Fantastic experience: IRG in Bellevue is a great place for Occupational Hand Therapy! Kendall, my OT, is very knowledgeable about the complex issues involved in hand, finger & wrist rehabilitation. I appreciate her professionalism & the positive relationships she builds with her clients. Front office staff is friendly & helpful too.

Fantastic experience: IRG arm & hand therapy has been amazing at helping my wrist & arm issues with torn ligaments, chronically tight muscles, and peripheral nerve entrapment. Kendall is super knowledgeable and always thinking outside the box, and not just during the appts. Everything she has suggested for doing at home between treatments has been effective at helping my issues. She is also very thorough in asking questions and understanding the treatment plans from the other providers on my team, and offering suggestions on how we can better integrate other modalities along the way if needed. I appreciate her ongoing education and how she immediately incorporates the learning into our sessions. And of course she has a positive and sociable personality so it's fun to interact during our appts. Thank you IRG! I always leave your office in less pain, and looking forward to my next appt.

Negative experience: I didn’t have good experience with my knee therapist and noticed that my she was cutting my sessions short and charging insurance for a full session. Very disappointed and won’t go back.

Fantastic experience: I have been to IRG Bellevue for hand therapy and physical therapy and I found the therapists to be excellent, fun to work with and very knowledgeable. The manual therapy along with the appropriate exercises has helped me on both occasions to get stronger than I was before my injuries. each time. The therapists have listened to me, and make everything fit well into my lifestyle. My pain levels went down significantly both times, and have remained that way. The front desk is exceptional and organized, and I always feel welcomed each time I come in!

Fantastic experience: My Therapist, receptionists and the staff as a whole, were tremendous. My therapist is always on time and has me feeling so much better about my pain. The reception person is always friendly and smiling when I come in the door. My experiences from my last therapist to this present one at IRG, is 100% more attentive to what I’m saying and what he is doing. When I’m there, I’m the one he focuses on. Fantastic experience: Love IRG! I’ve worked with a lot of Physical Therapy groups. I’ve had many different PTs and OTs. The group and my OT were fantastic. My doctor recommended them so I went out of my typical network. The front desk is great, the facility is beautiful but most importantly my OT is a fantastic therapist. Lisa has successfully addressed my physical recovery needs but she’s done it in an engaging way while increasing the exercises and pushing me to recovery. Great stuff!

Fantastic experience: The staff at the IRG hand therapy are very kind and patiently answer all my questions and very professional. Every time I go there for rehabilitation, my hands feel very comfortable and much better than before. Now I know how important the functions of my hands are, they saved the thumbs of both my hands, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their expertise help.

Fantastic experience: I have received excellent hand therapy at IRG and highly recommend them to others. My range of motion has increased, my pain level is much lower and I received great home exercises and therapy techniques that I use everyday.

Fantastic experience: I do my hand therapy at IRG after I had a stroke. It is very hard to recover the function of the hand but with a lot of patience and challenging exercises, my weaker left hand has slowly been gaining more strength and dexterity. I highly recommend my wonderful therapists, Lisa and Kendall.
