Fantastic experience: Dr. Hatzakis is the only doctor that actually knows how to help with pain management. I am having severe back pain on the left side of my body. He put me on an anti-deflamatory medication and physical therapy. I am already much better today, than I was 2 weeks ago when I initially went to see him. Regardless of how long it took for me to get in to see him, he is always worth the wait.

And it shows when he works with me to help me improve, although I have many complex and compounding issues like SI Joint Disfunction, Degenerative Disc Disease, intermittent Shoulder Impingement, Post Covid Syndrome (Long Covid), with associated Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), and autoimmune disease. Dr Hatzakis is an expert in his field, knowledgeable, experienced, and personable with a great sense of humor. His energy and uplifting nature has given me hope in rough patches. Fantastic experience: Dr. Hatzakis is literally the most compassionate doctor I have ever had. I have dealt with multiple spine/joint injuries for over 10 years now. I saw various types of doctor's in CA where I lived originally but nobody seemed to give me hope or a plan. Although my case is complicated, he continues to be there for me every step of the way. He approaches things from a holistic point of view. I have chronic pain and rather than only treat that, we made a plan to start from the inside out. Since seeing him, my sleep quality has significantly improved. My anxiety and depression are much more managed, and we are working together not just to improve my pain, but my quality of life. Fantastic experience: Dr. Hatzakis has been nothing short of a life saver to me. He has managed debilitating migraines and neck pain I’ve had for decades. Other doctors simply provided medication, physical therapy and chiropractic which only caused more pain. His experience, instincts and listening to me AND my body has allowed me to live a relatively normal life for the last 10 years. Naturally, I sought his council for two sever car accidents; one with a significant head trauma and the other with hip injuries. After 5 surgeries and 9 injections in both hips, low back and ankle, I'm finally exercising and have greatly reduced pain levels. I had some pretty grim days with all the surgeries and procedures followed by excruciating low back pain once I started walking again. He never gave up on me or became frustrated with setbacks. He is extremely selective with referrals to other providers and conservative in surgical referrals. With that being said, he offers non-surgical relief with injections, cortisone, ablations, medications, PT, massage as well as other noninvasive procedures to help with pain. I can honestly say, I would not be working and enjoying life without him. I would seek his council for any chronic pain or injury, before a surgeon. If he cannot help, he will get you to someone who can. I recommend him very highly.

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with foot pain for years and getting treatment for various diagnoses from plantar fasciitis to diabetic neuropathy, to tarsal tunnel, but the pain just kept slowly building up, and I was unable to get sound sleep. Dr. Hatzakis got me into a neurologist who determined that I don't have neuropathy, despite having type 2 diabetes, and that my pain is due to my calves and hamstrings being way too tight. I'm on a program of stretches, and he's given me some steroid injections. Combined, I'm seeing improvement and am finally sleeping soundly again.
