Fantastic experience: Best orthotics you can get anywhere! I saw Kevin in my late 20's after a failed attempt to train for a marathon got me intense knee pain that persisted for over six months -- couldn't run a step. Other doctors couldn't fix it. Got orthotics from Kevin and it completely resolved in two months. Now in my 50's and I'm still getting my orthotics from Kevin and I'm still running regularly. (One time 10 years ago I tried getting orthotics from a podiatrist instead of Kevin and the pain came right back. Not sure what Kevin's secret sauce is, but it works!)

Fantastic experience: I walked in on crutches and walked out without them. So grateful for his help through two pregnancies with bad SPD.

Fantastic experience: Kevin helped support me through my pregnancy and I was very happy with the guidance and support he provided. The exercises and brace that he recommended really helped decrease spinal issues throughout the pregnancy.

Fantastic experience: I've seen tons of Doctors, two Chiropractors and multiple p.t. groups they sent me to see. However none could fix or even determine root cause. Hansen was the first to fix my issues and make my pain go away. Any time i have an issue now, he's first i see now, not the ones just friends of a random Doctor. I recommend to all my friends.

Fantastic experience: Kevin is a god-send. I was originally referred to him by my OB-GYN when my pelvis came out of alignment during my pregnancy. Over the years, due to spills, falls and near-falls where I would torque myself out of alignment, I would return to Kevin for an adjustment. He's patient, listens intently to my accidents and then very surgically, gets me back on my feet so I could go about my life without pain. He's absolutely professional, cordial, and very respectful. Due to my upbringing, my definition of personal space is less generous than my friends'. With Kevin, he has always been warm and friendly in a very professional way. While I'm in pain, my capacity for humor is very limited and Kevin has always been able to provide the proper perspective with the right dose of anatomy knowledge mixed with experience and humor to guide me through each visit. He's completely trustworthy and a gem. Highly recommended!!!

Negative experience: This is a WARNING!!! Think twice before going there! 100% unprofessional therapist! Whatever he does, if the patient is uncomfortable with it, he will make it more and more uncomfortable. Total harassment!!! To give specific example, during one visit he laughed out loud and said "you are so petite". During the next visit, for doing exercise he wrapped both his hands around me to move me close towards him WITHOUT even bothering to ask me or even tell me that he was going to do this. This is actually a very decent example of his harassments, but he did lot more. I wanted to officially file a complain for harassment but since he does not have any supervisor I am unable to do so. Funny thing is although this place is known for pregnancy related physical therapy, the therapist does not care anything about new mom's issue with continuing service.

Fantastic experience: Kevin fixed my two frozen shoulders. I wasn't sure both would come back to normal, but they both did and I haven't had a problem since. I've also gone to Kevin for a knee injury and now I'm back hiking without a hint of pain.

Fantastic experience: Kevin worked with my 13 year old daughter during her alignment issues with her shoulder, lower arm and hip. Very efficient, patient and thorough. Two thumbs up!

Negative experience: I came to Hansen physical therapy because of their reviews on Yelp and Google. At first I found the practice a little odd considering the rooms they do physical therapy in are the size of a shoe box but decided to continue. A couple weeks into my appointments I was asked to move my scheduled time (2 PM) because another client would like that time slot. I found it rude but I am a stay at home mom due to my back injury so my schedule is a little more flexible than someone working. I agreed to change my scheduled time. Today I had to cancel my appointment for the second week in a row due to my sitter. I was already very frustrated with her and called to let them know I was going to move my scheduled time to Fridays at 4:30 and have my fiance' get off work early so we no longer have to rely on our sitter. As if having to pay a $50 cancelation fee wasn't enough the receptionist called to let me know Kevin is no longer interested in working with me because I can't show up to my appointments. For anyone who is a mother, they know the difficulty that comes with finding committed childcare. It is one of the hardest things about being a mom. So my suggestion is, if you are a mother... Please do not go to this practice. I made it very clear that missing my appointments had nothing to do with my reliability. But, he did not care. From one mother to another, find a therapist that cares about more than just a dollar.

Fantastic experience: My wife was suffering from severe lower back pain during her pregnancy. Her Obi/Gynae referred us to Kevin. My wife was a little sceptical about undergoing PT during pregnancy. However, we had a great experience with Kevin. He showed a very simple exercise to my wife which started showing positive results from day1 (yes day1 and its true). The pain was gone within a week by following Kevin's exercise and some useful tips. I would definitely recommend Kevin esp. if you are pregnant.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Kevin Hansen by my OB/GYN after years of pelvic pain due to endometriosis. I have had pelvic pain since I was 12, and it has ravaged my body and impacted my quality of life. After a few sessions with Kevin Hansen, I began experiencing pain relief--for the first time ever. He taught me stretches and strengthening exercises to do at home to continue the work he started. Its nothing short of miraculous! I am able to do long, strenuous bike rides without pain. This is the first time I have had relief... I couldn't be happier!!! Thank you Kevin.
