Fantastic experience: Building was clean and pleasant. Staff was welcoming. Very nice.

Positive experience: I was really impressed with how great the facility is. Really starting to look when I used to work there years ago. It was one of the worst places you could ever be at but now it’s really coming around and I’m so glad that they have amazing stuff that my grandma loves and they love her.

Fantastic experience: The first thing I noticed upon entering the lobby area was how clean it smelled not to mention how pleasant it was decorated and how organized the area was. I was greated promptly and continuely reassured someone would be right with me..

Positive experience: This is a very family orientated place, a lot of good team work, the residents are there priority .

Positive experience: Very friendly staff and facility, which I would give a five star. My only complaint that I have is when you call out to the facility the phone rings rings rings no one answers unless you call three or four times. Right now during this pandemic you cannot go in to visit your family member, so the only communication you have is to call and have staff to take a cordless phone into that family member, so I give that a 1 star.

Fantastic experience: Called with questions about placing a family member here, toured the facility and looked great. Was concerned I wouldn't be allowed to do much due to COVID, but management was amazing and worked with me. I was also concerned I wouldn't be able to visit my family member, but was informed that they do window visits so I was able to visit. I have worked in the nursing industry before and I have seen some terrible Nursing homes and this is not as bad as people say it is.

Fantastic experience: My Uncle resided at Tanglewood off and on for two years. While at first we had concerns because of some of the reviews we read we soon discovered what a wonderful caring place Tanglewood really is. The staff went out of their way to make my Uncle comfortable and to provide activities for him to keep him entertained. I was often amazed at the ideas they came up with and the way they thought "out of the box" to address his individual needs. Finding the right fit for a relative is difficult at best. When making this decision it is important to evaluate not only the physical plant but the dedication of the staff that will be caring for your loved one. I do not believe we could have found a more loving caring staff if we tried. Thank you to each and everyone who cared for my Uncle. I am not sure how I would have managed especially once COVID came on the scene. While I wasn't able to see him face to face like before, I knew he was being loved and cared for and that was a huge relief.

Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law recieved excellent care while at Tanglewood! She couldn't stop telling us about the wonderful friendly staff. Everytime we visited we were pleased with the progress. Thank you Tanglewood

Fantastic experience: The review about nurses throwing medications away is totally a lie. The incident was not done by a nurse and was investigated thoroughly by the administration staff. This nurse as all staff are not privy to to disciplining of other staff members. Of course! The facility works very hard for the residents and gives five star care! We are a 4 star facility on the CMS Casper Report and a continuous quality improvement program facility. Obviously we have our share of disgruntled employees who choose to not be part of our wonderful team of Nursing at Tanglewood. Our residents rehab to home with support services in place and thank us on exit for our wonderful care. We are proud to be a four star facility working our way to a five! Come by and see what love and care your family can experience at Tanglewood to enhance their quality of life. We have a great administration team and Nursing team to care for them!

Fantastic experience: Tanglewood took my mom in when I was having trouble getting an in network SNF to take her. Because Tanglewood as not an in network SNF they were unable to give her the full therapy that she needed but they took it upon their selves to contact the insurance to get approval to do full therapy on her. We were going to have to get her moved again to an in network SNF but because they went above and beyond this is no long needed. Saved her another move and was able to start her therapy that she desperately needs to get better. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: The staff reallly was great. The therapy staff really helped with me, I can walk again. I haven't felt so safe and secure in many years. Thanks to them. The residents I know were good people I liked the fact that they are my friends.

Fantastic experience: Tanglewood health and rehab is a wonderful facility. The employees are excellent, caring and dedicated to provide quality A-1 care for our residents. We are a 24 hour care facility to provide your loved ones the continuous care the need.
