Fantastic experience: I’m a middle aged runner and my body parts are not cooperating like they did when I was younger. I also pursue resistance training and I play basketball once/week. Additionally, I spend about 4-6 hours/day at my desk pursing a rather sedentary work life. For you athletes in a similar circumstance I highly encourage you to solicit the expertise of Omega Rehab and Sport, Dr. Khodabakhshian (Dr. K) and his staff. I have seen Dr. K for 2 conditions over the past 18 months. The 1st regarded my foot and the 2nd regarded my back. As it pertains to the 1st condition, I saw 2 podiatrists before I saw Dr. K and Dr. K diagnosed my foot condition as a tear in my peroneal tendon. He provided his opinion before my podiatrists did (they were not sure). Dr. K’s early diagnosis was confirmed via an MRI. His diagnosis meant proper localized treatment began earlier than it would have otherwise. It took 6 months for my torn peroneal tendon to heal but I know I would have been “out” for 12 months if Dr. K had not intervened so quickly and accurately. The 2nd condition involved my back. I went to bed one night and woke up the next morning and could not move. I waited about 8 days to see Dr. K because I [incorrectly] thought my back would correct itself. I finally went to Dr. K and immediately began physical therapy. Pain relief and mobility returned almost immediately. I could not believe I was able to successfully run a half marathon 3 weeks after physical therapy began. You can feed a man for a day by giving him fish or you can teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Dr. K didn’t just provide me with a short term program. He provided me with a lifelong program I am able to implement at home and in the gym to help ensure the strength, flexibility, alignment and biomechanical soundness of my core and back. Dr. K is patient. He listens carefully. He is obviously knowledgeable. I like Dr. K and I trust him. He doesn’t just offer expertise and treat you without telling you why a course of action is essential. My body is important to me and I am discriminating when it comes to treatment. I’m in a fortunate position now because the next time I get injured I don’t have to wait to interview multiple physical therapists. As an athlete I see Dr. K as a vital part of my “team”. In addition to Dr. K I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dustin King and Brandi Farris. The whole team at Omega cares about providing a high level of service and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was unable to turn my neck for two years and suffered from excruciating neck pain and muscle spasms. But I was busy being a Mom and never took care of it. I finally went to my Dr. at UCLA and she referred me to Dr. Khodabakhshian, stating that he was an excellent Chiropractor and had a strong belief in exercise based rehabilitation. After xrays Dr. K found I had scoliosis and all kinds of other issues. We are taking it one step at a time and he is working within my comfort levels always. Dr. K is passionate about spine health and has changed the way I walk, sit and even use my cell phone thanks to his wealth of information he has given me. His assistant Dustin is knowledgeable and Dr. K's right hand man. Most importantly, I can turn my head now and my back is getting stronger every day. After I am done with treatment, the tools I have been given here will last a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: Omega is the place to go if you have any PT needs. Dr. K is knowledgable, helpful, and invested in his patients. The staff takes the time to get to know their patients personally and the environment is a very desirable one to have in a sports medicine setting.

Fantastic experience: I've had two pretty serious car accidents in my life and have visited a number of chiropractors over the years. Some were good, some were just ok, but none of them encorporated the rehabilitation aspect of healing as well as Dr. K. He's given me a number of exercises and stretches that help me when I'm not in his office (much more than any other chiropractor I've been to). He really helps me to heal when I'm having a problem. His care is thorough and his staff is really caring.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Acosta, Dr. K and team are simply stellar with their extensive knowledge in sports therapy and the personal care they show to each client. I had extreme pain in my leg after running my first 26.2 miles in the LA Marathon. Not only did the staff at OMEGA identify the source, but they also informed and taught me how to isolate and stenghten muscles that would help to prevent my injury from happening again. And, I actually enjoyed arriving for my sessions! The warmth and friendliness the staff exudes helped make the healing process that much better:-)

Fantastic experience: I rarely submit online testimonials, however I want to get the word out about Omega Rehab & Sport in Thousand Oaks, CA. I was referred to the clinic for lower back/sciatica problems by a conservative neurosurgeon who only performs surgery after all other remedies have failed. This was more than 3 years ago, and under the care and guidance of Dr. Sevak Khodabakshian and his staff, I am well and remain surgery free - yippee!! Dr. "K" is an excellent chiropractor in a field that has a wide range of talent. Who you go to is very important. Dr. "K" is thorough, caring, and feels strongly about educating his patients in self-care. I am grateful to have him as my chiropractor for life and would not consider going anywhere else for my ongoing care. I urge everyone out there to do the same.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Omega for the past few years now. They are fantastic! They are the nicest friendliest people that take care SUCH good care of you. You leave the clinic smiling, well at least I do. I have been in with shoulder, back, ankle, and knee problems and they always take the time to fully explain what is causing the pain or malfunction. It is a very personal experience and the level of expertise is understood by anyone that walks in the door. I am an athlete so they have helped me the most on getting me healthy and back on the field/court quickly. If you are an athlete, I would not go anywhere else but here. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Omega Rehab and Sport for over 4 years now. Dr. Khodabakshian and Chuck have taken extra special care of me as I am sure they do all of their patients. I have been an athlete my entire life and have been prescribed Physical Therapy more times than I would like to remember. They truly care about the health and happiness of their patients. They make sure they individualize each therapy plan to suit each persons aches, pains and also lifestyle and time constraints. Fantastic experience: I have done a bit of everything at Omega, it has been a great educational experience. Everyone is very professional. I am presently doing training with Tyaga and am delighted to be getting stronger at my own pace. My husband has Parkinson’s and is also doing very well with Tyaga’s training. Fantastic experience: I went to Omega Rehab with a partially torn rotator cuff and stenosis which gave me numbness and tingling down my arm. Dr K and his team took care of me and got me back to work without needing surgery. Everyone in his office is great! Dr Martin, Jesse, Christian, Adam….etc are all top notch. They have a great facility with all the right equipment to get you healthy. Dr K is amazing! I highly recommend him for all you therapy and rehab needs.

Fantastic experience: A little over a month ago I started Physical Therapy and Chiropractic care for my neck, shoulder, arm, and hand. All seemed to be related and I was very hesitant to seek treatment as I thought it would hinder my active lifestyle. Fast forward to today and I am so thankful I started getting treated with them. I've been able to keep my lifestyle and they have made my overall quality of life far better than it was. I no longer experience regular Neck and Shoulder pain, Tendinitis is relatively gone, and carpal tunnel is getting to the point were its not an issue. These guys are the absolute pros when your body needs some rehab. Let's talk about the facility at 325 Rolling Oaks in T.O. This place is spotless and constantly cleaned. Inside, you will find a full variety of exercise and rehab equipment and its all in order. Omega, offers Physical therapy and Chiropractic care, separately or together and they are one of the only providers to to offer onsite Xray Services. Lets talk about scheduling and billing too. Karen and Yvonne do a really good job in this area. all costs are clear and discounts are available. The best part is they are reasonable. Prepare to be impressed when you meet with any of the staff at this office. They are all amazing. This is truly a one stop shop for rehabilitation. A special thanks Dr. K, Anne, Dr. Cole, Christian and the rest of the staff at Omega. Its not everyday you get to post a review and get the privilege of saying that you are better off for the time you spent here. It really is an enjoyable place.

Fantastic experience: Roughly about a year ago I got into a car accident which left lasting injuries on my neck. I’m a hairdresser and the pain I was feeling while working was awful! Often times I had to cancel work and sit with an ice pack on my neck and I was popping ibuprofen like candy because of the pain. A client of mine suggested omega and I’m so happy they did!! Not only did Dr. K provide a welcome and warm environment, he and his staff had the experience and knowledge to help eliminate my pain almost completely! They worked with me for about 3/4 months but I definitely started seeing results within the first month. Dr. K taught me what I should be doing at home to prevent further injuries. He also explained exactly what he was doing and why. I would recommend omega to anyone who is suffering and seeking knowledge and relief! Every visit, I am surprised with how much time he spends explaining things to me, making sure I understand my diagnosis and treatment. Fantastic experience: After 5 years of not sleeping properly and dealing with pain in my lower back daily my only regret was not coming to see Dr Sevak sooner. Dr. Sevak is very efficient. After coming in he had X-rays done and was viewing them in minutes. He immediately identified the issue I was having and most importantly knew exactly how to fix it. After getting adjusted and going through some simple yet effective exercises my pain was gone. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Omega for years. It started with physical therapy after shoulder surgery and over the years has been massages with Theresa, chiropractic care with Dr. K and physical therapy with Anne. I have received so much knowledge about how to take care of my body through simple stretches and staying mindful of how I stand, sit, turn and lift. The one thing I love about Omega is they don’t try to keep you coming back when you are healed from whatever injury or surgery you are being treated for. They believe in empowering their patients to take care of their bodies outside of seeing them and they have always warmly welcomed me back when I needed their services. Fantastic experience: Dr K and Dr Nori were amazing! Dr K did my initial evaluation and I liked that I got the folder with a plan. It made me feel really heard and that I had a plan to wellness. The rest of my visits I worked primarily with Dr Nori who did the best myofascial and trigger point release work on my neck and shoulder problems. I started to feel better within a few visits and love how they incorporated strength training into the healing plan. They have a neat combination of PT, Chiro, and sports rehab that I’ve never seen anywhere else. And I’ve had a lot of PT since my neck surgery 14 years ago and recurring problems with my wrists. I also love how they take Covid seriously and always take temps, have masks, clean machines after each use. I left my last chiro bc no one was wearing masks and it made me feel very uncomfortable. They said they hired an infectious disease expert to help them maintain the highest amount of safety and cleanliness. Dr K and Dr Nori are also just really nice people that get to know you beyond just being a patient and genuinely seem to care. I’ve been to other chiro places where they just manage several patients at once and feel like they’re rushing. I never felt that way at Omega. Also, Dr Nori always checked in on me to see how my care was progressing with a phone call or text which was an added bonus. They really do things right here at Omega. From the office staff, to the clinicians and aides, everyone is top notch. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the best physical therapy/rehab facility I’ve ever been to! The knowledge and detailed care they provide has truly changed my life! My chronic back pain had hindered my ability to sit, stand, or move around for too long, nothing else was working, especially the other physical therapists I’ve visited. I’ve been going here for about 5 months and I’m a new man! My pain has been reduced by more than half and it often is gone for hours on end, that was unimaginable before! Do yourself a favor and give them a shot! Dr Khodabakhshian is a GENIUS and the sweetest man you will ever meet! I happily drive 45mins to get here because it is so worth it!

Fantastic experience: I tore my ACL last fall and had to select a rehabilitation center to complete my 6 month rehabilitation. My orthopedic surgeon recommended Omega Rehab as an option. I set up an appointment for my first few rehab visits and I was not disappointed. Dr. Alex, Maria, Trevor, Anne, and Chuck all worked wonders on my ACL. This group of people truly cared about my progress and created a customized rehab/workout regime for my future needs/activities. They are very knowledgeable and up to date with current rehab practices and techniques. I have terrible balance and they were always happy to adjust my posture and body motions during my exercises throughout my entire rehab process. I actually ENJOYED and looked forward to rehab after work for every visit!! If you live in Ventura County or the surrounding area, I highly recommend Omega Rehab! I've already recommended one family member and four different friends who were looking for a quality experience with a rehabilitation center. These guys are the best in the business. Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. K for a disc problem that came out of nowhere! I am a super active 60 year old woman who is addicted to dance, and movement and music and exercise. The day I woke up with debilitating back pain, unable to walk, sit or lie down I knew I was in serious trouble. And I was depressed at the thought of my active life style coming to an end. I am single and much of my social life revolves around my activities. From the minute Dr. K spoke with me I sensed his care and compassion and his understanding that for me movement is like breathing, and I needed to be put back together. Between the deep tissue work (ouch) the traction, the stem and ice treatments, a few adjustments and loads of training on how to strengthen my core I am back to my activities about 90% of the way. I also need to make a call out to Dustin, Eric and Davy.. always there to assist and train and guide. This is truly a five star set up!!! In some funky way I am glad I had the injury because it has re-awakened me to care about my spine and neck health and gave me the opportunity to work with such a skilled, professional and loving group!!!
