Fantastic experience: The team at this place is amazing! I’ve been having a back pain for a while and I’ve tried multiple things across the years. Theo and the crew focused on building foundation of strengthening the area while also providing tools to maintain after my sessions. I’ve recommended this place to friends already because they are incredible and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with sports physical therapy Factoria. I have been expertly guided and rehabbed through two knee surgeries. Ester is a gifted physical therapist and wonderfully warm person to work with! My physical therapy is over but I’ve stayed on for personal training because the environment is so safe and supportive. I have worked with Alex for over a year and he is amazing. He is encouraging and thoughtful in planning exercises for me that focus on preparing me for all my next adventures. I have also had the recent pleasure of working with Taylor. She could not be more supportive and dedicated to seeing me do my best. Overall, this is a great place to be.

Fantastic experience: Never a dull moment with team SPT Factoria! I came in with a rotator cuff injury I had tried ignoring for a few years. In the initial assessment, Theo clearly explained different factors contributing to the pain I was experiencing. Over the course of 2x/ a week sessions over 6 months, Theo helped me steadily rebuild strength and range of motion in my shoulder, taking time explain the purpose behind new exercises, carefully increasing the intensity as I was making more progress and encouraging me during particularly challenging sessions. Special shoutout to Alex, Harley and Taylor for keeping an eye on form adjustments to ensure my safety. Sophie is a very welcoming presence at the front desk and makes scheduling super easy!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have had amazing experiences with both PT and dry needling here at SPT. Esther and Alex have been working with both of my teenage athletes, for sport specific PT and conditioning. They have been getting stronger, performing better, and the level of care and attention to detail. They spend time really checking in with them and evaluating progress and listening to how they are feeling. I myself had been suffering from a chronic plantar fasciitis that no amount of stretching, strengthening, and even cortisone shot could relieve. I opted for dry needling with Theo. He was transparent in saying it may or may not be helpful, but I would be able to tell after the first session with roughly 30% reduction. After the first session the next day I had more than 50% reduction in pain! I continued for a series of 5 more weekly sessions. I am now 2 months later and still having a sustained reduction in pain. (I still do my stretching and strengthening too!!). I highly recommend SPT based upon my experience with everyone there, from the clinicians to Sophie, the front office manager. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I would definitely Recommend SPT in factoria my college coach told me to start going here and at first I was kind of hesitant because I was already going to another PT place at the time. But Alex and Esther are amazing they got me back on the field and doing what I love to do. They really know what they’re talking about and know how to get you better all that they ask from you is that you give it your all.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about SPT in Factoria. I spent nine months here rehabbing a fully ruptured Achilles, and the care I received was outstanding from start to finish. Huge shout out to Esther and Alex for sticking with me through the entire recovery journey. Their patience, knowledge, and consistency made a massive difference, especially during the long stretches when progress felt slow. I also want to recognize Theo, Taylor, Brian (intern), Harley, and Sophie. Every single person I worked with brought something unique to the table, whether it was encouragement, technical insight, or a different way of thinking about movement and strength. The entire staff is professional, positive, and genuinely invested in your recovery. My main goal was to be able to play sports with my young kids. In some ways, I feel stronger than I was before the injury, and that is something I never expected. They do an excellent job not just helping you heal, but teaching you how to take care of your body, build strength in smarter ways, and reduce the risk of future injuries. I would absolutely recommend SPT in Factoria to anyone dealing with an injury or looking to return to an active lifestyle. Hopefully I never have to go back because that would mean I got injured again… But if I ever run into this team out in the world, they are people I would gladly thank again.

Fantastic experience: I injured my wrist playing tennis. Esther was my PT and was incredible. She gave me unique exercises so I was not bored and was kind and patient. The icing on the cake was she played tennis in college and I was able to practice serves in PT sessions and she corrected my form so I wouldn’t continue to hurt my wrist!

Fantastic experience: I went here on a recommendation from a co-worker because my knee wasn’t feeling good and had the best experience from start to finish with Esther. I spent about 3 months with her because I tore my meniscus and I’m so glad I picked her as my physical therapist. I don’t think I would have gotten to this point of healing if not for her. She was so attentive and took her time. Checked in with me when I wasn’t feeling good and made sure that each session was catered to how my body was feeling. She’s such a positive person, she helped me get through the tough days when I was feeling like I couldn’t make progress. I would 10000/100 recommend her! She’s so good at what she does, she is amazing!! Both Esther and Alex! They are a super duo!

Fantastic experience: Rave review because SPT Factoria has an incredible facility and staff for your rehabilitation and recovery and overall strengthening. I came in barely able to walk because of my lower back pain and inflexible hips and the therapist Esther Lee properly diagnosed and began treatment with attentiveness and care. She’s the best physical therapist I’ve ever worked with! Each week we built upon my incremental successes and after 20 sessions, my strength, balance, flexibility and wellbeing is attributed to this great PT location. Special recognition to Sophie at the front desk check-in…always friendly and a great communicator. Everyone here is professional and encouraging. SPT Physical Therapy is phenomenal!

Negative experience: Good facility and great practitioners, but honestly it's not worth the cost and price transparency is severely lacking. Theo and his team are very knowledgeable and helped me heal up nicely over the course of six sessions. In retrospect, I wish I had only done two or three. Even with pretty good BCBS insurance, I ended up paying $970 out of pocket for those six sessions, which was 34% more than they estimated for me initially. I know that the mess of the American health care system is not this company's fault, but spending hundreds of dollars more than I was expecting to and not knowing until months after the fact was quite unpleasant. Be aware and budget for more than they estimate if you have any out of pocket costs whatsoever here.

Fantastic experience: I saw Esther for around 15 sessions over two months. She was excellent! I had an ankle injury that was not getting better at a different pt clinic in a different city. I started to see improvements a few weeks in at this place. Now at the end of 2 months, my symptoms have improved and I am able to go back to many activities. Everyone at the clinic is very kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. The woman at the front desk also worked hard to be able to get my pt covered by medicaid. I highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Theo is great to work with. I stared to develop severe back ache after my knee issue and Dr Theo explained well how the mechanics of the whole body works when one of the body parts are out of sync. He listened to everything I was mentioning and was answering to all my questions. After 4 sessions my back ache is almost gone and I’m continuing my sessions for my knee, and it is getting better. All of the physical therapist assistants who are working with me are great as well. Sophie at the front desk is great too. I would recommend this place 100%

Fantastic experience: The team at SPT is fantastic. I came in into the clinic demoralized after 8 months of slow post-ACL surgery PT. Within a few sessions Esther and the rest of the team had me back on track and in a place where I felt confident again about my recovery process. Esther began treating me with targeted exercises and a focused rehabilitation plan to help rebuild strength in my knee. Fantastic experience: I injured my foot from running and came here for treatment! All the therapists are super helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Theo and he taught me SO MANY different exercises that strengthened my foot/leg muscles to prevent future running injuries. I am now able to run again without foot pain!

Fantastic experience: My lower-back was injured during the 2023-2024 Ski season, the pain was excruciating, I could hardly get out of bed nor do any exercises. I started going to SPT at Factoria, Alyssa took on my case, she was amazing along with everyone that works there. It's a fun and welcoming environment. My lower-back has slowly gotten better and stronger. I can do intensive exercise now without being in much pain. Strongly recommend SPT at Factoria. When I first started PT, I was unable to rotate my wrist to face my palm upwards without serious pain, and in two months I was able to return to normal sport & function. Theo and the team monitored progress diligently, created a plan that changed each week as things improved, and provided specialty sport-specific training exercises that helped strengthen my wrist for my specific sport requirements. I love the teamwork and collaboration that the staff demonstrate. As a client, I appreciate the intentionality to remember my name, the kindness given, the encouragement received, and the variety of exercises that I’ve been able to practice.

Positive experience: I had an awesome PT experience with one opportunity for improvement. The vibe of the place is great. Energetic and athletic feel to the session. Younger crowd than the geriatric focus I’ve felt in other PT studios. This was value added for me. I mostly worked with Alisa who was FABULOUS. No notes. She was super knowledgeable, great at explaining, professional, and fun to talk to in session. 5 stars. One opportunity for improvement: The one day that I worked with other PTs (Theo/Harley) I did not feel that they were as attentive as would have been helpful and supportive. I was often left to do exercises on my own while they bounced between other patients. At a couple points I was sure if I was doing it right and don’t have the supervision to know. At another point I finished and waited about 5 minutes without direction because Harley had gotten pulled into working with another person without telling me. If this was corrected, this day would have been great too.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to SPT for the last two years and it’s been amazing working with and getting to know everyone at the clinic. Theo, Alisa, Steve, Sam, Sophie and Scott are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about how to best support you through an injury. My ankle has felt a lot stronger despite the many times I’ve sprained it and I’ve become more confident in my body after strength training with Steve. We then worked toward those milestones to help me progress a heal. I really got the know the whole staff there and looked forward to my weekly appointments. Beyond the physical, injuries can also be tough mentally, especially as an athlete and especially after consecutive injuries. Fantastic experience: The place to go for sports oriented physical therapy! Very knowledgeable PTs, great environment (in an indoor training facility), lots of variation in exercise options. Far better than a PT in a typical office environment. I have a disorder that results in frequent pain/injuries, they have taken the time to understand each injury and listen to my input every time. They have quickly healed injuries I have struggled to heal on my own, or in some cases, referred me to other specialists if there was a more significant issue. Can’t recommend SPT enough!

To name a few standouts…Theo helped me debrief my time in between sessions to find out where pain came from and would adjust my sessions on the spot to target those weaknesses. Fantastic experience: Rj is the best pt I've ever had

Negative experience: Overall everyone is very nice and I saw a lot of improvement from the work I did with them for my TOS. However, about two months in to PT I expressed concerns about not progressing the way I should be and they just brushed it aside. Then towards the end of three months I still thought something was off and went to go get a chiropractors opinion and they kind of scoffed at me for my decision. Turns out my spine is crooked amongst some other things that are wrong with my skeletal structure. If I didn’t go get a second opinion, I would have never found the root cause of my pain. I would say if you are exploring PT here, in my opinion their wheelhouse is purely sports physical therapy. If you’re looking for more medical and formal physical therapy, this is the not the place for you. Also after my discharge, I asked for them to update the app so I’d have more exercises to look at and they never did.

Fantastic experience: We have been lucky enough to work alongside the coaches at SPT for the past 6 months, and it has been such an asset to us and all of our clients. They have a movement based approach to rehab that is often neglected at other places, and we see their clients making incredible progress, getting out of pain and getting stronger. As trainers, we can confidently tell you that SPT provides the best quality service anywhere.

Fantastic experience: RJ was incredibly helpful. I had an injury and was unsure if I needed PT and went for a consultation. RJ checked my recovery progress and ultimately decided that I didn't need PT. In addition, he gave out great pointers to help me stop repeatedly injuring the same joint. I tried these out and did not feel pain after a workout for the first time in 5 months.

Fantastic experience: I look forward to my visits with RJ and the SPT team! Every visit is thoughtfully planned to rehab me to my pre-injury self with a meticulous attention to detail and the right amount of "push" to ensure improvement in each workout. As a former collegiate athlete, I thought I knew the techniques needed to get to my desired outcome for an Achilles injury. However, I would not be where I am without the knowledge, experience, and care put into my rehab... all while in a fun environment!! Fantastic experience: Sports physical therapy has been a great help for taking care of my chronic back pain. I had surgery in December of 2018 and had been feeling great up until a few months ago when I started to have a slight resurgence of pain. I came here to see RJ (DPT at this clinic) and he has provided quality treatment and a diverse knowledge base to help reduce the pain I have been experiencing. Overall this has been an outstanding clinic to come too and its located in Ford Sports Performance, being a former athlete this has been awesome to come to an elite sports performance facility and get back in the groove of physical therapy and overall fitness!

Fantastic experience: SPT is the best PT I’ve ever had for my knee - RJ is an expert. Literally after 3 weeks of PT I no longer had pain in my knee. Factoria specifically-We did athletic movements and no boring exercises!! I tried Bellevue and it was fine, but I love the Factoria location! Specifically because it’s an athlete’s environment and as a previous athlete I Love the atmosphere. There’s a huge football turf to do agility, flip tires, sled pushes etc., and then a huge area w/ weight machines. Dee @ the front and Noah the PTA are amazing. I can do mundane daily activities like walking upstairs or even working out no pain. It has been a game changer in my life.!!

Fantastic experience: We love having SPT located inside our facility. When our athletes are injured, they are taken great care of by our PT, RJ. With the assistance from Noah & Deidre, everyone is in good hands. We've also had our athletes' parents, siblings, friends, and coaches also receive tremendous services from SPT. We've also had NFL athletes receive treatment from SPT, who spoke highly of them. We recommend SPT to everyone.

Fantastic experience: After weeks of chronic pain I took the leap and paid a visit to SPT Factoria - 45 minutes later, almost all of my immediate pain had subsided. After a few visits I'm feeling good as new! The staff is sociable and down to earth, but more importantly, knowledgeable. With an expert team and a wide array of equipment, my experiences at this location have filled me with confidence and reassurance.
