Fantastic experience: Dr. Carter and his staff are top notch. I've had nothing but the best service here from my initial appointment, surgery, and post surgery rehab follow-ups. Dr. Carter is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I found him to be professional yet funny and witty at the same time. I've read other review about him and TOCA and can say that I didn't see one negative thing mentioned in those other reviews. Dr. Carter took the time to explain the procedure and the type of rehab follow-up that might be included depending on the severity of the injury and findings during surgery. First class all the way around and my knee feels great!

Fantastic experience: My little one broke his arm they gave us an appointment the same day . He had the accident at 12:30pm , was at the TOCA office at 2:00 , at 2:05 he had Dr Haber examined him . Everyone was above and beyond to make sure that the little one had a great Health Care . He left from the clinic with cast in his arm at 3pm. Friendly and polite with professionalism staff. I’m so thankful for your service.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take the time to thank Dr. Laura Vogel for seeing me in such a short time I called on Monday I got appointment that same Thursday I needed a cortisone injection in my knee.. I was able to get x-rays that day also ...she took the time to ask questions I got to ask her questions I've never had a cortisone shot laying down and I'm telling you I have not been in pain since my shot.... she did something different that no other doctor has done .... but I just wanted to say thank you and I truly appreciate it her professionalism.

Fantastic experience: My visit to TOCA was amazing. I arrived and got checked in quickly. Precautions for COVID-19 we're in play and the atmosphere was busy but calm. I was called back by a friendly nurse and asked to wait for Dr. Haber. I waited only a few minutes and Dr. Haber arrived. He was very professional and kind in his approach to my condition. He explained all that we needed to do for my recovery and even joked a little with me. Excellent care, staff and environment I feel comfortable in continuing my plan, procedures and recovery with TOCA.

Fantastic experience: It’s been my experience with many Drs that every patient and every injury can be treated the same way. My lifestyle should dictate the way my knee injury is treated and not by a “standard” used for everyone with similar or same injuries. I appreciated that Dr. Collins listened to me explain my situation and didn’t brush me off just because I wasn’t a twenty year old college athlete. Doctors who take a little time to talk to and listen to their patients in my opinion provide superior patient care.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a work injury with uncertainty about the condition of my knee. Dr. Collins took a good look at it and advise me that everything would be OK. Nothing was structurally wrong and told me to continue with my daily activities. It has been a few days now, and I am back running 3 miles a night. I am very pleased with the care I received at Toca. everyone was very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I had a very great experience with doctor Justin Roberts in the outcome of my surgery to date. I'm still on the healing phase but am so happy than he corrected my foot. Before surgery I could not fit my left foot into a shoe and had to wear only sandals. Thank you Dr. Roberts for caring every step of the way and for doing such a wonderful job on my foot.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my visit at TOCA because every one was so friendly. Waiting room respected social distance. I searched high and low until I finally found Dr. Tyler Collins. I want him to do the surgery on my shoulder because he very successfully replaced my other shoulder at another facility. He is truly an excellent surgeon.

Fantastic experience: TOCA came highly recommended by my husband who is very selective when it come to matters of health. While at my appointment the staff was most efficient. I brought my x-rays in, and completed my paperwork online ahead of time. When Dr. Roberts came in the room to see me he had already reviewed my situation and explained to me what needed to be done to correct the issue. He had already planned when and how. All I had to do was ask my questions, which I did, and he patiently and effectively answered them to my satisfaction. Then, just as he explained, his staff followed up to make everything happen. I lest with a fitted boot and crutches, and all instructions which I clearly understood for up to and post surgery. Yes I would recommend TOCA to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: My experience was awesome. The nurses are so personable and warm and so kind. They work together so respectfully and they wear genuine smiles for the patients and each other. My Dr. Sherwood Duhon, makes you feel so comfortable and takes his time so you understand what to expect before and after surgery. I feel I'm under such professional care and really do not have many questions, because he covers everything from A to Z. Through his seriousness he still has a warm sense of humor. I thank each and everyone of you for your wonderful care.

Fantastic experience: Front desk was very professional and kind. Surgical nurses Amy, Betty and Jeff were helpful, funny , and soothing.Very professional. They met all my needs and answered all my questions. Dr. Roberts never keeps you waiting more than 10 minutes. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest in diagnosing and answering your questions. He will discuss your treatment in length, to make sure you understand completely and you both agree about the treatment. Great surgeon with awesome staff.

Fantastic experience: 5-Stars for a simple, streamlined, and productive experience. Had my initial app, ordered the MRI, reviewed the MRI, scheduled the surgery, had the surgery, and now I’m recovering. Dr. Tyler Collins MD was great! Very calm and nonchalant kind of demeanor which I thought was great and helped settle my nerves. The surgery was successful and I would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Staff were all patient and friendly. They don't express it, but we know they've had to go through a lot of inconvenient adjustments for patient's safety as well as theirs. They've done a fabulous job in making it look normal and routine. Dr. Haber, this is best cast I've ever had. Great job!

Fantastic experience: Finally after going to, two Quacks I have a awesome Dr. and that's Dr. Justin Roberts, thank you Christina, one of my trauma nurses that kept in touch with me after accident. She told me about Dr Roberts, after I told her my horror stories. She said call Dr Roberts immediately, I did, after I spoke with his front desk girl, she said I think he will want to see you and he did, he got me in the very next day. What a difference, A REAL DOCTOR. One that really listened, and cared and for the first time I feel like we are heading in the right direction. If only Dr Roberts would have been the trauma Dr. when I was in the hospital, instead of Quack 1 & 2.......Dr Justin Roberts, thank you for seeing something, that you decided to see me the very next day. I have all the confidence in the world in you. When this is all over, I will be able to walk my dogs again. Thank You

Fantastic experience: They were extremely great! Polite, professional, helpful, clear, concise, respectful. The reception people were wonderful, not always my experience elsewhere. The guy that took me to my exam room '& took care of all my info papers I had brought was terrific & knowledgeable, also not always in my experience elsewhere. The Xray lady was very good & concise & escorted me back & forth. Dr Huston was wonderful! He explained everything so clearly that even my scattered brain understood him. He told me my options & let me decide on where I wanted to start my care with the option to change as we moved along. I really liked my entire experience.

Fantastic experience: My overall experience at the Orthopedic Clinic was excellent! Although my sister and I had to wait for over an hour to see Dr Roberts, he apologized for being late as soon as we saw him. He made sure that I was able to see the X-ray of my ankle fracture, which made it easier for me to understand the chosen course of treatment. The entire staff was friendly and positive, and I would highly recommend the TOCA Orthopedic Clinic to anyone who has orthopedic problems or concerns.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Netto and his staff were all incredible. I have already recommended them to a few people that have carpal tunnel and other troubles with hands & wrists. This was my second carpal tunnel release surgery, different hand, and the process this time was exceptional compared to the first surgery. Staff was always friendly and quick at handling everything.

Fantastic experience: Quick, efficient, professional and very effective. It's nice to have everything under one roof. Dr. Robert's was attentive and explained treatment course in detail. Received immediate relief. Very pleased. Needed immediate relief and they accommodated me same day. Was attended by Dr. Collins, who provided medical attention and diagnosis. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Netto for tendonitis of my right wrist. I have been miserable and in pain for months. I came into office as a new patient. The Front Office was quick and efficient. Dr Netto gave me a steroid injection the same day I visited. It drastically reduced my wrist swelling, fluid, and increased the mobility of my wrist in just 2 days. I’m feeling so much relief from that treatment. My wrist feels almost as good as new. My family is even more happy because they don’t have to hear me complain one more time about wrist pain. Fantastic experience: Dr. Roberts was excellent during his consultation. I was asked by the nurse to get an MRI and X ray, I advised her that I had one done the week before. She advised she would need to speak to the doctor to make sure I didn’t need those images again. The doctor was gracious enough to accommodate my request, examined my knee and then used an online tool to pull up my imaging eliminating the need for another MRI/X ray and the costs associated with that. The doctor then provided a timeframe for recovery and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Roberts

Fantastic experience: We have used the services of TOCA physicians for over 12 years. Dr. Haber fixed carpal tunnel problems with my right hand and then a few years later did a tendon release on my right wrist. I healed quickly and therapy restored full use of that hand. My husband had a total shoulder replacement by Dr. Lederman 11 years ago and is very happy with the results. Dr. Haber was able to improve my husband's use of his arthritic thumbs. Most recently, in early February of 2020, Dr. Harmsen replaced my right shoulder joint. Unfortunately, because the rotator cuff had been badly damaged by injury many years ago, I had to have a Reverse Replacement. Dr. Harmsen was very honest with me that I would not have the same range of motion of my husband's anatomical replacement and that my recovery would take longer. I had gentle motion exercises to do at home while I waited six weeks before my shoulder would be ready to start physical therapy appointments. After five weeks of therapy I followed up with Dr. Harmsen who said I had made excellent progress. He said I could resume the typical use of my arm -- doing whatever I could do -- and that it would take about a year to get to the full range of my "new normal" function. I made improvement in small steps and the muscle pain continued to decrease. At the six month mark I noticed a significant improvement in the overall use of my arm. I could sleep better, reach above shoulder level, wash my left arm in the shower instead of having to swing a soapy washcloth at it, curl my hair and carry heavier bags of groceries. It has been a long journey to this point, but I still see frequent improvements and look forward to seeing how much more I can do by the time the year mark arrives. We have confidence in the doctors at TOCA and would use their services again if ever needed.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with hardly any delay in exam. Appointment was for 1:15pm and that's exactly when it occurred. Jamie Lloyd was able to answer all my questions and was very professional and had me immediately scheduled for xrays which were ready in minutes. I was surprised they were ready that soon and she showed me the results and explained them and possible treatments. I was very impressed with Ms Lloyd and the entire process. I spent only just over one hour for something I was prepared to spend all afternoon.

Fantastic experience: Dr Robert's was professional, engaging, thorough in what lies ahead for my treatment plan & what's best to start for my current needs. He took the time to get to know me and what will work for me, as well as answering the barrage of questions thoughtfully that I kept throwing out to him. I left the clinic after my first appt - happy with the game plan ahead, feeling assured I was in the right hands. Staff & Dr Roberts were A++! I wil recommended highly to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr. Haber. He also worked on my left wrist. I am so happy with the results and so appreciate his Brad Nigbur, PA-C who works with Dr. Haber. Brad is in surgery and I am confident of his knowledge and skill to have follow up with him. I have seen Brad on numerous occasions both before surgery and after. He is polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He and Dr. Haber are a great team. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I totally trust them to keep my hands functioning and pain free.

Fantastic experience: The care I’ve had from Duhon and his team has been spectacular. I had hip replacement surgery and it was quick, fairly painless and I was up and walking the same day!! My recovery has been going well and I am now anticipating the other side.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Roberts for my knee which has been giving me a lot of pain. Dr. Roberts was friendly and listened well to my concerns. He exhibited care and gave me options for my treatment. I was comfortable with his recommendation for an injection. I will see how my knee responds to the treatment and go from there. I would recommend Dr. Roberts to others. My experience was good.

Fantastic experience: My experience with DR. Collins was very pleasant. He listened to me when I explained the issues that I was having with my right shoulder. After an MRI, he came up with a plan to fix the issues that he saw needed repaired. Long story short, I can now move my shoulder like I haven't been able to do in years, with no pain. He was very knowledgeable, helpful & listened to my experiences since last gel shots in both knees. I cannot wait till my insurance okays my request for more gel shots. Fantastic experience: Dr. Feng replaced both my husbands knees and he did a terrific job. He has never had any problems and they were done several years ago. So I went to see him with osteoarthritis and he is still the same fantastic doctor. We have referred a couple of people to him and they loved him too. Thank you Dr. Feng. The people in his office were great too. Very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Dr. Armendariz for about 1 1/2 years now on ankle issues. In my 56 years, he is definitely my favorite Dr. He will take the time needed to fully explain things to you, and will give it to you straight. He is always very friendly, helpful, and treats me with respect, which I greatly appreciate. I have an ankle fusion coming up soon, and he is the only one I trust to do it. I highly recommend him to all my friends & family.

Fantastic experience: I have been there twice to see Dr Roberts. Each time he has been very patience with me. This time I received a shot in my knee. I am very scared of needle. And it was not as bad as I thought. He was very gentle and quick. I appreciate his bed side manner. Along with his assist who held my hand. Thank you both so much. By the way the shot helped.

Fantastic experience: My first positive experience was with the scheduling team. They knew that my pain was real and made a point of getting me in for an appointment quickly. Check in was a breeze!!! The ladies out front were so responsive and organized. Everyone treated me with respect and kindness. My injury occurred back in February but I didn’t realize the magnitude until this past Sunday. Dr Duran did an initial exam and was so thoughtful. Afterwards, Dr Harmsen came in for a second review and confirmed that I wasn’t crazy. Although I’m waiting for Workman Comp to approve my MRI, I felt emotionally better leaving on Friday because I knew there were people who cared about me at TOCA. I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Justin Roberts regarding my dislocated toe. I was in great pain when I initially visited, but he put it back in place and relieved my pain almost immediately. He was also very attentive and informative. My follow-up visit a week later showed that the procedure was successful. I would strongly recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone experiencing issues with lower extremities.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for many years and have always been treated in a friendly and courteous manner. Dr. Uuston, my pain management doctor, and his RN, Jamie Lloyd are amazing. Fantastic experience: Wonderfully caring staff. Organized and quickly took care of what was needed so I get on the road to recovery. I was able to get everything done through TOCA - MRI, surgery, PT, bracing, and FMLA paperwork. Cost estimates right on target. Dr. Cummings and staff were very kind and professional. Only downside I experienced was that I felt like a number, they obviously see and care for so many patients. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Communication was easy and quick.

Fantastic experience: I had an initial consult and was amazed at the positive experience I had with Dr. Harmsen and the entire staff. I very quickly felt comfortable with choosing Dr. Harmsen. I was referred to TOCA by someone I met at a post office who was recovering from shoulder surgery and had tried other facilities, including one I tried too. I had also seen article in a medical magazine about Dr Harmsen and TOCA facility as a top rated shoulder specialist. Dr. Harmsen took the time to actually evaluate my shoulder area, reviewed all my prior records and MRI, took a few new X-rays and then met with me and my husband. He sat down and drew out pictures of the injuries and what he would do to fix the injured tendons. He really seems to care about the patient and that’s soooo important to me! After having been to 2 other very well known orthopedic facilities and had 3 different diagnosis and treatment recommendations —all with extremely bad experiences with how the nurse practitioner and doctors treated me (and their staff), wasting 6 months of time doing physical therapy and doing steroid injections all without any improvement yet being told to do more, I had held off further treatment for 10 months. Then I found Dr. Harmsen and am so happy I did! He has a wonderful approach and communication with patients. My husband was impressed as well. It was 16 months since my initial shoulder injury. I just had surgery 3 days ago. Dr Harmsen came into hospital room all smiles and very reassuring ....even though I was scared because of past surgery experiences. I felt very comfortable with his approach and bedside manner. I don’t remember much after the nurse put initial anxiety medicine in my IV but my husband stayed in room until I was given full anesthesia and taken back for surgery. He said the treatment and pre surgery nurse care at the surgery center was very good. I had a call the following afternoon from a nurse at surgery center who was very helpful and caring as my pain block was wearing off. I called and emailed Dr Harmsen’s clinical assistant about possibly increasing my pain meds but didn’t get a response yet so I will follow advice of nurse at surgery center if my pain gets too bad. So far Tylenol and 1 pain killer together is working every 4-6 hrs. My only complaint is to the post-op nurse care at the surgery center. After I came out of anesthesia I told the post-op nurse I was cold and had to pee real bad. She did nothing to help me go pee or use a bed pan. The anesthesiologist came in and I told her I still needed to pee, so she told nurse again, but nurses were having a “meeting” in the middle area and although the nurse acknowledged the anesthesiologist’s statement to her, my nurse didn’t attend to me until getting me ready to leave. During my post surgery recover room time, It made me upset when another nurse came in to relieve my nurse so my nurse could go to the meeting and my nurse said “We already had it”, which was when she was ignoring my needs instead of having waited for the other nurse to relieve her to do the meeting.

Fantastic experience: I came in to get a recurring hip issue examined and I was pleased with the overall experience. The front office staff was very warm and accommodating. Dr. Earl Feng gave off good vibes as soon as he entered the room and had very good bedside manner. He listened attentively and didn't make me feel rushed. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this clinic to others for orthopedic care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Feng since January for knee injections. His assistant Carlie is so kind and compassionate. The staff is very kind and helpful. I’ve had hip injections as well with Dr Blazuk, he’s very kind and compassionate and explains the procedure as he goes. His assistant, Maria, is wonderful. I had some concerns and she made me feel better. So kind.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carter has been amazing with my daughters ACL reconstruction. He let us know exactly what to expect and responded in a very timely manner when we had post op questions. My 15 year old daughter just loves him and looks forward to her follow up appointments. We have had full confidence in Dr. Carter since the first time we met with him. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas Carter and his awesome staff.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this location is very quick to moving you along into your appointments, making sure it's as pleasurable as it can be. Everyone was extremely friendly, and it made for a wonderful experience. My visit with Dr. Carter was also thorough, and he's got a great manner in which he extends his care to the patient.
