Fantastic experience: It is a very nice place.

Fantastic experience: Elm's Haven is wonderful to my father. He is always neat and clean, they have obtained clothing, dentures, a T.V, etc. for him. It is one thing to be told and shown things, but another to hear and see for yourself; I have been very impressed with the caring staff-and other residents- at Elm's Haven. There is a sign in the corridor that sums up the feeling- "Our residents do not live in a facility, we work in their home".

Positive experience: The staff are caring. The place is clean. And the food was ok. Good selections.

Positive experience: Fine nursing home there at Elms Haven, they seem to care well about the residents and I joing a group for a Wednesday evening church which was fairly well attended

Fantastic experience: My mother received excellent care at Elms Haven. The staff was attentive and caring, not only to my Mother's needs, but to our family as well. The nurses and CNA's were wonderful. I am so thankful that they were there to care for my mother in her final months. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Went on a short guided tour of Elms Haven with Nellie today.I liked it. It was clean and well lit. The therapy room was spacious with a variety of equipment for clients to use for gaining strength, mobility, and independence.

Fantastic experience: I am a resident here at Elms. I have experiencence very good treatment and the staff are very sympathetic to my needs. I was wheelchair bound when I first arrived and since being here I can already walk and I use the wheelchair minimally. The PT and OT team are great. Nursing team are awesome and scheduled medication are always given on time everyday. The nurses schedule all of my outside appointments and they are very accommodating to my needs. I would say if there were issues that needed to be resolved, I just need to ask the the the nurse manager or the administrator and they will get it resolved immediately.

Fantastic experience: My family loves Elms Haven staff! We do appreciate all you do to care for our Grammy! All of you are heroes to us! As with any elder care facility issues do come up and they are handled quickly and efficiently. We appreciate the nurses, CNAs, speech, pt and activities people all of you have worked so hard to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible during this once in a century pandemic! The weekly zoom calls during the height of the pandemic with families really helped all of us feel better about what was happening. We love you all! - the Welton Family!

Positive experience: The staff is very personable and friendly. Very helpful. They are very attentive to our brothers needs. They take great effort in trying to keep him happy and cared for. It is a good place for care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked here for 6 years and this job has really treated me well. They have worked with me when I needed to go to school and given me opportunities to advance in my career!

Positive experience: This review is for my father and what I witnessed while he was at this facility. The staff gets 4 stars for doing the best they could with what seemed like limited resources. The facility itself is very gloomy and no place I would recommend sending a loved one. He doesn't complain much so when he said he wasn't being fed properly, I knew he wasn't lying. The pic below is an idea of a "meal". Send your family to a different facility if possible or check on them often if this is the only option.

Fantastic experience: My parents are very happy here. They are happy because of the wonderful, caring staff that serve as their "family" especially during this pandemic when family can't visit. I know they're short staffed and have turnover problems at times, but there is enough consistency that they feel loved and are well cared for. I appreciate them so much!

Fantastic experience: My daily life here proves that you can hear smiles through a covid mask! These are the most caring people I've come across in a long life! I am very fortunate to live here! And I do mean live!

Fantastic experience: The staff at this facility are always extremely helpful and truly care about the residents that they care for each day. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic they still continue to go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Edit to my review below: here we are in the midst of a pandemic and I am so blessed that my grandmother is at Elms Haven. The staff and families have gotten together to make sure that residents are safe, well taken care of, given love, and attention. We have daily calls with updates on covid. We have a family support group that helps each other during this time and provides snacks for the nursing staff. We love the staff so much and appreciate everyone at Elms Haven.10 stars for care, communication, and community!! Elms Haven is a nice facility. I adore all of the staff and appreciate them all so much. They take wonderful care of my grandmother and all of the residence there. Not only do they care for their needs but they really listen to their stories. I am there almost daily and really feel that they don't consider working there as a job but as a passion. Thank you all so much for your dedication!

Fantastic experience: My mother is suffering from a traumatic brain injury and has been in quarantine for the last 10 days. Even during these crazy times, the staff has been very professional and has relayed information in a timely manner. The medical staff from Rocky Mountain Senior Care has been excellent as well.

Fantastic experience: The facility has recently been renovated and feels more like a home than a nursing facility. The staff, Administration to Nursing and all in between, are friendly and accommodating to the residents and family. The therapy team is outstanding. I would recommend this facility for a short rehabilitation stay or long term care.

Positive experience: This facility is not the best place. I am there everyday. They neglect to give my mother the call bell. As a result she called me to let me know she had been sitting in her own feces.. they aids seem to try to get out of work and complain they have 25 patients. My mother who has memory issues has to ask for pain patches. While the charge person Ashley says she will talk to the staff, I wonder if it gets to the evening staff. The only good thing I can say is the food is good and the therapy is good the sides seem to lack in common sense and seem to wait for the next shift to handle what they should be doing. I will be writing to the medical management company to give my concerns

Fantastic experience: My mother has lived at Elms Haven since Nov 2017. She loves the staff and the activities. The residents here have many opportunities to engage in Bingo, crafts, musical entertainment and outings. Her personal care needs are met daily. The staff is great at communicating with me regarding any changes in her condition. I would recommend Elms Haven to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one.

Positive experience: I love to work with the residents of Elms haven and the staff is very caring. Any concerns brought up to management are understood and dealt with in a timely manner. The staffing coordinator is willing to work with my schedule when emergencies come up. I enjoy coming to work with such great co-workers that are very dependable.
