thankful to each and everyone of you guys! What a great and experienced people! PS .The very important thing you have to remember is to dedicate yourself to it , otherwise you gonna pay for it later!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are so thankful for this place! We have gone on and off over the past year and a half. Charles and Dr. S have significantly Improved my husband’s lower back curve which was called issues. I have been able to re-learn the ways I activate my directors and I always look forward to my amazing adjustments with Dr. S.. Charles takes so much time and care when working with you, and for this we are grateful. The rest of the staff is very kind and they all seem aware of what is happening in the room, which if you’ve ever been to a physical therapy office, sometimes is not the case. Included a picture to help with the review, we are smiling because we are not in pain :-)

Fantastic experience: The people who work here are nothing short of amazing. You walk in and are greeted by name and everyone wants to genuinely know how you are doing and feeling in life and pain wise. I have spent the past few weeks dealing with pain from a car accident and I feel good as new now! I am set up with so many exercises to help if anything comes back. I truly felt so comfortable with everyone here. They know what they are doing inside and out and will take all the steps to make sure you understand why you are doing certain things to help pain. There is always everything under the sun to help here; they are the best of the best! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Charles Stelk, PT and the staff got me back on my mountain bike within just 3 months after a crash caused a 3 inch tear in my quadricep muscle. They always made time for me and the entire crew was always so friendly and you can tell they really do care about their patients. After a few rounds of PRP and stem cell injections along with the PT I have full flexibility back, zero pain and little to no evidence of a previous injury. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Really great clinic with caring and cooperative staff. What I really admire is their assistance with problem solving my head aches and stomach issues! The doctors are awesome with adjustments and the support staff are all welcoming and helpful when dealing with appointments and insurance.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best group of professionals I have ever worked with. I’ve never met a team of medical professionals who all works so well together to address all my issues. They came together to design a unified course of rehab, communicated not only what and why they were doing something in the moment but how the entire regiment was working together and everyone made sure I was staying accountable for everything I had to to. Rehab is hard work, but this team knew how and when to push me to get the results I had asked for. Thank you for giving me back the mobility I long ago accepted was gone forever.

Fantastic experience: The experience I had here was 5 stars all around. First and foremost, the medical care provided was excellent. It was holistic, focusing on all aspects from massage, stretching, chiropractor work, strength training, and general movement to avoid future injury. All of which was provided under one roof, which made it very convenient. The staff was always friendly and supportive. Finally, one thing that is rare in today's medical world, they were totally upfront and honest about cost. When they promise no surprise/unexpected bills, they really mean it. Totally transparent pricing, which the rest of the medical world could probably learn from :) Furthermore, I had a billing issue with a medical provider they referred me to, and they were even kind enough to help me out with that to support my cause. Highly recommend this company and staff!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Josh discovered that my hips were off by at least 1/2" and my spine was compensating. Who knew?!? Such a good catch- this would have resulted in pain and major dysfunction as I aged. Good preventative medicine and Dr. Josh is so thorough, never making you feel rushed.

Fantastic experience: I have spent my whole life being skeptical of chiropractic care. And actually waited a few days after treatment to write this. Recently I was dealing with some neck and shoulder pain. I finally gave in and made and appointment with Dr. Josh. I was not disappointed. Not only was the staff incredibly knowledgable they were kind and very personable. I have more mobility than I have had in months and the pain is all but gone. Not only did they treat my pain they taught me multiple stretches to help keep it away.

Fantastic experience: I've been to multiple chiropractors around the valley. With now eight herniated discs, I was on the search for a doctor that could assist me in avoiding back surgery for the forth time, and I found it here with Dr. Josh! He and his team have a very holistic all-around approach to rehabilitation that does not compare to what I've seen. Strengthening, adjusting, and correcting seem to be his mission and it's working! What I really think makes them stand out from the rest is his out of the office approach to your rehabilitation. He provides you exercises that you could be doing while you're not there to assist speeding up your recovery, which is brilliant! Why not utilize all the time you have to help streamline your process to recovery! His evolving and strategically more difficult physical therapy complement his expertise in chiropractic care, and I couldn't recommend anybody more!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Arizona Medical and Sports Rehab enough! I was lucky enough to win a 1 hour massage and it was exactly what I needed after a long day on my feet! The focus on my specific trigger points and deep tissue made a world of difference, and my concerns and ailments were most definitely addressed. I can't wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: I went to Arizona Medical and Sports Rehab for my migraines and herniated discs. I had been to countless places and was referred here by a friend. After meeting the physician assistant and getting x-rays, the underlying issue was found. Nicolas gave me an injection that released a knot in my shoulder that no one had been able to relieve in years. After a few weeks of physical therapy, my posture has dramatically improved. My neck and upper back feel night and day different. I am able to sleep at night now. These doctors gave me my life back.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Josh Adams after friends told me about the improvements they have had to their neck and back pain since their treatment at Arizona Medical and Sports Rehab. Actually, that's an understatement! They raved about him, his staff, and facility, so much so that I decided to see for myself. I made an appointment for an evaluation for my own neck and back pain. Oh my gosh, this man is amazing! His evaluation and explanation of what was causing my pain was thorough and detailed. Dr Adams is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and personable. He doesn't just treat your pain, he learns about your symptoms and history, but more importantly he diagnoses the root cause by interpreting medical imaging, performing a thorough physical examination through range of motion exercises. There is a sense of trust as he works to get you the best possible treatment even if it means referring you outside his practice. He is truly a credit to his profession!

Fantastic experience: The doctor’s and staff at Az Medical and Sports Rehab are one of a kind! Patient’s and conditions are not all given the same treatment plans, they really reasearch to find the underlying problems and best treatment plans for each individual issue. The team of physicians work together to make sure every patient is getting the best/most out of their care. After years of desk jobs and upper back/neck pain, my neck has never felt better thanks to Dr. Josh!

Dr. Josh was thorough and gave me some great insight- as a medical professional, I believe it is important to incorporate different disciplines and take a multifaceted approach to healing and optimal health. Fantastic experience: I started going to see the team at AZ Med & Sports Rehab in January of this year as I was having quite a bit of back pain. I am a very active 65 year old that probably over does it too much and does not properly stretch before and after, therefore I am subject to getting hurt. I gotta say that after my first 4 to 6 sessions with the well trained and friendly staff including the doctors I was significantly better. When I first started I would say that my pain level was a 7 or 8 out of 10, after the 6th session I would say that my pain level dropped to a 4 and after the 10th session it is 0. I continued to go for about 18 total sessions (twice a week) or so and I feel great! Not only do they adjust you but they spend 80% of the time training you how to take care of your body, what exercises to do (and you have to do the exercises at home too, and keep it up) and not only what exercises but they explain how each exercise works and what to expect. I also had trigger point injections which I won't begin to try to explain but they work, they really work. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start with the praise for this Team of miracle workers... I had suffered from chronic lower back pain for the last 8 years due to 32 years of golf and upper back pain due to 13 years of sitting at a desk. I utilized a chiropractor for the past 7 years but the pain ALWAYS came back and I NEVER got better. One visit with Dr. Josh and two X-rays showed the problem was stemming from my foot and a collapsing arch - which my previous chiropractor NEVER took the time to explore and diagnose. The Team at AZ Med & Sports Rehab initially put me on a 6 week rehab program to fix what my previous chiropractor made worse and my life and physical condition has never been better! The pain is GONE! They even extended my therapy for an additional 4 weeks with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. My first and ONLY payment covered everything - Orthopedics, Back Braces, Tens Unit, Adjustments EVERY visit, Spinal Decompression sessions, Cupping Therapy, Trigger Point Injections, Massages, Diet Education, and sessions 3 days a week for 6 weeks and an additional 2 days a week for an additional 4 weeks to ensure I was in the best shape possible - and NEVER asked for another dime. They walked me through each step, each stretch, each exercise and made it easy to understand WHAT we were doing, HOW to do it correctly, and WHY it was important to my recovery! Not only did they make it possible to be in the best shape of my life, but also made it FUN - seriously! EVERY Team member always had a smile on their face, was patient in the beginning, pushed me when I needed it/knew I could do it, was VERY encouraging, and gave me the desire and plan to continue my progress on my own. I can't thank this Amazing Team of professionals enough and HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone in pain to visit them and experience how much better your life will be with them in it!!!!! THANK YOU Dr. Josh and TEAM! You have definitely changed life for the better and I will forever be grateful!!!

Fantastic experience: I got a massage here for the first time earlier this week. The massage therapist, Denise, was absolutely amazing!! She was so friendly, as well as the rest of the office staff. I arrived 15 minutes early and Denise was ready to see me right away. The massage itself was like something out of a luxury resort. Not only was the massage amazing, but on top of that Denise was the perfect blend of friendly while still allowing me to have my quiet time and enjoy the massage. Although she was doing some great work on my muscles, the next day I didn't feel an ounce of soreness. She's truly talented and I can't wait to go back again!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at AZ medical and sports rehab. After getting into a car accident, and sustaining some serious whiplash, the staff was integral in helping me with the exact right adjustments, massage, and exercises to get me feeling normal again.

Fantastic experience: I went from having consistent knee pain and not being able to run at all, to completing the Pat Tillman 4.2 mile race this year! After injuring my knees multiple times about 10 years ago, I had accepted that I would never be a runner, or able to work out the way I used to. When Dr. Josh took x-rays and told me he could help me feel better in 6 weeks, I couldn't wait to get started. He began with basic physical therapy rehab and gradually increased my in-office workouts until I was doing squats and leg raises with no trouble at all! He also ordered knee braces for me and those have allowed me to continue to work out on my own. I can't thank Dr. Josh & the rest of the office staff enough, and have recommended this office to my family and friends.
